I needed a windshield replaced and driver's side window placed back on the track. They were able to schedule me the next day, came to my location, and did it for less than the competition. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Alpha Auto Glass has absolutely lovely, friendly people. Came out fast and brought the ability to change the windshield in the rain without getting rain in my truck. Very, very reasonably priced and great warranty. Thank you guys so much!

This guy customer service was horrible. He plain rude, spoke with an attitude especially when he arrived. Look what he did left the window without it s sealed. Official phone call said one price for everything, never did he say the seal was separate payment. Very unprofessional, his communication and work. Now I m left with a cap open in middle of my car until I can find someone who can professionally fix. My husband and I reached out to him yet all we got was bad attitude he basically got mad.I personally don t recommend this shop!!1: Failure to detailed information/ cost for each repair/ replacement.2: bad customer service3: unprofessional4: bad communication5: he was late. appointment was at 4 he arrived after 4:20 pm6: work was badly doneNow I m driving around with tape over my car. What a waste of money and time.Update: 5/23 I had to get the windshield fixed replaced. , the windshield was wavy, it was uneven.June 23 2022 : update they never came out to fix or straighten the window after calling them few times. They never came .It is wavy when I look in my mirror while driving.I only was in a hurry to get my window fix and saw five stars on Google Gide is why I called them. however i don t recommend. He was just plain rude

Very most excellent service! There was a little mix up on the address on MY behalf. Dispatch and worker were in communication with me the whole time. Very kind throughout the process. The service was great and the installation worker was very polite, even vacuumed the whole front of the car, which I did not expect. I would recommend them to my family members for sure. Thank you!

I called them at 6 pm on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. on Saturday morning, they got in touch w my insurance company and replaced my glass! so easy and smooth! thank youthe negative reviews are probably people who are still emotionally recovering from whatever happened to their car and don't understand that these guys replace the glass only. they don't fix the window mechanism.they also cleaned my car up really well. I don't think that's part of the service exactly, but they did well enough I didn't feel the need to redo it.

I called in to have my broken window replaced, and they did an excellent job! The repair man brought the wrong part at first and stripped the car door and left to get the correct part. The window works perfectly!

Called friday to get a window replaced, they said they d be out monday. Never showed up and when I called they said they didn t have the correct window. Said they d call me back twice and never did.I missed work for the appointment, my car has been sitting with a busted window for 4 days and now I need to wait for another company to come out

Alpha Auto Glass did a great job. Tech was great, on time and the price was hundreds cheaper then other quotes. Glass was OEM. Good job!

Great work. Technician came to my work fix a broken vandalized driver side window. The technician was not satisfied with the first piece of glass from the warehouse. Came back the second day with a better piece. That's a guy that likes to stand by his work.

Marvin and Carlos were great to work with. Very prompt, professional and conscientious. Carlos had the window replaced in about 20 minutes. Great service and best price in town. Highly recommend these guys.

After arranging for service from two other providers who failed to arrive as promised and did not call to follow up, I called eight auto glass businesses, including Alpha Auto Glass. Alpha's quote was the lowest by $120.00. Hector arrived early and worked hard. When he realized that my car was leaking badly (my floor mat had begun to sprout) he made an extra effort to solve the problem. When he finished, he told me to call them if it still leaked, certain that it would not. I am very happy with their service and confidently recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

**UPDATE 4/22/2022 - TIME FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT - they never even responded back to the BBB either - plus they tried to give me some random address in vancouver washington to an apartment complex (with no apartment #) to serve the court papers - but i found the correct business address -Update 3/24/22 finally got them to call me back when they thought i was a new customer now have been avoiding me again ***UPDATE AS OF 3/15/2022 STILL NO RESOLUTION STILL BEING AVOIDED WHEN I REACH OUT VIA PHONE / EMAIL FOR ANY RESOLUTION FILED WITH BBB AND REPORTED DISPUTED CHARGES FOR MY CREDIT CARD NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF NEED BE - UNRELIABLE BUSINESS HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ***UPDATE 03/08/2022 - I RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND SEE I WAS CHARGED $372 FOR A PROJECT I WAS TOLD WAS ONLY GOING TO BE $200 (NO WONDER WHY THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A RECIEPT) awaiting to hear back on how smoothly this error will be fixed *** Its been a week and no response to calls or emails. Emails go unresponded to and phone calls they say they will call me back but dont get my namenor number blowing me off - i have now placed a dispute with credit card company and have filed a complaint with better business beauru as well - claim # 16857981 if anyone cares to read it **ORIGINAL COMMENTS FROM JAN 2022 - Tech was on time didnt really do a great job cleabing up though. There wad an issue with payment initially the tech requested cash for payment and said they couldnt accept cards. Not that it was a technical issue but policy. No where on website did it mention cash only for payment. Many people these days dont just have a few hundred extra dollars on hand especially when an unexpected expense such as vandalizm happens. The tech wanted to follow us to ths bank to withdraw the $$ - well that wasnt gonna happen i was using a credit card since i didnt have that extra $$ in my monthly budget expenses. In the end they took credit card payment iver phone but if credit cards arent allowed as payment this should probably be posted on the website or discussed when talking to agent to schedule!

Reasonable price and they come to your home or work to do a 45 minutes installation. They gave me options either use an OEM or OEM quality glass. Highly recommended.

Glass is just OK. Asked for extra charge, which is different from their quote price. The tech was quick, but unfriendly and unwilling to give a hand.
