This place is so awesome, service department and Mechanics are fantastic people, Jen, the manager is the nicest person you ever meet and she stayed after work at 104� just to make sure my truck is done and I was on my way home! Thank you so much for helping me when my truck broke down!! Walterbilt!

Very disappointed......made an appointment to take our motorhome in for service. After looking at it, they said they would work up an estimate for the parts and labor and get back to us right away....... It's been a week and have heard nothing.... We kind of got the feeling that maybe they really didn't want to work on it in the first place since the job may have been too small at around $1500...... I guess are feelings were right since we've not heard from them.What a waste of time.

Truck Repair was good except they forgot to tighten a bolt which led to a control arm working its way partially off. Instead of having it towed to them and costing a lot of money I drove it. After talking with them about having to leave the jobsite which lead to half a days pay because of the bolt coming out they said they don't cover lost wages. It would of been way less than a tow bill for my dump truck. I was told that replacing the parts and labor was taking care of the customer....well not in my opinion. Guess I should of just had it towed and they could of paid the bill.I will not return for my other repairs needed on my truck just because of the customer service not the quality of work. I will not ever refer anyone to go there for repairs I will suggest a other shop to do it... hope the money was worth it for the bad review and further mention of my experience with your business.

We were referred here to have our motorhome alignment done and they got us in the same day! Thanks Tim and company for taking such great care of us. We definitely know where we ll come back when we need another alignment.

Jen / Betts was fantastic to work with! Helped with a last minute project on a couple trailers for me. Pleasant and really goes the extra mile.

Loved the service, have no regrets of using this place for multiple times and will definitely come back again! Jack, the manager is great guy! definitely a great place to do your suspension jobs! Simplicity, quality, right timing, guys got right tools to do it, ended up paying cheaper for the job then the local shop, which charges less per hour!Wish that all drivers would understand that Google reviews is all of ours time and money and put more reviews on the shops and we all can save money and not deal with idiots that are out there hiring non qualified mechanics and at end that $60 hour is turning into $120 in hour with out any warranties and later you will find out that they still messed up on something!Guys please take your time and put reviews on shops.

Great people and excellent service. Rich was able to get my rig in the next day. Jason rebuilt my spring packs, corrected a few problems, and had me back on the road in two hours.

If you look at the reviews, this used to be a great shop. Sadly those days seem to be in the past. Rude and not helpful. They tell you they can do it then screw you over. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

First, Marv in the Parts Dept. was great to deal with but the Service Dept. was nonexistent. I called three weeks in advance, got a quote and made an appointment to bring a truck in on a Friday afternoon the week before the work was to start. Betts would have the truck a whole week to complete the work that needed to be done.I called the Wednesday before to confirm the appointment and was told by Ruben I needed to bring the truck in and get a new quote. I was assured I still had my appointment just need a new quote. An appointment for a new quote was set up with Ruben for Friday afternoon. I took the truck in at 1:00 p.m. on Friday for the quote. Ruben was gone for the weekend. I waited an hour for a quote from a guy who rushed in, blurted out a quote for the parts and labor without looking at the truck and then quickly left. Marv gave me a detailed parts price list and with that and the labor quote I was able to come up with what should be the max price. So I left he truck there to have the work completed by the following Friday.I called on Wednesday to check on the truck and was told work had not started (work should have been completed or in progress by this time). I was now told the truck would not be done by Friday. I said Do not touch the truck. I ll be in to pick the truck up Monday morning. I had committed to a job that Monday and I keep my commitments unlike Betts. Luckily this was just preventative maintenance and not a breakdown. Worst service I ve ever experienced.

I got my King pins replaced on my 07 freightliner and everything went just as they said and the repair cost just as much as they quoted. I am very pleased with the work they did and just as pleased with the price and the time frame the work was done in. I will defiantly return for any truck work I need in the future. I will also highly recommend them to others for repairs.

Most of the time betts has the stuff I need for a really good, competitive, decent ( cheaper then dealer) price. But they need to start to give better discounts for constantly returning customers.

They did a great job, adding a new spring leaf on our motorhome. They didn't carry the bolts we needed but they were so nice and directed us where to buy the springs.

I called Bill in sales and talked to him about my dodge 2500 service truck. I told him that I converted it to a dually and told him about the heavy loads that i was carrying. He looked up the appropriate rear springs for what I needed and suggested timbren bomp stops instead of air bags. The truck rides so smooth now very happy with the outcome! Gabe in the shop performed all of the work and he did a great job as well. They will for sure get my next service truck for upgrades!!

Great service freight liner motor home went in for alignment found bushings worn on front suspension Tori the service manager did great job staying in contact as parts came in went in for repair techs did great job getting repairs done in timely manner

Great experience. I called to see if they could service the trucks we needed. Ryan called me back minutes later and informed me they couldn't assist me, but he could provide me the number of someone who could. Excellent customer service. Bummer I couldn't use them.

I got a flat tire this morning by chance right outside Betts. The guys were so kind and professional and changed the tire in no time. It was such an act of kindness and made my day. Thank you!

Job was to change the slack adjusters from manual to automatic. Now you need to understand that "Hazel" is a 1984 COE Freightliner approaching 3 million miles. We bought her from Market Transport when she had 614,000 miles on her.Since we have almost all trips taken were to Calif for produce, a repair facility in Ca is very important, and the Fresno shop proved a big help in keeping her on the road.When we decided to switch the slacks it was great to find the Portland shop with Bill as the service manager. We requested Stemco parts which were supplied by Potter Webster parts jobber.Bill fulfilled our needs in a timely and excellent way.Now, as many of you know, "Hazel" will not be going back to California, which is Ok, because Betts has a large shop in Tolleson Az, only a couple of blocks from WinCo DC, that we serve.Many thanks to Bill and his staff for the great work.Grafton L SterlingSterling Western Inc (since 1980)

Worker told me they would perform service on my truck. Had my truck for 2 weeks and the service is still not done. No call backs. No answers. Do not use these guys

TRUCKERS BE WARE. Not worth your time, more aggravation then it's worth Will not have my business ever..No Face Masks by the Rude gentlemen outsideA business that can not follow a few rules that are very easy Wear a Face Mask- be 6 feet Social Distancing - Disrespectful !!!! Unbelievable how ignorant they are.
