Every time we come to get our car serviced we are greeted with amazing customer service and they treat our car with amazing car. Richard and his crew know exactly what they are doing and I am proud to call affordable car doctor my mechanics! I will always recommend them anytime someone tells me they need work done.

We just got our car serviced from Richard and his crew, the best mechanic shop we've gone to hands down, always really nice and friendly they all do amazing work on all the vehicles they work on. If you haven't been in, I suggest checking them out sometime.

Had a spark plug pop and the head needed to have a metal insert put in to hold the plug they had it done in a couple hours staff were really good to work with courteous and the price was fair have a steering problem I can't quite diagnose so I plan on taking my back to them because I believe they are a trustworthy shop

$1400 for front brakes and bearings. Problem persisted 2 days after.Still dealing with it.Other places are willing to do it for half of what I paid here.

Highly recommend for repairs. We have been taking our van and trucks here for 4 years now. They are great with communication and the prices are very fair. Can't believe I've never left a review for this place. I've brought 3 of my cars here to them over the last 9 or so years (before they moved from their first location!) and I couldn't recommend them enough.Don't pay attention to the odd one star reviews. They don't represent this shop at all.I had a 1998 Honda Accord for a decade and got all of the major repairs done here- I'm talking the entire water pump system, alternator, emergency radiator replacement, and they even replaced the motor in my drivers side automatic window.Now I own a 2013 VW Jetta Sportswagen and there are some big repairs that I know are likely coming up. I've expressed concerns (like the catalytic converter possibly starting to go), and I've always been promptly listened to and things were inspected. They won't just fix things without asking. They call me every time to thoroughly explain what's going on and what they recommend, but I've never been upsold or taken advantage of.These guys are the real honest deal.I roadtrip a lot and my work commute is 80 miles every day, so I'm in and out getting oil changes often. I trust them implicitly with making sure my car is safe!

Communication was thorough and work was completed quickly. I had a hard to find electrical problem and was worried no one would be able to figure it out. Rich and staff were very impressive they found and fixed my issue quickly which was impressive considering its needle in a haystack orgins. I mostly worked with Rich, although throughout the process spoke with all the staff and everyone was awesome, just a genuinely a great bunch of people.I would have paid a couple hundred dollars more and still felt I got a fair deal. I'm legitimately impressed and won't bother looking for anyone else in the future, as long as this shop is open.

This is my second trip taking my car to the Affordable Car Doctor and will definitely keep going back! Rich is awesome and keeps me in the loop the whole time with everything going on with my car. I also really appreciate that he can get me in so quick and fixed up in no time. My car is almost 20 years old but Rich makes sure it s running just as good as the day I got it (better honestly). Awesome! Found my new mechanic! My friend recommended this place when I needed a mechanic to do a huge service quickly. Richard was able to get me in immediately and get the work done with a great price! I will recommend to any of my friends who need to get work done on their car to go here. A little out of town but is worth the drive!

Affordable, honest, keeps you in the know all day too about what's going on with your vehicle. After my problem was fixed by them for NOTHING I was told if the issue comes up to bring it in with part's I could by online. Yes... bring in the part I could find at a decent price and they would install it. The owner is a fantastic guy with a great professional attitude with a incredible backstory. Please.. PLEASE give your business to this establishment.

I have use Affordable Car Doctor several times. Well, this last time, I was chargerd $900 for repairs not done. Today its snowing. Rich cliamed to fix my thermostat which was a $12 part with a $100 service fee. I called Them out on it. Got the run around on how he fixed the thermostat but not the fan. Went somewhere else today. And was told the thermostat was not fixed and it wasn't just the fan! Needed an oil change and a problem with my car idling looked at. They got it done in an hour and charged next to nothing, told me to call them if there are any other issues and theyd get me in ASAP. Great work and people, Absolutely coming back next time

From what I have read this is a reliable and honest auto repair shop. I have not personally had any auto service performed here but have had the privilege of meeting the owner Rich. I inquired about a car he was selling for parts and met him at his shop. At the time I was unemployed and had little money to spend on some hard to find parts for my 98 Subaru Forester. Rich told me to come down and check out the car to see if he had wat I needed. After chatting with Rich for a few minutes and telling him I only had $25 to spend he informed me he had a flight to catch and needed 5o leave but to take any parts and as much time as I needed. I hope I never have any major repairs needed on my car but Rich and Affordable Car Doctor will absolutely be the first place I call. Can speak more highly about the character and kindness this person who I had never met showed me after only speaking with him for a few minutes. Thanks again Rich!

Rich has been my car doctor for the past 5 years and is the only mechanic that I ever felt like I could actually trust and believe. He has been really honest with me about stuff like that crazy rattling noise that didn't actually hurt my car performance and would have been unnessarily expensive to fix. He has worked with us when we were facing significant financial hardship and is good at prioritizing if things are urgent or if they could honestly wait. I feel comfortable referring my female friends there because he isnt creepy or patronizing like i have experienced at other places. He is also a motivational speaker to kids and has a great personal story! The shop can be a little hard to find from the street but just follow the signs - it's just behind the other non-discript building.

Kind of a weird experience but cool outcome (head gaskets). Obviously work hard, are honest, and handle women being hot messes really well : - )! ... Due to being understaffed, my car wasn't ready on time but that's just life. I appreciated them communicating with me on the regular and being kind. Speaking from the perspective of a girl who is up in the PNW solo, it's SO, SO, SO nerve racking to trust mechanics you don't know. I can tell this shop isn't one to take you for all your worth or take advantage when it would be easy to do so. Eric was great and I'd go back. <3

Solid people with even better pricing. Took my truck in for suspension work and a manifold gasket fix. They did exceptional work! Highly recomend checking them out.

Affordable car doctor, is always available when I need them and professional to. One day my car alarm wouldbt stop going off they were willing to store it in their shop until they solved the issue and I was able to get some sleep and not stress about a noice complaint. Excellent group over there , they beyond exceeded expectations and when it came to paying I couldn t even come close believe how reasonable the rates were . I m extremely happy to finally find a shop I can trust and afford to do my maintenance and repairs . Rich the owner, made sure the repairs we asked for were completed and he gave us advice about other issues, that we knew needed to be addressed. He was affordable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I got prepurchase inspection and the mechanic was was awesome. Gave me great insight into buying used cars, much to the chagrin of the salesman.
