Arthurs Automotive treats you right with honesty and respect. They give free estimates and care about the safety of you and there car. The owners and employees are amazing skilled professionals. Check out the art on the walls too. I have an old Toyota truck that I want to last as long as possible. Nicole and Ryan and the team are so good at explaining options and are so kind and patient. This family owned business is a gem. I trust them completely. I always feel like I'm getting a good price from skilled mechanics. I love that they change the oil and do a complete check of the everything else. It gives me such peace of mind. They also work hard to get your vehicle in and out quickly!

I'm so happy to have found Arthurs Automotive! I dropped off my car for an oil change and engine noise. From the first phone call to picking up my car, everything was amazing! They communicated with me via text message while my car was in the shop and completed a 30 point inspection and a quality check for free. I even got new tires all in one day! I highly recommend using Arthurs Automotive for any car trouble or maintenance. They made this unfortunate experience as pleasant as possible, and I was impressed by their communications, friendliness, and professionalism. They even had a visual model at the counter to explain where my break pads are in mm and their recommendations for future maintenance. Finding a good honest mechanic can be challenging, so I am more than relieved to know and trust they are here for their customers and will always do the right thing!

I typically have a difficult time trusting that mechanic shops are not trying to upsell me or are charging fair rates but everyone at Arthur's was really patient with me and answered all my questions, explaining exactly what was wrong, what I could expect it to cost, and got my car up and running again at an affordable price. To top it all off, they have great warranties on all the work they do. If you're having car trouble or have had bad experiences with car repairs in the past, I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm definitely returning here for future issues with my car.

I got good servce. they did an inspection to give me a idea of what else needed to be done on the car for later, and we're very helpful about future needs. Great friendly staff too. I'm glad I went there and will continue to go.

Five star service. Provides photos of anything wrong with your car. Best customer service and honest mechanics. Will not charge more if given the chance, multiple times been charged less than originally quoted. Love these guys!

I always have a good time with them, the lady there always takes care of me.but my last experience was not good.they ask too much money.So I took my car for different mechanic for less money.I don't know what happened this time, but Iook like it's all about money.

Was happy with my service here. Came to deal with a few small things and they got it estimated and completed within the same day, and getting an appointment wasn't hard either. Didn't recommend a bunch of stuff my car didn't need.

Brought my truck in for check engine light, they determined it was for misfire so they changed spark plugs and coil packs for $1750.00!!! which is outrageous and next day check engine comes on again! so I brought it back again and they kept it for 5 buisness days figuring out what was wrong then they said it was a 6 page process which should of been a red flag for me that they didn't know what they were doing and had to go by the book which means they were inexperienced in this area. Again they had me pick it up at 4:30 pm on a friday saying its "finally fixed " and which was close to closing time and weekend and 15 mins after driving the check engine comes on again but I couldn't call back cause they were already closed til monday. Due to the stress and anger and not wanting to do something I'd regret in the future I just decided to take it to a more reliable mechanic where they finally found the problem and fixed it. They also found out that Honest 1 just erased the codes without actually fixing it hoping it would go away. I dont recommend this place to anyone. its almost like their using your vehicle for practice.

The illuminated check engine indicator in my Fiat 500L was triggered by an evap system leak. The Arthurs team worked diligently to address the issue, and now my car continues to operate smoothly.

Arthurs automotive: fix one problem get a new one free! I ve been here two separate times. First time was a gas tank replacement. Cool, easy, got the new tank. But then it couldn t accept gas for some reason. Took a total of 3 separate drop offs to fix a problem they created. they kept my truck for almost a full month. I had to call them weekly for check ups to see any progress. I thought hey things happen, they were nice and all . Fast forward a year to now, one of my belts had a small tear in it so I called to schedule a replacement. They checked it and said it needed replacement of all the belts/pulleys/tensioners. Cool let s do it. The instant I started the truck afterwards (in their parking lot with techs around) it started SCREAMING with that horrible squealing sound. Nobody said anything so I figured it needed a break in drive to settle in. Nope. After the weekend I went back to have it fixed properly, and wouldn t you know it! I m told a different problem was causing it. That they d be happy to fix for me (for only an additional 900 dollars)! Interesting, it didn t make this sound a single time before they got their hands on it. I don t trust their mechanics. I will never be back. I m beyond disappointed. Last honest mechanic slogan is a joke. I feel completely tricked and taken advantage of.

I went to get an oil change and I thought it was weird it takes over an hour and a half to change the oil. I was never going back again with the experience. I get my car back and door is now broke. Don't let idiots change your oil.

Shady and wildly unprofessional at both this store and their sister store Honest Automotive. They don't do the job right the first time and you will be over charged. I will never come back and have urged my neighbors to do the same.

a bad mechanics shop, still relatively new at this location so trying to be understanding that they are still figuring out all the details. Unfortunately though it seems like when I call ahead I'm told one thing and then when I show up I'm told another. Call to take two cars in for a new car inspection and told that it is a free service that they offer and when I came to pick up the first car I was told that I owed them $150, I told him what I was told on the phone and the receptionist were really nice and waved that bill and then they did it to me again on my second car. Also frustrated the first time I took a car into him they told me that it would be ready the following day and instead they had it for almost 5 days with no communication for why they were delaying or what was possibly going on that they needed to take so much time.Despite these two issues they are good at communicating the work that needs to be done and have an amazing app that they use that breaks it down for the customer. Still happy to return to them just be careful because their coupons are misleading because it says they'll take a certain amount off if a dollar amount is met but that's not to mean that if you go in and have $100 worth of work done they're going to knock $25 off of it they say even though they're coupons don't say this that it's for a service that costs $100 so if you go in for an oil change a tire rotation and an alignment and it only adds up to $150 they will not take the $25 off because it took all three services to meet the requirement and the only discount if one service meets that requirement. There other coupons are good, their oil change and AC special, just careful on their bonus savings coupon.UPDATE: Had to remove all stars would take out the last one also except that's not possible. They are not honoring their coupons any better now and they take no responsibility for what their employees do to people's vehicles they just say they fired that person and to go ahead and bring it in and pay them some more money and maybe they'll get it right this time. Also, be careful if you post on Facebook or any social media because they get very hostile if you say anything negative about their shop or try and convince you they changed and to bring it back and they will make it right. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They will just tell you your wrong say things that make no sense and then demand that you pay them for any further work. Also don't worry about figuring out who the owners are because they will make sure to identify themselves at least three times as if that should make up for the fact they do bad work.

Will never go here again. Problem after problem. Kept our truck way too long, wouldn't communicate, rushes to fix things at the last minute before they close and then they don't fix the issue properly. This last time was the straw. Husband brought truck in for a belt fix. They fixed the belt but it made a horrible squeaking noise. At first they told my husband "oh thats normal." Its not normal. Husband took it back, and now its apparently being caused by a different problem EVEN THOUGH IT NEVER MADE THAT SOUND BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT. They refused to fix the "new" problem without more money. Scoundrels. Buyer beware.

This shop is the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. All they care about is making their monthly QUOTA. They did nothing to my car and wanted to add more money for repair after I was quoted. They called the police to have my car towed which was in their lot but ended up on the street?? And held my engine hostage until a bad review was taken down which I knew nothing about. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted to get a complete diagnosis on any issues I may need to address in the future. The team at Arthur's did a great job. They supplied me with a detailed emailed report. Now I can address what needs to be done on my schedule. These guys are great. Arthur s fixed a piston 1 misfire issue in our Honda Element and greatly improved a shimmy we had w/ acceleration. Nicole took great care of us, very personalized care, good communication and listening. We were impressed enough with the service and relieved it didn t cost more, so we decided to bring car back for a full shock/strut replacement. Prices seem reasonable for quality, guarantee of work, and service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

These people are amazing. I haven't found a place yet to call "home" when it comes to servicing my '06 Mustang GT. So many shops I just could not trust going forward, so I continue the search, which has been several years. I found Arthurs online and after reading all the reviews, decided to give them a chance. These people proved to me that they are trustworthy. After my first appt, while driving home, I was amazed. My car had not run as good as it does now, and probably ever. Prices are reasonable. They are very friendly and treat you with respect. They communicate with regular updates via text. This is my new home, finally. Even if you aren't sold, give them a shot. I've used Arthur's twice. I won't be back. First time was great, second time was bad.The first visit, we had serious car trouble. The car topped out around 20 mph and shook hard. They started work the next business day, sent an itemized estimate with detailed descriptions and photos of the problems justifying the work, and performed the work only after I approved everything. They finished ahead of schedule and everything ran great.The second time, we had three OBD codes that prevented us from passing DEQ. They estimated one hour of labor to diagnose the issues. I made an appointment for Wednesday and dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon. Thursday morning, they told me they lost the key and were waiting for a locksmith. Friday at noon, they still had not begun work. They said they would have the car back to us by end of day.End of day came, we showed up, and they still had not diagnosed the issue and said they needed more time. (They had done the oil change we asked for, and that was all.)We took the car home for the weekend. We made a follow-up appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. They said "I'm marking it as a follow-up appointment, so your car is at the TOP OF THE LIST." We came back at 4:40 pm, and they had not even moved the car from the spot where we dropped it off. "We're sorry, we only have so many spaces." We took the car home and we'll be taking it to another shop.Don't set appointments and tell someone they're top priority if you don't have space for them. I have spent four working days giving my partner rides to their work, losing sleep and getting behind on my own work and school, for what was estimated to be a one-hour job. Dropped my car off for a check engine light diagnosis told me it would be a few hours had my car all day. I called him back at 12:30. They said they needed 30 more minutes and then at 4 o clock. I called back again. They said they couldn t figure it out. I wondered when they were going to let me know they couldn t figure it out then I had to pay top dollar for an Uber to drive in traffic out there to get my car. They told me they cleared the engine light to see if it would come back on something. I d already done this please can you oil changes maybe brakes I wouldn t come here for anything else sorry for the bad review, but I was just appointed.

I was able to accept or decline each option online which was great since i was working all day and could go over the estimates during my break. They called to confirm things right away and were able to fix my car quickly.
