Hello Friends,I had a Big Block Chevy machined here. It was an experimental turbo build, no blueprint. They were super helpful and easy to work with. I recommend this shop to anyone with automotive repair needs. They are willing to do the work!Thank you, Kenny King

Let me start by saying, take your business somewhere reputable and that will return calls, hold to the pricing estimate and not do work on things with out communicating and getting authorization first. Whom ever answers the phone could use a personality and or a butt kicking, if you like being screwed over with sub-par repairs and over paying someone to treat you badly, this is your place then. I honestly would not take my lawn mower to this terrible excuse of a business. All I can hope is that this review helps or saves someone else from falling victim to this scam of a so called business. If there was less than 1 star that would be the choice.

We broke down in our RV in a cross country trip and Jeff and the team at Precision Automotive was amazing. They went above and beyond to check everything we asked and help catch things that needed to be looked at, fixed or added to make our travels safer. He was honest, helpful and always quick to answer. He even googled a part he wasn't able to get in time, print it out and write me a note of what its for and why we would want it. I wish we lived closer so we could get all our cars serviced with them regularly.

Early 2018 my truck broke down right outside of Ontario on a trip from Colorado to Oregon and back. I had the truck towed here and explained my travel situation. The folks at precision were able to stay late for me to get the truck towed there and got me back on the road fast. The service was excellent, and the prices were more than fair. I hope to never break down out there again, but if I do, I will be going back to Precision Automotive.

I had to take my husband's truck in while he was out of town. I was so relieved after talking to Jeff. Not once did he talk to me like "dumb female" like so many other places around here do. They were extremely efficient and kept me up to date on all progress. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called to ask questions about my car.The gentleman I talked to on the phone was Awesome. Got me the answers I needed and even recommend me going to a dealership instead. Said he would love to take my money but if I can get the work done under warranty its better for me.They have earned my and my fianc�s respect and will be going there in the future.Thanks for the help.

Took our Toyota Echo from 23 MPG to over 40 MPG, and did everything else on the list with excellence. Great repair shop run by a local family. Solid service with lots of experience with all makes and models. They also have a fully functional machine shop for custom parts and rebuilds.

I was traveling through and my driveshaft bearing went out. Got a new one. Dropped the driveshaft in their parking lot, took it in and they were able to take off the old one and press on a new one in no time at all and had me on the road again. Thank you guys for helping a soldier in need

I really can t say enough good about Percision! We have a repair shop in Fruitland and use Percision for all of our machine work. They are the clear choice in the area for quality work.

We came to pick and we were told that it was all put back together but none of the spark plugs were attached and there was parts in the bed of the truck and other hoses not hooked back up.

Terrible customer service. "guy" who answers the phone is a prick and doesnt care about your problems or business. For the price per hour take it to a proffessional.
