I have been coming here for almost 10 years now. They are always courteous, conscientious about offering specials, but are really good about offering options and not rolling their eyes if I turn them down :-)Also, if I have forgotten my coupon, they seem to always be able to find one for me. And the coffee is not bad either!

I took my truck to get serviced And they put transmission fluid in my oil. They refused to fix the problem and won t help me. Do not Come here. Staff is very unprofessional And doesn t pay attention when doing work to your car.

I was behind on my maintenance...these guy's are on it ...went in for an oil change...found that I needed a serpentine belt...front and rear differential fluid change...also they repaired a window chip...as well as the "oil change" they told me I needed fuel injector cleaning fluid...and on future visits I'll need tyranny fluid change...oh and yes they replaced power steering fluid...and I know the air filter will be replaced at the next service...thank you" jiffy lube" and your employees...totally awesome...10 thumbs up ...

Honesty and integrity is what I'm meet with each time I go in. I've never had a bad experience and staff has never been pushy.

I would rate about a 3.5, I know I have a back tail light out and my back windshield wiper was torn and the inspection said all lights were good and all wipers were good. So that was funny. Then I normally do my own oil changes but I let them do it this time because it s freezing, I went to replace the undercarriage guard on my car and noticed it was the same oil filter I put in my last oil change 3 months ago, so it led me to think they actually don t inspect nor change the oil filter. But cool dudes at the shop. Super helpful, just not sure about those other things.Service: Oil change

First come first serve. Only took about 25 minutes to get it all done. Fast and friendly. They had coffee in an air-conditioned waiting room.

This place is top notch IMO, they did a good job on my wee automobile, it's not difficult to see why there is usually a line of cars waiting for service here. TY for the fast and efficient oil change, and a coupon to help with the cost of synthetic oil nowadays, still less money than a new engine lol.Keep up the great work people, have a wonderful day and be well

Although the wait to actually be seen was about 30 minutes. We were totally cool with that period however not one time did they ask me what type of oil change I wanted. I have a 2004 Subaru forester. I did not need a Synthetic oil. Or high mileage. But they never asked me. They only asked me about my air filter that literally had no dust on it. I watched him as 2 customers right in front of me which oil change they wanted peread as I was paying I realized they did not ask me. When they told me everything they did it said they included the vacuum. My floors were so dirty that my 10 year old could tell that they had not even put A vacuum to the floor. I went back and asked if that was really included. He said yes. He looked and stated "oh vacuum must be clogged", but never offered to redo. I paid $65 for an oil change I did not approve cause I Was expecting to pay the 4999. But instead I paid $64.99 with no vacuum and my windows are streaky. This is now the 2nd time that I have been highly disappointed from the Jiffy lubin Ontario Oregon.

They asked if I wanted to change my cabin filter. I told them no I will get one from auto zone. The guy turns around and says this guy can't afford one and laughed.

All the guys except for Jose were kind, efficient and professional. Jose didn't listen, kept interrupting and was unprofessional and kept standing too close while I was explaining that I just needed a top up. Very unprofessional and in the way with a bad attitude. I do not recommend going to him for help.

These guys did a great job! They reminded me about my warranty on the car battery I had purchased several years ago. Since my suv battery was dead. They exchanged it for a new battery. Free of charge because of the battery warranty.

These guys are awesome! I just went back in about a month after getting my oil changed to see if they can check my antifreeze mixture. They did that, checked everything else, topped off what needed it and all that as a courtesy. I highly recommend them!

This this place was great. They did great work, and they didn't try to sell me on everything. They showed me the air filter was dirty, and when I told them I could replace it myself , they cheerfully said it was no problem. I figured that the price they quoted to replace(19.99) was probably more than I would pay across the street at the auto parts store. Nope, it was exactly the same, so it would've been basically put on for free.

I get my oil changed here frequently and the boys always treat me right. They won't try to push superflous things your car doesnt need just to boost sales. Tucker is awesome and always hooks it up with a discount even when I forget the coupon. Hard to find an honest oil change place these days. Thanks boys!

They frown on me bringing my own oil in, but they never have the type of oil I prefer. At the last oil change, way too much oil was added. The vehicle already had a bad oil leak, but I didn t know just how bad. Yet I drove the vehicle a thousand miles after the oil change before the oil finally got down to the Full mark on the dipstick. I have since gotten the cause of the oil leak repaired. I don t plan to ever have my vehicles serviced there again.

These guys are always friendly, fast, and take good care of my truck. Highly recommend! The shop in Fruitland is the total opposite however.. Extremely lousy customer service, and would not recommend, or ever go there again.

The crew and manager are awesome. They got us in quickly when other shops around were jerking us around by telling us to come in and then saying they couldn't help us until next week. I will be coming back.
