Excellent experience. He was really too busy to work on my truck, but he diagnosed the problem for me and set us up with an appointment somewhere where they could get it done. We were just passing through and stranded. Very friendly and went above and beyond with their service.

In the last 6 months we have used Royals multiple times. Joe diagnoses the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. But he does not stop there, he looked at our equipment and made recommendation and a recommended level of urgency. There were things that he found which he told us could wait until the truck hit the junk yard or things we could do ourselves instead of trying to pad his bill.The prices were more than fare and joe is always willing to swing by on his way in to or home from the shop.Royals is our Diesel Mechanic forever!!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I called them at 8 am Friday morning sitting along the I 84 highway. My pickup quit running.Joe was very pleasant and diagnosed my issues and had me on my way by 1 pm that afternoon.They were extremely nice and knowledgeable and prompt and honest!!Very reasonable on the price to do everything and referred me to Arts towing who were also very pleasant and priced reasonable.I recommend this company to anyone who needs repair done to their vehicle!!Thank you Joe!!

We had to have the gas tank replaced on our 77E350, they were fast very reasonable and absolutely wonderful people. They went so far above and beyond you just don't find that anymore.
