I went to the shop probably over 10 times in the last three years and I always get the best top of Line Service whether it s a screw in my tire or oil change or new battery!This is a local family business that has been at that location in the business for nearly I think over 50 years and there are really good salt of the Earth people!Not only do they provide high-quality service, but they also don t overcharge and get very fair pricing for all of their services and especially their!They always help struggling people and do their best to be involved in the community by sponsoring various sports teams!I also really love the transparency, chill vibe yet professional atmosphere and their willingness to do everything they can to fit you in, as soon as possible!As a woman, I also feel truly respected and they don t try to play some weird games and do double talk and dismiss me or treat me like I don t know anything about mechanical repairs, even though, I don t know very much about cars however, I always feel like I get a bit of education, but in a non-condescending way when I leave there!I know right drivers go and get their vehicles inspected there and if there are problems, they will work with you to get them done that works with your budget!For some reason, whenever drive over unfinished/unpaved roads, I often end up with a screw or nail in my tire and Kelly has repaired them all three times at no cost, which is excellent and then I just go and order them their favorite pizza down at Vinny s!I recently needed new tires and I whole whole bunch of mechanical work so I ended up going down to work Kelly the owner is now working down in Milwaukee and once again I had a wonderful and very satisfactory experience and I always feel like my cars are being well taken care of by Kelly and the Browns family in general!I ve grown to deeply respect Kelly and Brian and if you re in need of a no nonsense mechanic and or new tires- I highly recommend visiting or calling this shop!*Stu or Brian are now my contact persons at this location now that Kelly is now running their other location down in Milwaukee- Olson Bros Point S!

I am sitting in the waiting area while the nice folks here are fixing my tire...somehow got a screw in it.Asked Google to find the closest tire store and they are squeezing me in! So thankful I found them.Very nice and helpful.

Just a girl who knows nothing about cars or tires. I came here and had a great experience. The price for 2 tires is 100$ less compared to Jiffy Lube. And that includes lifetime maintenance and road hazards warranty. They explained everything to me. I recommend this place. I will be coming back. 5/5. All the girly pops need to come here so you don t get scammed somewhere else.

The Machanic is fair and very nice.but the clerk at the front desk. Almost cause me a heart attack. I'm age 62 I'm a ne-gro Indian. I saw the Machanic with a business shirt with his name tag at the side door so I asked him? Do u change right rear light is out ? Do to this is a tire shop. He said about 18 bucks he asked for my key and said go inside to register. I waited in line. When My turn. The counter man said I" I gave my keys to a stranger, we don't have a outside Machanic. So I headed out side. He was gone. And no car. So I walked around the back of the building. My heart started to hurt. I went back inside and said" I should have taken my blood pressure medicine before i came here. He then went into the garage. I heard him laughing about what he had did to me. Just demonic. Will never go there again.

My son and I do pretty much all our own work on our cars, but we use Brown's Parkrose Point S for tire mounting and alignments and they are great. Very straightforward to deal with, their knowledgeable techs take the time to talk to you about the work they're doing.

These guys are efficient, professional, and fair priced. I stopped in on a whim after a nightmare trying to replace 4 ties at Costco. Without an appointment, I bought four in stock tires and had them installed in less than an hour. Price was also right. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Stewart is an outstanding manager. Roberto tracked down the elusive leak and informed me because of a tire lining issue, I will have to keep an eye on the tire. I d recommend this store to everyone.

I went in for one thing and ended up buying tires. The guy at the desk took really good care of me. I ask about the price of tires and ended up googling the tires and it was exactly what he said. I highly recommend Briwn's Parkrose.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE OR PARTS ON YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT FIX IT!!I would give them zero stars if I could...They broke the aligment pins and upper control arm adjustments brackets on my truck and tried to blame it on their alignment rack being broken instead of just owning up to the damage they caused.I know they broke it because the truck drove straight down the road when I brought it in and now it pulls ridiculously crazy to the right...so bad that i have to constantly hold the wheel to left alot just to go straight..At first they tried to blame it on the tires that are literally brand new and they installed them that same day...I should of just taken the truck somewhere else right there but I gave them a chance to own up to their mistakes and they didnt do it.they gave me my money back for the alignment to try and absolve themselves of any liability of what they did and blamed it on their alignment machine being broken when they knew for a fact it was them that broke the parts on my truck.Typical case of the service manager trying to cover up for his technicians mistakes and not caring about the customer or the customers property at all!!The second shop I took the truck to found the parts that they broke in a matter of 30 minutes... and had part number for me tonorder before I even asked for it.I also know browns point s were the ones that broke these parts because I had recently just had new upper control arms installed 1 month prior and 500 miles.That shop aligned it with no issues. Browns point S will lie to you and will brake your vehicle and then lie to try and cover it up.This is why they gave me my money back because they didn't want to pay for the parts that they broke...What a joke of a company...I've spent thousands at this location over the years and will NEVER go back again.This is the worst customer service and mechanics/technicians I've ever encountered in my life.This place was way better when it was Bob browns and NOT a point S...They lost my business and my friends and families business for the rest of our lifes...I wouldn't be mad if they owned up to their mistakes but the fact that they lied about it then tried to absolve themselve of any liability is absurd!Not to mention that they changed all the settings on my trucks preset seat settings and also the mirror preset settings.I used to always recommend this location to everyone but will never do it again...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!Go anywhere else!!EDIT**they replied to my review and said a manager would be reaching out to me shortly...that was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing from anyone there...this proves everything I said earlier.They are just leirs that are trying to push customers out the door after they take your money...

Had a warranty issue with a tire, service rep said I was over the 5 year mark so I paid full price for new tire. After getting home, I found that I still had 7 months left on my warranty ..

If you need to have your vehicle inspected for Lyft or Uber, I recommend these folks. I have used them a couple of times, and they provide great service.

They were able to work me in their busy schedule and was timely and I was out of there before the end of the business day I highly recommend Browns points. Also they noticed that my oil filter was pumping oil out of it and was loose so they replaced it with a new oil filter and changed oil without additional cost and it was outstanding serviceJA.

I had no appointment but Kelly got my car in quickly and fixed a leaky tire while I waited. Also had 4 tires replaced on on other vehicle at a very competitive price. Very happy with the service they provided.

Point S is my savior as always! Huge thanks to Nick from the Washougal location who came out to my car on a Saturday afternoon to give me a jump and to Erica at the Brown s location on Sandy who fielded my calls and checked that they had a battery in stock so I could get it replaced and still drive on the weekend. Also perpetual thanks to Stuart at the Brown s on Sandy location who always greets me like a friend, knows my vehicle and preferences, and takes care of me while saving me money wherever possible. You guys are awesome! Thanks for providing the best service ever!

I needed a pretty major wobble in my suspension/wheels fixed and was able to come right in and be seen right away. They diagnosed and fixed the issue for a solid price, driving it before and after to assure it was done well. I asked for another service they don t provide and they suggested an honest alternative in the area. You can tell they are here to help and aren t just after your wallet like other shops. I traveled down from Washington and plan on doing it again.

Went in on a Saturday morning, expecting only to get a quote and make an appointment for later in the week. Turns out they had the tires in stock and could get them changed immediately. Love that they gave me options on tires and explained the pros and cons of each. No pressure whatsoever. Within 1 1/2 hrs I had four new tires and an inspection report with some repair recommendations. Again,no pressure. These guys have been around for a long time and I understand why,quality work at a reasonable price and no pressure. You can't ask for more than that.

I've never had better customer service than I have here! They were absolutely great I went there like three times and got air in my tire and then today I went in to get some air and the guy fixed it for free! No one does that anymore excellent place to go!

Had an appointment and was seen on time to change out snow tires. The take offs were not marked where they came from . Guess we will try to figure that out in the spring

The team at Brown s Parkrose Point S Tire and Auto is wonderful!!I recently received a disappointing and costly tire replacement estimate from the dealership.Due to past business experiences with Point S for construction fleet maintenance and mechanical work on my former car, I knew they were trustworthy.They exceeded my expectations and were able to handle the situation in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.Thanks again!

What a great place for the repairing of my vehicles. All four gentlemen ( Zach, Gene, Kelly and Stuart) provided quick, honest and fair work for a good quality price.I have brought my two Fords as well as my Toyota Camry in to this facility to be taken care. I have not one time been disappointed or upset. And believe you and me.....I can get to those two emotions very, very quickly.Go to Browns!!!!
