I came in for my regular oil change. I have been having my oil done here for five years. Ryan came to the driver side and informed me he would be checking my cabin filter. I told him I do the filters myself. Thank you, I don t need you to do it. He went around to the passenger side of the car I unlocked the door and allowed him in my vehicle. To which I tried to tell him again, I do my own filters as he opened the glove box. I said you know you have to take all kinds of screws out of there to be able to get to the filter that s why I do it myself. He stated I am just doing my job doing what I was told to do. To which he slammed the glove box down with his left hand and looked at the filters and said something I didn t quite hear or understand. He tried to close the glove box, and something had gotten broke, and he was unable to close it. He spent about four minutes down there, trying to figure it out and declaring to me that this was broke before he touched it.If that was the case and he saw it was already broken, (he should ve said ma am this is broke. I am not going to touch it because then I ll be liable for it.)To which I told him, it worked perfectly fine before you touched it and I asked you not to do what you did, but you did it anyway. He exited my vehicle. I tried to speak with the other tech and explain to him what took place. Ryan completely ignored me and walked away to which I called him an a*****e. The other tech told me they had already drained my oil and I said that s too bad I would leave if I could. And that I did not want Ryan touching my vehicle. The tech came back and told me you can leave, we did not drain your oil. I drove out of the bay popped, my hood made sure I had a dipstick And drove away. I did, not know that Ryan exited my vehicle with the part that was broken .So now I don t even have the piece that needs to be replaced because it s no longer in my possession.I am confused! I have always had my oil done here and I have never had a tech talkto me the way Ryan did or dismiss my words and what I had to say. No, other tech has ever questioned me changing my own filters!!!So now I have a glove box that is handicap and will make me think of that a****** EVERY TIME!!!I recommend Oil Stop 134th St., Vancouver, WA they do a great job from start to finish!Honestly, I wish I would ve been going here for the last five years!!!I have never been happier with an oil service ;)

Originally, I stopped in at Les Schwab to have a new wheel installed. Mine had been severely damaged by a pothole during a recent snowstorm.It was super unsafe to drive on, I had a new wheel with me, but Les Schwab turned my away. It was 5:40pm, they close at 6pm. Pretty negligent and rude on their part.Anyway, this is supposed to be a positive review for NE Portland Sandy BLVD Jiffy Lube.After the Schwab jerks turned me away, I landed here. I wasn't sure if they serviced wheels and tires, luckily they do.They do good work too. I was helped by the manager Jose, and Adam the technician.Professional type, nice fellas. Got me in and out fast. Thanks guys!

I've always been a Jiffy Lube fan, but these guys go above and beyond. Drove right in after work on a Friday, and they were super quick and accommodating. Everyone was also super friendly, which made my Friday even better. Highly Recommend! Thanks so much to everyone at this location!

This is the second Jiffy Lube I have been to where they say I declined services. I did not decline services. I would not decline services. The whole purpose of me going there is to get all of my fluids checked as well as the tire pressure along with my oil change. I'm very disappointed that these two locations, Columbia falls, MT and NE Portland, OR. I won't be going back to Jiffy Lube since they won't do the services they claim they provide with an oil change.

Our car was squealing so we suspected the Serpentine belt needed to be changed. Not only did the tech try many troubleshooting steps first to try to fix the issue and save us the $ of replacement, when it was determined that it did indeed need to be replaced it was done efficiency and for a great price. MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is one of the best customer service experiences we have had! You can really tell when people love what they do, genuinely care and are not there just to collect a paycheck. Sadly good service like this is hard to come by these days. This team is the best, 5 stars all the way and we will be back for sure!

I had to ask for amenities automatically provided by their competition... be sure not to assume that they have topped off fluids and done safety checks. Be sure to do the light check. Be safe out there, people! There are way too many cars on the highways with working headlights but totally dark in back.

Employees here are very slow and crooks. 1 car in front of me, yet it took an hour and a half to get through, told me my brakes were completely destroyed even though they weren't, and tried to charge me $400 to replace them all, and when I said no I don't have money they forced me to go into the office and sign up for their credit system. I said no 4 times! I replaced my own brakes for $50....Ridiculous.Service: Oil change

Got me in quickly, but then they didn't have filter in stock and it was going to be a 90-minute wait. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes to finish, but it took about 35-40 minutes. When I returned to finish work, there were several cars in line, so I had to come back again later. Regardless, it would be best to make sure parts are well stocked.

Been bringing company vehicles for oil changes for a while now, never had an issue. Today, the "assistant manager" demands that I give them a personal name rather than the company name for an oil change, He refused to do an oil change. Had been there yesterday with two vehicles and was never asked that question. It is irrelevant as it is a company vehicle and the driver's name does not matter under a company account. Such a hard nosed, invasive, and frustrating experience I've ever had just for an oil change.Jiffy Lube Management for that location reached out merely as a facade. Despite responding to their request to correspond with email, they did not follow through to deal with the situation.

Great service today at this jiffy lube. They looked to be short staffed and seemed to handle a sudden influx of customers effectively and efficiently without panic and good customer service. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and was given clear instruction about which line would be the shortest wait.. And it was.I won t hesitate to go back if I m in the area.

They did not plug the oils pan and all the oil drained out they said I needed a healy coil plug and gave me a quote. Took the money in and was told no they would not fix.i should not have to pay Anything Hopefully management will contact me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fantastic, friendly service. Had coolant exchange done. In and out fast. There are Jiffy Lube's closer to my home, but I always come here. The service is always fantastic. Great experience!

Worst experience I ve had at a Jiffy Lube. I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before my vehicle was completed. There were only 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I witnessed at least 7 possible customers turnaround and leave due to the long wait lines. The employees had no sense of urgency when it was time to step it up and get cars in and out. I witnessed many employees taking mobile phone calls thus delaying wait times further. You also did not have parts in stock such as oil filters. Employees had to run to the auto parts store why we all waited. You re Mgr also told me I needed radiator cap which my vehicle doesn t have since it s a sealed system. I went to Baxter s to get one because you were out of stock and their Mgr came out and check the system and said it was fine. You re Mgr lied to me. Like I said, worst experience ever!!!!

No hassle, no fuss, straight forward awesome customer service! I came in for the signature service oil change and had a coupon ready. After a quick wait time I was pleasantly surprised to get a better price than the coupon I had even! Thanks Eric, Mason, Kristin, Chancelor, and Brian!Just visited again and they are still offering a great service!

Everything started out just fine but went South as soon as the oil change was complete. The employee that came to talk about payment was rude and abrupt. I had been to this location before, so my sticker had given me $15 off and he said it was invalid because I came in when my car was too close to the 5,000 mile mark. I asked to see my sticker and he was just rude. He said fine, I'll give it to you for $29.99. I had a coupon on my phone for $24.99 and said I'd like to use it. He took my phone, read the code, and promptly took my debit card. I knew that I was going to need to sign for the service but he said to just stay there. I got out anyway and when I walked in, the employee was talking bad about me. It was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I promptly told him to not be rude, my mother just died on Monday, and that he needed better customer service skills. I never signed for the transaction, he did it for me. I took my card and receipt and I left. Eric E was the cashier, James H, Kristin H, Reginald C, and Shahid S all worked on my oil change. I don't know if Eric was his name that was extremely rude, but his name is the one on my receipt. The quality inspection was done by R. Coleman. Everyone else was very kind and did a great job, Kristin was very nice. It was just the one employee. I will never come back to your establishment again.

Fast and Efficient! I went early and was out of there in 20 minutes. They changed my oil, checked my tires, topped my fluids and I think they vacuumed my car. Great customer service. Side note though, there was a big guy in the office behind a desk talking on the phone the whole time that didn't acknowledge my presence. He used some fairly colorful language to whomever he was talking to, not sure what was up with that. But other than that it was a great experience.

We came in just for a regular oil change. They were fast and helpful. We used a coupon that made it a really good value. I'm subtracting two stars mostly because there was a fight between two employees that occurred while we were there that made the location feel very unsafe. They also miswrote the mileage on our return reminder which made me wonder if it was an attempt at getting customers to come back before their due date.

Needed my oil change, pulled into jiffy lube on sandy in Portland and was in and out within 15 mins with excellent service from Craig! He was very detailed and made sure my car was taken care of and I knew what was done and what was needed. Thanks Craig for the amazing service and great advise on up keeping my car.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for more than half a year now. Today's experience was fast and straight to the point. I didn't feel like the gentleman was trying to up sell me any more services, than what my car needed. Thank you for your services and coupons!

I got an oil change today . I asked the young man to oil change my car and that is it . I did not want nothing extra , I did not want them to clean the inside because I was not in my car just doing an oil change . Jiffy Lube did exactly what I asked and was very courteous , quick and informative . I will be back and thank you.
