Incredibly quick, fast, efficient service. The battery of my ford fusion died in the snow storm and they diagnosed and replaced it within a day. Love this place and will be my new go-to for repairs/anything for my fusion.Also love the free coconut waters in the lobby

So appreciative of the honesty and quality service we received! I was able to get an appointment set quickly and repair made in less than a day after first shop we went to was unable to handle the repairs. Highly recommend Atomic Auto and will be the first place we call next time when our hybrid needs routine maintenance or repair.

This is the best place to go if you own a hybrid car. They replaced my hybrid battery with one with 4 years or 40000 miles guarantee for a lot less than the dealer. They quoted and delivered exactly as agreed. The people are great to communicate with and they do a fantastic job mechanically. I do not think of any other shop as good as Atomic Hybrid in the city of Portland. My 09 Prius was ready in less than 4 days. I am very grateful for the work done.

We are so happy to have found this shop. It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust to have your best interest at heart. We have been bringing our two cars here for the last 3.5 years or so. They are easy to schedule with, charge reasonable fees, and are great about letting you know what should be done in order of importance so you can budget.I would highly recommend them!

Found these guys on Yelp, gave em a try and was not disappointed at all. They were prompt, professional, communicative and competent. They even went out of their way to fit me in on a busy day so I could have my car for work. Would recommend; will return.

I am a "drive it into the ground" car owner so I have worked with a lot of shops over my many years and this is hands down my best experience. This team is no nonsense, honest, never overselling, super responsive, and very respectful. As a woman I have had several condescending experiences with auto shops but NEVER with Atomic. These guys are helping me get to 300K miles on my 2010 prius. Go Atomic!

Always the best! I sent a question after hours, not expecting a response until the next morning at the soonest. Rather, I got a response with a specific answer to my question within an hour.I've been having my 2010 Prius serviced here for years, and am always impressed with these guys. They're always responsive, clear, easy to work with. And they're doing a great job maintaining the health of my old, beat up Prius; it gets a lot of wear and tear, and keeps goin'. Thanks y'all!

Really cannot overstate the level of service I received from the entire team at Atomic. From my first phone call all the way through the process. They were upfront, transparent, prompt and clear. They did not recommend more than I needed and even found that an expensive part that failed was still under warranty @ Toyota which I was able to get replaced for free at the dealership. I never write online reviews (good or bad) but could not pass up the opportunity to praise Travis and the entire team.

These folks are absolutely amazing. Prior mechanic messed up several jobs on my first gen Prius. Brought the car in, and now it's on its way to being completely fixed! They're communicative, transparent, affordable, and highly knowledgeable.

That was a superb 5k service for my RAV4. Probably one of the best car shop experiences of my life. These guys are fast, friendly, courteous, accommodating and thorough. Booked an appointment for the next morning on the phone with Barry. Cale opened the shop at 8 am on the dot to check me in and my car was ready by 9 am. Their report and notes were stellar and they went over everything with me post-inspection.My biggest concern was the rooftop tent on my car that stays on the whole time. I ve had a few sketchy experiences with past mechanics but the guys at Atomic reassured me that they ll take care of my setup and be extra careful. That went a long way.The shop is awesome. Clean, open waiting space to get some work done and good WiFi. You can see straight into the working area through the glass windows which adds a layer of transparency - great shop design!Their costs are on the higher end. My usual $70-80 service cost $115 there but you get what you pay for. They were excellent and pleasant to work with, easy to book last minute, and only took up one hour of my day, while I got to catch up on work at their shop. It was worth the extra cash for me. Will be my go to shop in Portland going forward.

I have been going to Atomic for years with my different Prius . Travis was recommended by my regular family mechanic when he couldn t work on my hybrid. Travis is awesome and they are honest and trustworthy. I always feel confident taking my vehicle there. Thank you all for that!!

Prius stopped running and thought we needed a new hybrid battery, Took it to Atomic and they did some trouble shooting, figured out the problem, did some resets, and no new battery needed. They were professional from beginning to end. Fast service, reasonably priced, and will be taking our other hybrids there!

I recently visited Atomic Auto Hybrid Repair based on the recommendation of my girlfriend, who has been a loyal customer for a long time. As I had just purchased a used Toyota Prius C, she assured me that this shop specializes in Prius vehicles. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions patiently. They didn't hesitate to provide me with all the information I needed about my new car. Arrived for my appointment and the office was closed (staffing problems). They had a key drop with great instructions including reaching them by text. I got a real person reply within minutes and left assured my car was being attended to. Communication was excellent throughout the day, the work was great and the overall inspection far more than I expected. The invoice was certainly fair! I will be back!

A big thank you to Atomic Auto. My heater was not working, so I took it to my mechanic, thinking it would be inexpensive. My mechanic shocked me with the news that my heater core was damaged to the point I should consider buying a new car. I decided to take my car to Atomic Auto because they specialize in hybrid cars. After all the diagnostics, I was told a pool of coolant was gathered in my catalytic converter, and I should look into the warranty with Toyota. Long story short, it was the problem, and my car was still under warranty for this repair 2k repair. I am now a loyal customer!

What can I say!? Atomic Auto for the win, every time! I've been a customer at AA for many years, they've serviced all of our family's vehicles and is the only place I'd bring my hybrid. The only mechanic's shop that I will ever use (I drive a Tacoma, not an EV), they run a fair and honest business and I leave knowing the job was done right. I've had many negative experiences with other shops and doing business with Atomic has always left me feeling satisfied, even if I leave a little light in the wallet .

My car repair shop recommended these guys for my 2008 Prius's chronic 12V battery problems, and I can see why. Travis was knowledgeable and efficient, and he also took care to help me avoid a rabbit hole of costs, figuring out that I've been buying inferior batteries rather than experiencing an electrical draw or a hybrid problem. I was enormously relieved at how much time and money he saved me. I will take our car to Atomic Auto for any future hybrid-related repairs. Highly recommended!!

Took my Prius in this morning, and it was completed in about 2 hours. Friendly service writer, clean office and shop and parking lot. Would recommend for anyone to take their car here for repair, I know I will next time. Bob G.

Atomic was recommended to me because my lights were not working. I couldn t see at all one night during a terrible downpour. I was actually scared for my life. I texted them and they got me in, in spite of how busy they were. Repairs were made within hours and the bill was not a killer. I would recommend this company to my my 92 year old mom! Atomic Auto fixed a water/rain leak in my 2018 Prius. Luckily it wasn't a hard fix, but it was easy to make an appointment with their online sign up, and they fixed it within a few hours at a reasonable price.

Easy car maintenance appointment. I dropped off the car and they finished it up same day. They recommended a few things but there was no upsell pressure.
