Have a 03 focus and needed new rear brakes he did it the same day for a good price.

Currently visiting family in Vancouver WA. Drove my car here from Dallas TX, brakes indicator started making noise right before we are suppose to leave. Called numerous shops who couldn't get me in until the end of the week, or the following week. Called Brake Pro's, they got me in the same day and my car was done within an hour. I had 4 caliper bolts rusted on, I couldn't brake free. Chris took on the challenge and overcome, changed out my rotors and pads with the products I purchased online. 2015 chevy2500 HD. Truck stops better than brand new. Thanks Chris

I needed rear breaks REALLY bad on my 07 300c. I called an her got me in asap. I had my daughter and he gave us a ride there. Really cool, chill guy. It's a small business. Are you all going to make it right for that person who bought brakes you all did? She drove to Texas and the brakes went bad in a matter of days after you supposedly put new brakes on them, did you read her review? I would like for my company to do business with you all, but not if we can t trust you. By the way she is not my friend, I m a concern consumer that care about people, because of being scammed myself and I do read reviews and make comments before I send clients to any business. It sounds like you are making excuses and not standing behind your 100 percent guaranteed.

I had my brakes go completely out unexpectedly... Fortunately I was close by Brake Pros. Chris was able to help right away, ordering a replacement caliper that had broke and installing brake pads/rotors all around. Easy to work with and timely repair work.

I was in Seattle and was looking for a brakes shop to have my van inspected. Not being fully convinced for the options available and knowing that my next stop would be Portland I searched for brakes services and found BRAKE PRO'S. After getting quotes from various brake shops in Gresham, I discovered Brake Pros. Chris communicated to me, very succinctly, what the process of fixing my rear brakes would be. Their quote was less than larger shops and their was no surprises which caused the quote to rise after the work was completed. They informed me they do other mechanical work so I had a tune-up and oil change done as well. I'm very happy to give them business in exchange for the trust I have with them. I've found a great mechanic for my van and car and will continue to service repairs with them in the future. This place was able to get my 4Runner in for brakes within an hour after I noticed some heavy steering wheel shakes downhill indicating warped rotors. Price was about 50 dollars cheaper than my normal mechanic and right down the street from my house. Came prepared to wait over at the food carts accross the street but the owner offered to give me a ride home and brought my vehicle back to my place when it was finished for no extra charge making my day much easier. The last time I had my brakes done at a different shop they did not secure my brake lines and almost lead to an accident. The work from brake pros was clean and you can tell they make sure everything is put together correctly. Thank you!Service: Brakes

I was supposed to drop the car off on Thursday messed up my days dropped it off on a Friday. They were still able to fit me in and get the car back to me pretty quickly and for front and rear brakes and rotors ceramic on a Audi $800 was incredibly fair price. The Audi dealership wanted to charge me $3,400 (insanity). Did high quality work they got it back to me quickly.Service: Brakes

This place is great! They were fast and affordable, and very thorough. The staff is honest and knowledgeable. I came in for my front brakes, and noticed my back brakes were making noise as well. He offered to fix them right then. I was unavailable but he was able to get me in the very next morning! I appreciate how they are not out to nickel and dime people, and genuinely care about their customer's time and wellbeing. I will definitely be coming back!Service: Brakes

I did not physically go to the place, but did several communication through phone and text. He helped me realize that something on my car was under recall- so instead of making me spend hundreds of dollars he helped me navigate the problem and get it covered. 100% knowledgeable about cars. Without even seeing my car just listening to me was able to tell me what it is! Will 100% use in real life for my further needs!

So grateful for Chris and the Brake Pro s team. They got me scheduled immediately after calling 5+ places to compare prices. I ordered the wrong parts for my appointment and they were very patient and knowledgeable. Helped me retrieve the correct parts while explaining detailed work that was done. VERY reasonable prices & HONEST work. I would recommend this shop for most auto services to anyone! *BONUS- they have food carts across the street so you can sit & eat if you need to wait for repairs. *

Beware, scam!The garage is filled with Steel Reserve (Grape flavor)I had my brakes done here. And less than 30 days after my breaks started squeaking and making noise. After further inspection, I noticed my rotor was never changed or resurfaced! And I never got any email. So I returned to the shop and was treated very poorly by the same "owner" who was initially so polite.Needless to say, I learned my lesson: don't pay in cash, always get an itemized receipt and any warranty information.Service: Brakes

I really enjoyed the professional and intelligent people working here.Not much of a waiting room, but I was able to sit in there for a short while before heading over to the food trucks right down the road. Easily a 5 min walk.My truck was looked over well, and taken good care of, I will be returning to fix my other brake issues here.

Highly recommended I called got a fair estimate, brought my car right in. They replaced my front pads and rotors within a couple hours got called that my car was ready! Great service I will be back for sure.

Called these guys up at the beginning of the week. Offered to schedule me the next day, but due to my schedule was placed on the schedule that Friday instead. Professional on the phone and in person. I hate searching for a mechanic, it's hard finding a good,honest,and reliable one.I brought my suburban to them and it needed a somewhat spendy brake repair,after all was said done I've never dealt with a more friendly and honest shop,I won't take my car anywhere else from now on and will galdy refer others to them.
