I was told by Toyota dealership in Beaverton that there were three items that really needed to be done on my 2018 RAV4. Due to the extremely low mileage on my RAV4, 26,000, I went for a second opinion to Kevin s Auto Care. They came highly recommend by a very dear friend. After they did a thorough inspection of all of the things that Toyota s paperwork told me needed to be done, my car was found to be in perfect, beautiful and healthy condition and those things Toyota stated just had to be done, did not. I would highly recommend Kevin s Auto Care!

This place is fantastic. I took my car to the Toyota dealer and they said I need a big job done ASAP that would cost thousands. I took it into Kevin s shop and he kindly looked at it free of charge and gave me his honest opinion on if I needed the work done. Turns out it wasn t urgent at all and he assured me I was safe driving my car and that he would check on it again in the spring to ensure it hasn t gotten worse. I really appreciated their honesty.The lady that works the front desk is also amazing and so kind. She was so sweet to my two little kids, which sometimes doesn t happen when you take kids to an auto shop. I live very close to another auto shop and it s easy for me to drop my car off their for service, but because they treated us so well I am more than happy to make the longer drive and have them do our repairs instead.

Kevin and his staff are wonderful. They are so helpful in explaining what went wrong with my vehicle and what my options are. They are always kind and compassionate. They have excellent prices. They ve helped me hang onto my old car much longer than I expected to.They don t typically do basic maintenance like oil changes, but that leaves them time to solve the bigger and more immediate problems (like when my car shut down while pulling into traffic, and had to be towed in - I got it back only two days later). I m so grateful for their help and for the quality of both their work and their customer service.

Thank you very much Lisa for my experience.I called 7 other repair places and were rude to me and they told me they had charge me $200 to just check it. I called Kevin s Auto place, and Lisa told me they don t charge a fee to do a diagnostic check. l took my car to their shop. Lisa called me every time for a update. I couldn t believe they found the problem with my car and were able to fix it! I also met Kevin when I went in to pick up my car. He was very nice also. Thank you and your team for getting my car fix before the weekend of the snow storm. I certainly will be sharing my experience and be bringing car back when needed.

Hands down the best mechanic and shop you ll find. Wonderful people, excellent work, full transparency, amazing quotes and always looking out for their customers. Honestly, whenever I drive by the business I say thank you every time because they take such good care of me and my car and I know they treat everyone that way. 100/10

We took our daughters car here for an oil change, fix a head light and an overall tune up. They were done in less than 2 hours and they were so kind. They fixed a cracked radiator cap and didn't charge us for that. They have great customer service and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Kevin's auto care.

They had great advice for me on the phone and guided me on what to do while these days people don t spend time on something that doesn t have any money for them. The price quote was also reasonable. Will take my car there for service.

I suppose I can't actually speak to the quality of Kevin's work, as every time I've taken a vehicle here with a concern he's pointed out that my car is actually fine.What I CAN speak to is his honestly and integrity. The man has to know from talking to me that I know nothing about cars. I'm sure he realizes I would be the easiest customer in the world to take advantage of. Despite that, he has consistently told me to put my credit card away as he found nothing that needed his services.Suffice to say, I am probably a customer for life.

I'm not going to go into detail in my review as Kevin will know the details but I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for what he did for me. I had a great experience at Kevin's Auto Care, both with the individuals who work there as well as the quality of their service. They truly went above and beyond for me by not only taking care of my presenting issue (broken car door handle) quickly and at a more than fair price, but also by buffing out a scratch on the side of my car door, without me even asking, out of the kindness of their hearts. Even after getting my car fixed and filling up my gas tank thereafter, the attendant who assisted spoke of being employed directly by Kevin, how it is a small family establishment, and out of the years he has worked as an attendant at various other locations that this was the best place by far and how good the employers are.KAC has definitely earned a lifelong customer for as long as I live in the area! (And if I hear of any other healthcare workers having a car issue, I will definitely be sending them your way - thank you!)Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called them while I was driving my car that was uncontrollably shaking. They immediately knew what the problem was and made sure that I got to a safe place.Thankfully I was able to get my car in that afternoon. Even though they said it would take a few days because they had so many repairs on the books, it was repaired within 24 hours.They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I found Kevin through a friend and now I tell everyone I know about him. Excellent service, really good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and goes the extra mile. I just had to have the clutch replaced in my WRX and there was an after market transmission part on my car from a previous owner that didn't work with any of the clutch packs they ordered. They took the time to track down the East Coast company that makes the part and had it FedEx'd so I still got my car back on schedule. I'll never go anywhere else.

Kevin Kevork is hands down the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He's trustworthy, reliable, and he never tries to up-sell me on any work that my car doesn't actually need. I came to him for a full inspection on a vehicle I had just purchased and he told me exactly why certain things needed to be completed and why others did not, even though I wanted everything done just to be safe. Since then, I've solely taken my car to him over the last 2 years because he's given me such a great experience and very competitive pricing. This was my first time working with Kevin's Auto Car after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend. Kevin and his team are awesome. I was impressed with how friendly Susan was when I initially called. Communication was great after dropping my car off and thankfully there was a quick resolution and I picked my car up a day later. Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable and took care and time to explain what was going on with my car. KEVIN IS THE BEST! Myself and my friends and family who I have referred him to love him. He and his team have worked on two of my cars many times. He is very informative, kind and helpful. They have fixed many issues with my cars and all for a great price. As someone who knows little about cars, Kevin was amazing at explaining the issues and giving good advise so I could make the right decisions. Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood mechanic.

I have always gotten my car serviced at the dealer. However, when a check engine light went on in my car and I was told I would need over $700 in repairs (after spending over $2000 on maintenance the month before), I decided to find an alternative. I did some research and was able to buy the part I needed for $53 (an O2 sensor), but wasn't confident in my ability to actually replace the part.That's where Kevin and his team came in. I called and spoke to a women in Kevin office who was friendly and professional. I was told I could bring the car in right away and have Kevin take a look. I dropped my car off that day and met Kevin who was also friendly and professional. Kevin assured me that he would call and give me an estimate before starting work on the car. Later that day I got a call from Kevin telling me I had purchased the correct part and that it would cost approximately $80 dollars to replace.Kevin replaced the part and my car was ready the next day. When I came to pick up car and pay, I was told the cost of the repair was actually $72 dollars rather than $80 (bringing the total cost of the repair to $125).Kevin and his team were a pleasure to work with and the whole process could not have been easier. I will be going back to Kevin for future car repairs and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a mechanic.

This is how I describe them: professional, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, affordable. I had couple of error codes with an engine light on. Kevin inspected the car, communicated my opinions regardless of how much money he can make. He just earned a loyal customer.

I love this shop! These people are truly honest and nice and aren't out to up sell you on other things you don't need at the moment. They do bring things to your attention so you can know it's something to look at for down the road. I think I found my mechanic!

Had my spark plugs replaced and a rack and pinion replacement. They did an excellent job and even fixed the faulty remanufactured part for me at no extra charge! Kevin and the sweet receptionist were the best! All of the workers were polite and instantly I knew I could trust them with my car! They charge an extremely reasonable rate and wont overcharge, hands down the best mechanic shop in town.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been taking our cars to Kevork's for years. Excellent service, fair prices, and the bonus of being able to support a local small business keeps bringing us back. I've taken my old beater car here a few times. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and fair pricing. Honest. Often able to squeeze me in the next day or soon after for a diagnosis and sometimes for work on it. Nice air-conditioned waiting area with couch and chairs. Definitely recommend this local business. I had my spark plugs and wires replaced at Kevork's. Jiffy Lube had quoted me a price that was at least twice as much for parts and labor.
