A+++ service! Huge thank you to Joe and the team at Courtesy! From walking in, to getting my BMW parts painted was a nice and easy process! Not only was he fast but very fairly priced! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY BMW COMPLETE AGAIN! I'm recommending all my friends and family!

We stopped in to get an estimate for some damage that had been done to our front bumper due to a "runaway" patio umbrella (one of those big ones for table shade etc) that took place at a coffee shop. He took one look and said "I can take care of that really easily". He went and got a bottle of cleaner/solution of some sort and within minutes was able to get rid of the scuff marks. He was fantastic and so nice to deal with. He didn't charge us a cent. We will definitely be using this company when and if we every need repairs.

I came here based on the previous reviews - and was pleasantly surprised. They fixed the window on my car for an extremely reasonable price, and did it very quickly, though I had to wait one day for it to get to their shop, since my car is a bit old and weird (it probably would have been two days or more elsewhere). Their business is down a bit because of the recession right now - so go here if you don't want to wait long!Edit after a few years: though I no longer have the car, the window that was replaced here started to get a huge, visible scratch (and horrifying sound) from opening and closing with broken glass still in my door. I also cut myself once or twice on broken glass that continued to spill onto the floor from the nook underneath my seat which I had been assured would be cleaned up (I don't have a shopvac). They also marred the interior surface of my door and I had forgotten to post that previously. So, all in all, pretty average service for a pretty average price, I guess.

Rhonda and Joe are two of the nicest people when it comes to easing your mind in a stressful time. I took my 2012 Chevy Sonic in for body damage and was very hesitant in general due to the fact that it was a brand new car.I wanted my car to come back to me as good as new.The whole process took a little over 3 weeks due to insurance and the ordering of parts but throughout these two were amazing.There is a lifetime guarantee on the repairs on my vehicle which makes me feel good about not taking it to my insurances preferred choice of Kadels.I would have gotten my car back in worse condition than after the crash.Courtesy Auto was very efficient and Joe kept me in the loop with what was happening every few days.I made the RIGHT choice in choosing them to fix my car and would recommend them to anyone that wants their car fixed right.

Rhonda is honest and she will provide a repair estimate fast. I have referred family and friends to do their repairs at Courtesy Auto Body. I'll definitely be back.

I have used this company twice. They are fair and do great work. The owner is very personable. I would recommend this place as a first rate auto body shop.

Went in for an estimate, brought it in at 11am didn't get a call back until the following Monday, only got told they can't fix, no paperwork for estimate for repairs or anything. These guys don't even have a lift. No customer service on recommendations for repairs, or of any kind.

Pretty Average. One thing though, they are only open from 8-5 so if you have a job, good luck getting in there.
