This shop did a phenomenal job and exceeded our expectations! We have had a hard time finding anybody that could replace our front jacks and replace rear airbags. We are full time RV ers and needed the repairs done in a timely manner. They did all repairs plus some extra without hesitation and it was all fair priced. Brandon and Nick were both super personable and friendly. (2007 Newmar Mountainaire DP)

Stop to have chassis serviced and Niki my service tech was outstanding .incredible customer service, happy to answer my questions and gave me some advice on fuel additives Computer system was down so they had me leave without paying and I am waiting on their call so that I can pay ..how many companies do that .Terry s Diesel and RV Repair is the place to have your coach serviced you will not be disappointed .They will have me as a repeat customer

If I could leave negative stars I would! Charged 1200 dollars to replace parts that were already new. Had my car 7 weeks and still didn't fix it. Went to get in the car battery was dead. $1200 and couldn't even spray the dirt off from sitting so long. Careful you will get bent over!

I took my Ford Excursions in for a oil change, trany flush, EGR value tested and changed if necessary, and my tail light changed on Monday. They said it would be done Tuesday and they would call me. Heard nothing called. Phone number said it had been disconnected or no longer in service. I drove down and their phone was out. They asked me what I was having done( they didn't remember it wasn't written down) and they hadn't started it. I spoke with the owner Benny. He said it would be done Wednesday. I asked for a quote. He said no more than $500. Next day I get a call saying it's ready to go they did the oil change. I asked about the rest of the work. They had no idea, so I told them again what I wanted. They said Ok it will be done tomorrow morning ( Thursday) I get there go to pay, ask about work done they didn't do it all!!!! Forgot the EGR valve!!!! I waited another 4 hours in Portland because I'm from molalla with my 5 small kids. I have to say customers service was terrible and I was overcharged!!!!!

Scheduling preventive maintenance for the motor coach. More to come after the maintenance is completed. I was impressed with Brandon's approach to the work to be accomplished and responding to my lack of knowledge questions.

WOW! The service was great but what topped it off and left us amazed and feeling very blessed is when we broke down - hauling our business trailer - in Woodburn, WA and they not only answered their phone after hours on a friday night but they DROVE to us and re-built the brake caliber piston in the rest stop parking lot! We highly recommend them!!!! - Gratefully, Moxie MX and family!

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!I am the President and Owner of Bushnells Warehousing & Trucking Corp and had been using Terry's Diesel for the past 10yr and the service has always been FAIR.One of my Trucks got into an Wreck over 3 months ago and Hired Terry's to fix the rig for me. In the mean time I had to Rent a Truck to replace the one being fixed.Terry's Diesel took there sweet time 3 1/2 months looking for a hood to replace the busted one. When I went over to light a fire under there butts it took all but Three Days for them to finish the job. Because I had to rent a truck becuase they took there sweet time I paid 9k over the last 3 month in rental fees. I have spoke with them many times on ways our companys can work together the salvage this business relationship and there answere is PAY UP then you can have your truck back... DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my RV in had trouble starting, slow crank.... For $350 they checked all the glow plugs & replaced my battery lugs, gave it back saying they didnt know what the problem was, even tried to sell me batteries. Ended up being a connection on the starter, something they could have fixed in 5 minutes.... Very disappointing experience.

I worked at this shop repairing their overhead door and how they interacted with us just working for them, really shows their demeanor. Really nice people, it was a pleasure doing work for them.

We have had several vehicles worked on here, the owner Benny and his crew will bend over backwards for you. This is the only place we take our trucks too. Thanks guys
