Today I came to change my oil at 2:00 PM, 40 miles away. They told me to wait, and I agreed. They said to come at 11:00 PM. I waited for 9 hours to change the oil. Then they said they don't follow a queue and claimed they called me but I didn't pick up. This couldn't have happened. I urgently needed to change my oil and tires, and now I have to cancel my appointments for tomorrow because of them. I've lost two days of work because of this.At lunchtime in the office, there were two men and a woman who seemed unwilling to work. They barely responded to my questions and didn't want to talk at all. It was a struggle to get them to assist me.

This is an update. It loves, I like it a lot. Better than a lot of the love that I've been to. But the facilities are just so much better.

we loved it. there is some nearby grass for dogs to go potty, there are bathrooms and showers open 24/7, there is free overnight parking. Love's is a travel center i will keep an eye out for on the road if the others are at least as good as this one.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Considering the amount of customers they deal with, I would find it difficult to be as cheerful as they are, and have it be genuine. It is great to have the Subway restaurant on location to. Along with it Chester Chicken.

A Breath Of Fresh Air For OWNER OPERATORS! We stopped in for supplies and expected the typical ( sadly as of late) inability to take the time to help an O/O like most shops. But boy, we're we wrong. "Nate" was immediately there to help and actually took the time to run down what we needed. He was friendly, professional and showed an interest in helping out a driver. We run the entire United States and will remember this shop because of him. Love's would do well to recognize employees such as this. They should reward shops like this one that don't just want drivers who care to know nothing about repairing a truck to walk in. This shop is way above the average and we recommend it highly to the Owner Operator, something we rarely do.

We stopped here for gas and a potty break. Their price for gas was fair.The restrooms were clean.The store was stocked and clean.The parking lot was clean and picked up as well as the fuel islands.The staff was friendly and helpful but busy.We feel like we can recommend this place.

Just stopped for gas a d a restroom break. The restroom was pretty clean. The place was busy, but there were no lines to wait in to get gas. Love's is my go-to place when I travel.

Just your standard truck stop.Realistically no lady is coming here for the atmosphere or food. You are here to take a dump and leave after getting gas.Why are you reading the review? I do not know. The staff are friendly, the food selection is that if s typical gas station, the gas prices are okay, everything is a medium cleanliness level, but that's about it.

I don't travel often, but when I do, I appreciate clean rest stops. I was actually looking for an Oregon magnet. Love's is the place to get them. Thanks for having the best selection ever.

Very clean facilities and decent coffee, although there is better coffee at another travel center brand. Gas is the best of all of them and they have an awesome variety of food and snacks.

From a customer stand point.The people are very nice to interact with I think I was only there one time as a guest where I didn't have a 5 star exsperiance. The bathrooms are very clean!The subway people there are also Loves people so going to drop a line about them.The subway there is one of the best I've ever been too service wise. The new subway menus is great! As well as the chesters chicken they also serve.So I currently work at this loves and honestly after not working for 3 years being a stay at home mom it was a physical struggle to keep up with this environment. At times I still think I'm a bit slow with that in mind. They took a chance on me.Management is very vocal on what they exspect. From the main boss to his supervisors they are up front and try to be positive with their approaches. The fellow team members are great and will answer all questions you have. If your looking for a place to shop or work this is a great place.

Love's is a reliable stop for me on road trips - gas is generally priced competitively, restrooms are clean, drinks are typically stocked, and there are hot food options for when I need to keep going down the road.Note to the customers who are dog owners: pick up after your dogs! Not all truck stops have a dedicated pet area and if you don't pick up after your dog, you're making it lousy for every dog owner after you.

Took my 4500 Ram to have a tire fixed. They said that they can't fix it at the shop. They only do semis. We would have to pay a $200 call-out fee to have it done by their mobile service. If the mobile service can do it, why can't the shop?

I went in to use bathroom which was very clean. Bought a dt. Pepsi and the cashier was extremely pleasant. Nice place to go.

I love all Loves , they do have great people,They have gas and fuel islands.And it s a self serve , So stop complaining.There are no more full service, unless you are out in the boondocks.Love s have clean showers.well most of them they have showers.They re well stock with the essentials, fast food, drinks ,small section of dog products.

They were absolutely awesome!! They got me in and out of there so fast. I do believe that is the fastest I've had an issue resolved at any repair shop. The thing I liked the most is that they tell it to you straight and won't sell you something you don't need

Came in at 1:30 to get a tire changed out. Going on 5 hours and still waiting. If it was up to me I wouldn t have chosen this place. Slowest workers I ve ever seen. Spend more time talking to one another then getting any work done. If I could give 0 stars I would

The guys in the shop were absolutely awesome our truck was broke down and they helped us so much they got it fixed they let me charge my phone in their shop. Zack is super nice and funny the assistant manager was the best friendly and kind. I highly recommend this shop any 18 wheeler driver they go beyond to help you
