I bought LeeR canopy last 9-2023. After they installed it, I noticed that they made damage on my rail cap cover and rail, they put a hole on it. Then, I went back a week after because there was a water leak on it and at the same time I told the guy in front desk that who ever installed the canopy made a certain damage on my truck. He didn t say anything on that matter instead he just pay attention on water leak which has been fixed, which is a good thing. Until then, I m still waiting for their action on the damage being made to my truck. So, for your awareness make sure you double check your vehicle before leaving the shop to make sure there s no damage cause of them. I am hoping that they will take an action to fix that damage .

Great products. Convenient service, open on Saturday. Quality professional service all the way around. Oh and at least $300.00 less expensive than NW Accessories who are not even open on Saturdays.

I recommend doing business here in Redmond OR. Mike was easy to work with. Prices are competitive and the service is great. My Decked system arrived sooner than expected. My Prinsu rack arrived sooner than expected. Stephen lent me his personal tie downs to transport. Seriously good dudes to work with. I could not have received better help. Glad I kept my business local in Redmond OR. 5 up.

Stay away!!! I waited 4 weeks for the first Leer shell and on install they ordered the wrong shell for my truck even though I gave them the VIN to order from. They actually suggested to run with the shell that was wrong or "I guess" wait another 2-4 weeks for a another one. I requested a reorder for the right shell and was told they'd put a rush reorder on it but 5 weeks later with a ho-hum attitude it "may or may not be on next weeks load list" but they will GLADLY cancel my order instead of putting some pressure on Leer to expedite or rush the reorder being that they are the #1 dealer for the Leer brand. The staff and store manager Jason have no since of urgency or request to rush a reorder for an error that they made for ordering the wrong part. I was offered a whopping $100 off for the inconvenience but that was the "best" they could do. Do Better. Don't go here, don't buy here, don't do any business here.

After having my Decked system installed I noticed that my 110 outlet plug on my 2nd gen Tacoma was not accessible they offered to fix the issue for just the purchase of a extension plug and they provided the labor to remove half the Decked System install the extension cord and then reinstalled it oh BTW these folks did a great job on the installation I will be doing more business with them!

Had them install my canopy and then later install some bed stiffeners in my Toyota Tacoma. They did a great job both times. Definitely recommend them.

I wish they would have been able to ask what I wanted, then try to sell me the best stuff for my situation rather than just process a sale.I paid cash for everything ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for installation. I gave them the VIN number of my truck so they could get the correct match for the camper shell . The color and size was the only thing that was correct . The installation was adequate except for the incorrect wire harness. The canopy did not have a sliding front glass or the correct wiring harness. I had to pay extra for a new front sliding glass window and come back to get both installed. I didn't have to pay for the wiring harness. While I was there I asked the salesman about a rooftop tent and if it would fit on my new canopy with a rack on it. He said that it would and that it came with free installation for $3200.00 . So I almost pulled the trigger right then except he said let me see if you have the reinforced canopy, to which he said no I didn't. Like I said before I paid cash and all they had to do was say.... do you want the deluxe extra special strongest most awesome keyless camper shell made and I would have said yes and paid for it.Instead when I called on memorial day they were closed. So I went to Rack Attack instead to get my RTT and got it installed.

Contacted these fine people from a referral from friend. New canopy for 21 Ram 1500 warlock. Color matched that is perfect. Great crew there. Will refer anyone that asks.

Not being very knowledgeable with truck parts, the employees at All American Really set me up with all that I needed and then some. The option available for your vehicle can be overwhelming, but they do a very good job of narrowing down the right product for you. There customer service was very welcoming. I would shop here again

I got a set of Nerf bars for my ram truck. they were very helpful going over there available products. and i felt there advice was honest . they did not just try to up sale me but listened to why i was getting the bars function over looks in my case. there pricing was competitive and i will shop them again. I looked on line and at there local competitors i am very satisfied with the entire experience and the bars work great for me. they installed the bars for me. it was done by appointment when i arrived they got right on the job and everything was spot on from start to finish. i would strongly recommend checking them out for your truck and SUV needs. there showroom is clean well laid out its easy to find what you are looking for and a top notch staff.

I order third break light for my snug top canopy waiting a month and half still don't have it. every time ask them. they said will email to snugtop company and get back to me but never call me back until I ask them again it the same answer. I don't know how long it will take. if I order online it only take 3 days or a week to get my order. I order from this company because I want to support local business. Why I have to wait so long? really frustrate for waiting.

Needed a standard lock for my canopy that I m using every day. It would ve taken them five weeks to get the part and put it in Instead of going on their route and paying $150 upfront, I ended up getting it online and putting it in myself in within two biz days. $92+ 15 minutes.Not too helpful guys

Great service, the crew here is very friendly, they have great knowledge of the parts or items needed for your truck, on my end I order a black keyless canopy, is beautiful, they installed in less than couple hours, verify everything was working properly and then i was on the road. I will post pictures soon.

Knowledgeable staff and installers are professional and helpful. The showroom could be cleaner and tidier - the waiting area needs a good cleaning. Otherwise, these are the guys you want to go to for your truck canopy and cargo needs. Check this place out!!!

Nick was very helpful making sure we purchased the correct Snugtop canopy that fit our needs. I was concerned about the color match and after having them install it, the color is perfect. Keyless entry on the canopy was also a nice bonus. Great service. Thank you

Great service!! I bought a Leer canopy almost three years ago and the remote lock quit working. They quickly diagnosed it, fixed it with a fuse, and sent me on my way. Highly recommend these guys!

They just installed and new Leer canopy, Leer toolbox and did a nice lift on my 2019 Dodge ram 3500. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had no issues with any of the work they did! They even took my vehicle over to Stereo King free of charge to get work done that was separate from what they do.

Had an appointment. Got told it's gonna take 30 min to wire up my canopy. Was 10 min early. Dropped off my car. Came back 1h later. They didn't even touched my truck. Still was sitting out in the parking lot. Took my keys back and left. Didn't get offered a new appointment. No costumer service at all.

I have to give theses guys a 5 star for saving me money and doing an excellent job. Here is what happened: In short, I wanted fog lights, but my 20 year old 4Runner has no pre-manufactured mounts for them. Northwest Auto Accessories wanted $650.00 for them with an additional external bracket. Nick and company did it for $300.00 and custom fit them in my preexisting grill out of sight. A better plan at less than half the cost, and they work really well. ...Thanks Nick

Very poor customer service. Steer clear from this company and especially this location. I had an order for a Canopy and they had a floor model that "was the exact one for my truck" only to find out when I drove back out 60miles to have it installed that it was for a different year. I had the BedRug already installed and kept it but when driving on the highway it almost flew out and I had to tie it down because they didn't even bother to install it properly I found out when I got home.Not sure what kind of business they're running there but while I was there another customer was in complaining of poor installation of a canopy too. They're a big corporate scam that don't really care about their customers. Go down the street to Canopy Corner if you want to get your money's worth.There's a reason they're not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

I don't generally leave reviews, but this was such a bad customer experience that I feel compelled to share with others. We called trying to find a tow hitch for our 2004 Toyota Rav4. We gave them our year, make and model. They told us they didn't have one in stock, but that they would order one for us. When we picked up the tow hitch, the receipt specifically said it was for a 1998 Rav4. I asked them to double check that it would fit a 2004 Rav4 since it clearly listed a different year. They assured me the hitch would cover 2004 since it was the same generation of Rav4s. We paid $260 for the tow hitch, only to find out as soon as we got home that the hitch didn't even fit our vehicle. It was too narrow and the bolt holes didn't line up. We want back the next day to return the hitch, and they charged us $65 for the return ... due to 'restocking fee'.So long story short: we wanted a tow hitch, they ordered the wrong part, we returned it and got charged $65 and left with no tow hitch. They didn't even offer to waive the restocking fee despite the fact that they ordered the wrong part to start with.

I am so glad that we drove 30 minutes from the Beaverton area to the 82nd location. Great experience! We were looking at canopies on display in the parking area. Nick asked us if we had been helped. In less than an hour we were shown all the different models and options. His recommendations were spot on. Our order is placed and we are waiting on delivery and installation. I will post a follow-up on that as well.

I placed an order with a $500 deposit. Two weeks later I hadn't heard from them, not even an email confirmation of my order and deposit, so I wrote asking when the canopy would be ready. I received a totally disrespectful reply from Jason saying that Leer had to "build, paint and then deliver the canopy", so I shouldn't expect the canopy for at least 3-4 weeks. Okay, I had no idea that they didn't carry the canopies in stock, and I was told over the phone that they "should have one in 2 weeks time". So Jason then told me that he expedited one from Leer and it would be there the next week. I drove the 60 miles that day to have it put on and surprise they had ordered the wrong size which Jason told me was my fault. Not true, I gave him the dimensions of the truck bed and he told me the size based on the numbers I gave him. He said he could order another one but it would take 3-4 more weeks. I said no thank you and requested a refund. I was told that it would be sent to me in the mail. If it doesn't arrive within 2 weeks, I will place a claim in court. Interestingly, my son's girlfriend placed an order 2 weeks before I did, and upon arrival they didn't have the correct size either (this is why I wasn't surprised when they didn't have the correct size for me). BAD business all around.

Went in to get warranty work done. While trying to fix leaking canopy they chipped my brand new canopy and my canopy still leaks. Factory will not warranty chips cause of dealer mistake and dealer blames on a factory issue. Stuck with now taking to court.

Have purchased several canopies from this company and one from this store. They have done a great job on installs and repairs. Today having a CTS II tuner installed and am pleased with the experience and the quality of service from all the staff.
