Fantastic customer service. Patched a tire puncture for FREE. Didn t owe a thing. Came in at 5:15pm, less than an hour before close, and was out the door by 5:45pm. They said it was no problem to get me in before close. Very attentive as soon as I walked in. Will be coming back here for all my tire needs!

Their online appointment scheduler is very handy and easy to use. I had an appointment for future weeks, but my vehicle needed urgent service. I called and they were able to fit me in as soon as they could, and with the needed parts in stock. I was very impressed by Richard, the technician, who called me twice to update me on the parts needed and the time estimate to complete the work. When I came in to pick up my vehicle Richard took the time to walk me under the vehicle to show me what he had replaced and what simply needed tightening. The bill had no surprises; exactly as previously agreed upon. I'll certainly take my vehicles here for suspension work in the future!

Called this morning about needing a new battery for my Toyota RAV4. I needed it brought to my house and installed. They made that happen.A Very nice young man came out and took care of my SUV. When he got in and started the car he noticed the tire light was on so he checked all 4 tires and added air.I really appreciate his excellent customer service and his kindness. I will always go to Les Schwab on Columbia Blvd for service.Thank You

Considering they are stuck around Portland people, who are like the "Karen's" of America around here... They are polite as they can be for the area. Just got new tires put on my car. There was a wait but considering all, not too bad. Great people working there Bo, Julio, Angela, and Delana (sp?) at the front desk, . All of them did a great job.

You do pay a small premium for Les Schwab services but there is absolutely no doubt that it's worth the extra money.

I'm writing this review about an incident that occurred about 2-years ago. I hit a curb and damaged my front wheel. This branch of Les Schwab quoted me $2,108 for an original wheel replacement. In a time jamb for work, I elected to purchase 4-new non-factory wheels that were chrome for $1,600 because my insurance would not pay on the original wheel because of the price. I've had problems with these non-factory wheels not being the right 'gage' and my truck needs alignment more frequently. Not losing faith in the brand of Les Schwab (an awesome company) I elected to visit the branch in Vancouver, WA and have been having excellent experiences with their staff and service. This branch on Columbia Blvd also tried to sell me new rotors when inspecting my brakes, but when I visually verified their caliper reading, it was bogus. Avoid this branch if you can, but recognize they may have replaced the scammers that used to work here when I was getting service.

Twice, we've been in here with our company vehicle and they're supposed to get right back to us with quotes. Are you getting worked done and all we heard was crickets. the old man was still alive. Customer service like this would be in that kind of shape

Company that hires employees with lack of morals and character. After dealing with Ryan I now question the worth of supporting anything with the companies name attached to it. The brand has definitely lost my trust

Nice customer service and mechanics.Popcorn is fabulous. Made appointmentBut didn't get service for leaking tires, told come back when the warning light comes back on still get service . I've been there three times, each I received only air. When they are closed, I've spent eight dollars for more air. I think if I bought my tires there it's a priority, shouldn't have too keep coming back. And it should have been dealt with on my appointment time not send me away

This shop has always treated me good. They fixed my tire that had a screw in it and did a safety check on my jeep without charging me. I will definitely be buying tires from them when I need them. Thanks Tyler and Ryan

Took my car in for an alignment after putting some new tires on and got back a car with a crooked steering wheel. It s quite possibly the most annoying thing. Unacceptable QA. Guess I ll pay someone else to fix the crooked wheel

Super customer service. Shanon accurately found the problem in my brakes and safely sent me on my way. They were friendly and helpful. It s hard to get good service these days and this store is doing an excellent job. Thank you!

The guys were friendly and competent, but it was frustrating because I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait and I was there well over 2 1/2 hours for a simple job.

Great service as always. Please consider the magazines in your waiting area and the TV selection- men who are trying to compensate for their insecurities are not the only people who use this space. (Do we really need all these gun / hunting magazines? Depressing and inappropriate in this day and age. In very poor taste, to say the least). Hopefully they ll respond to my review with a thoughtful follow up and not a generic, canned response that reflects lack of awareness.

Update- Another great experience. Made appointment for 8 am for rotation - they started on time and finished in 30 minutes !-update. Another great experience. Made a 9 am appointment for a tire rotation- dropped it off early and they got to it early and was done by 9:15!Another great experience! I just want to say how appreciative I am of this Les Schwab! Ryan the manager went above and beyond, gave our truck a jump to get my husband and boys home safely. He was very kind, quick to action and knowledgeable. This might be a busy sight but I see these hard working people and they really are heros! Thank you

I always go with les schwab. I have been driving since the early 90's, and les schwab has always patched a tire for free. I went in today to get a patch job, I removed the tire, and left it there for repair. When the work was done I came back to retrieve my tire, and I wasn't expecting them to put it on my car..... they were closing in 5 mins. The les schwab representative asked If I would like him to put the tire on for me, that was extremely cool considering they closed in 5 mins. Thanks les schwab

Update: I returned a second time to have them address the creeking noises. They scraped out a bunch of rust and it is much better. Even though I'm happy with the end result, it's hard to leave a positive review since I had to drop my vehicle three times for a total is six round trips. Though I acknowledge they were quite busy when I brought my car in the first time. I think they should have just told me they were booked up and ask me to bring it back another day rather than squeezing me in and rushing to get it done. Under promise; over deliver.Initial review:I've always been happy with the tires I get from Les Schwab. But they totally botched replacing my shocks and struts. Just 50 yards out of their parking lot, my steering became extremely unstable. The steering was far off center so I had to steer about 10 degrees left to keep it straight. Then it would recenter which resulted in a sudden swerve to the left requiring a significant correction.So I took it back in the next day they were open and they found a broken ball join on the control arm. That's +$200 to replace that which... I don't know, if I drive something out of the lot and it immediately breaks, whose fault is that? Maybe it was on the verge of breaking anyway. Maybe they damaged it or installed something incorrectly. It would be impossible to prove. I tend to think it was their mistake just by what seems most likely. Either way, if they could get my car back to working order, I don't really care. I'll pay for it.Unfortunately, they didn't. After replacing the control arm, it still drives like garbage. The steering is now tracking but it's making terrible scraping noises. The steering wheel shudders at highway speeds especially while turning. I used to enjoy driving my car. Now it's just miserable.At this point I'm wondering how many more hours of work I'll have to lose taking it back to see if they can fix it. Maybe it's time to cut my losses and just take it back to the dealer for service.

Great experience buying 4 new tires. Very friendly service and fast work. Clean waiting area. Web site was easy to use for ordering and schedule. I highly recommend.

I stopped by and asked them to check one tire for a leak. After sitting for TWO HOURS with zero activity, I went up and asked about any progress. My car was instantly driven to the back. Zero explanation. Zero apology. Horrible service. I won t be back. There are plenty of other Les Schwabs around. Don t waste your time here.

Very dissappinted with the guys here. They charged me $45 just because I scheduled an appointment. Told me what if i had just walked in they wouldnt have charged me. They did not do anything to my vehicle, just put it in and told me they cannot work on it due to worn parts. Double check everything with them. They are not upfront about alot.

I was driving my son to soccer practice tonight, and we got a flat less than a quarter mile from this Les Schwab. I felt terrible showing up after they had already closed, but Michael and his team got us in and out with a new tire on in less than 10 minutes. My son wasn't even late to practice. These folks really saved my butt tonight. What an absolute blessing.EXCELLENT service! Give them a raise!

stopped by here with a flat tire, after closing, but one person was still there. he totally went out of his way, when he could be going home, to help me out. he put on my spare tire for me and made sure it was inflated right, etc. it was a wonderful thing to do, and i was most grateful. i had another similar experience at another les schwab last year. they have some great people who really care about other people. thank you!
