Amazing service! My Tesla model y was rear ended and they made it as good as new! Nate was great at keeping me up to date with the status and they finished two weeks earlier than anticipated which is always a plus!!

I am committed to providing an honest review of my experience. The repair of the A pillar was executed with excellent craftsmanship, and I commend the quality of the work done. Additionally, the unforeseen removal of the windshield was addressed promptly, although delays due to Tesla's parts supply were understandable. It took a month but it's expected. Please improve communication, since I had to ask for another update regarding the Windshield. They replied pretty quick and in detail.The only detail the cleanliness of my car upon its return. It was covered in what seemed to be dust from sanding, which was somehow expected considering it had to sit for a month. I suggest improving the car covering procedure, especially for extended waiting periods, to ensure a pristine return. No big deal, I managed to clean it myself within a day.I appreciate the overall service and attention to the repairs.Customer service post-repair is something I truly appreciate, and it's not often found in many shops. Thank you for providing that extra level of care.Update:I noticed as well that the copilot side of my hood bears marks resembling someone's attempt to clean it with a abrasive sponge, resulting in damage to my Paint Protection Film (PPF). The light scratches and a noticeable stain are particularly evident on this section in the sunset light or with a flashlight. I'll try to fix it...

Mackin s was a pleasure to work with. The quality of repair was excellent. The communication was outstanding. I received texts throughout the entire process, updating me on the status of the vehicle. When I had a follow up issue, they dealt with it very quickly. For any body issues with a Tesla this company is the one to go with. Thanks so much to the friendly staff. You rock!

Recently went to Auto body shop to fix my Tesla which had minor scratches , I got exceptional service from Nate woods. Nate is so professional in his work and fixed the problem with in no time and handed over to me smoothly. Thanks Nate

10/10 would recommend.They provided timelines and updated accordingly based on ability to acquire the necessary parts. I appreciated getting the text and email updates throughout the process. Chris(my main point of contact) and the rest of the staff were awesome. Very friendly and personable and I wasn't being treated like just a transaction as is common place nowadays. My Tesla Model 3 came back in better condition than prior to my accident. I thought Mackin's did an AMAZING job from start to finish. Hopefully I never again have to get any of my vehicles repaired in the future. If I do...even though I live out in Beaverton, and have repair places much closer that I could go to, I will not be hesitating to make Mackin's my first choice for any necessary repairs.

I have a Tesla that was hit in the trailer hitch. While it took a few months to get in for the repair, once there the service was wonderful. They took care of all of the insurance contact, they do a lot of Teslas and the work turned out great. I especially appreciated the work and attention given by Chris. The quality of their body and paint work looks great! When you have a high tech car like a Tesla, you want it repaired correctly and this shop is Tesla approved. Repairs these days are taking longer than you might think due to supply chain issues and the limited number of shops that are Tesla authorized and approved. They do their best to have the anticipated parts from their estimate ordered before they schedule your car in.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Mackin's Auto Body on 65th were great to work with for my Tesla Model Y rear quarter-panel damage. Chris took care of everything with insurance and communicated the process and work updates well (even when there were texting issues with my phone). Ryan took care of the over spray when I brought it back after I mentioned the issue. They care about their customers and it shows with their approach to customer service. They are one of the only Tesla certified shops in the area, therefore the lead time to get in and wait time after car goes into the shop can be very lengthy, but they do their best to keep things moving along. On the flip side, that means their technicians have lots of Tesla experience, and it shows in their work. I definitely would recommend them for Tesla owners!

First and Foremost, Mackin's 65th did a fantastic job with our Tesla Model Y. The trunk was damaged and we needed it replaced and repainted. To avoid boring you with fluff, I will just highlight the awesomeness (Which was pretty much everything):1. Mackin's handled 99% of the communication between the insurance company (Geico) - I spoke to my insurance company one time, Mackin's did the rest.2. Only two appointments needed - Inspection and Dropoff. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like they've known you from birth. They'll run you through the ENTIRE process and explain every step including the details of the job.3. They send updates of your vehicle's progression through text or email on a weekly basis (sometimes more if major changes occur)4. Everyone knows that The Model Y's Material in the rear is a bit different than the rest of the car, so the White is just a slight bit different. After they repaired the car, the white looks so much cleaner and matches better than when I picked up the car brand new off the lot.5. They replaced the tint on the window that they repaired (Mind Blown). I thought I was going to pick up my car with the rear glass not tinted.6. They detailed my car inside and out. (Yes, you read that correctly)7. I might just come up with an excuse just to swing by the shop and see what's going on in my new extended family's life.Cons (Not Really): They have a bit of a wait time due to all of the Tesla's that they work on. However, after getting your car repaired here, you realize why so many people use them. My car was repaired in 3 weeks, which was two weeks faster than estimated.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I have to let you know this place is awesome. I ran out of time to clean out the inside of my car and was totally embarrassed when we dropped it off for the auto body work. I was stunned when we picked it up that not only did my car look beautiful on the outside but they had totally cleaned out the inside. They saved me a drudge job and for that alone I'll be recommending Machin Auto Body to my coworkers, friends and family. A big thank you Machin!

They were great about ordering the parts for my Tesla repair which was back ordered. They communicated clearly with me about when to expect the part and when it arrived. When it came they scheduled my car and gave me a timeframe for when it was done. I was texted regularly about updates and the car was done one month before it was promised. This place had really bad customer service.I called multiple times and sent them an online message with zero response, so I walked in. They said they don't take walk ins, so they don't respond or take walk ins. I'm not sure how they do business. Asked what car it was, I said Subaru, and the rude front desk lady said, "we don't do Subaru, only Tesla, sometimes Subaru. Then why is Subaru the first auto on your website? Go somewhere else for good customer service.

(This is not a paid review and I have no conflicts of interest to declare! Haha) My experience at Mackin s was fantastic! All of the staff were friendly and professional. I felt they went above and beyond to make me feel good about leaving my damaged vehicle in their care. I also really appreciated the timely and transparent text updates about the condition of my car and status of repairs. The body work was done quickly/efficiently and I got my car back as good as new! Would definitely recommend them to my close friends and family and wouldn t hesitate to come back if I ever need any other work done! 5/5 stars.

They are a certified Tesla shop so we had to use them verses Precision auto body and paint who we used before. The staff is nice enough however they ordered the wrong parts for our car which delayed the work being done. Also the communication isn't amazing but they seem slammed with work all the time and I'm sure it's hard to balance everyone's needs. The paint match so far looks amazing and we haven't had an issue with the work they did. We did pick our Tesla up and one of the door handles isn't working properly since we dropped it off but it may be a coincidence we are having Tesla follow up looking at it.

My truck needed a little work after an unfortunate event. Chris and the team kept me informed throughout the process, from scheduled start, progress, and delivery. Things take time today, with parts and stuff, but they nailed it. I hope I don't "have" to visit again, but I would recommend Mackin's on 65th Ave and Chris to handle your next "event". Mackin s was super easy to work with and very helpful. Once we got the insurance figured out with the person that hit me (longest part of the whole process) Mackin s was quick to get parts ordered and get my car scheduled for repairs. I drive a Tesla Model 3 and being a certified Tesla auto body shop was the main reason we went to Mackin s. Ryan was communicative through the process, giving me updates on the progress of fixing my car. They also set up Enterprise to pick me up on the morning I dropped off my car and called them to pick up my rental when I arrived to pick up my car. Very happy with our experience! And lifetime warranty on all their work!

Wow just got off a truly bizarre interaction with the manager Ryan. I was trying to reschedule my estimate that I wasn't going to be able to make on time. Ryan asked when I could come in, so I said whatever is the soonest possible or if I could just order the part I'd like to get since it's an hour and a half drive to their shop for me. Ryan then got really aggressive on the phone about the Tesla process. He may be frustrated with me or having a bad day, but he hung up on me twice and told me to go somewhere else. I guess since they are the only shop that will work with Tesla they can be selective. But I certainly left with a really poor impression of the business. And now I'm stuck without a way to get my car repaired.

The communication and service was top notch. Ryan handled my case and I was very happy with how the work turned out and how they advocated on my behalf with the insurance company. Replaced the bumper and some sensors and lights on my Tesla. Looks great! Really went above and beyond Ryan, thanks!

After waiting almost 2 months for a Tesla parts order, I was told the parts were never ordered because they required advanced payment.Neither I nor my insurance were ever informed of this requirement until I called almost 2 months after the initial claim was submitted.They had almost 2 months to request payment but they never did and would have waited forever to inform me of this requirement.I fired them and submitted my claim to Bob Thomas CARSTAR Collision.The pandemic does not excuse this kind of shabby customer treatment!Now I'm two months behind in my repair!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding service, quality of work and very helpful communications. Understood that I reside in Eugene and that it takes some planning as to when I could bring my Tesla 3, leave it and return for it when complete. The only negative was that their lead time for an appointment was too long, they are very popular. I would highly recommend Mackin's.

The saying is true..."You don't know what you got till its gone." Thanks the amazing and professional staff at Mackin's Auto Body, I got it back. My truck is more than a truck to me. I am in recovery from addiction and I use my truck to help others recover from their addiction. Mackin's not only helped me keep my promise to help other's, they keep their promise. My truck was returned better than when I dropped it off and ahead of schedule. She shines with the pride that was shown by this company and their workmanship. I was never left guessing.
