We were on our way through Oregon and called ahead to try getting front brakes for a Mercedes Sprinter ... Josh and Wayne were able to get the parts in while we were driving south to Ontario and installed everything within a couple of hours. Great service, reasonable prices and people that went above and beyond for customers that were just passing through.

People are great on Ontario, OR store. But, when it comes to informing or updates about your car would be appreciated. It gets crazy there I'm sure.Thank you

The guys at the Ontario s Commercial Tire (and the girls) were so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to find the screw in my tire and fixed it quickly. I was on my way in no time I sure appreciate them.

I scheduled an oil change with this location and had several issues. First, was that my appointment was never written down, so I had to wait close to an hour after my appointment time before my car was taken back for an oil change. Second, they told me I had no coolant in my car, absolutely no coolant in my car. Told me to take it to have it serviced for the problem due to a potential issue with it since there were no visible leaks. Didn t put any coolant in my car because they said it could cause issues with Ford honoring any warranty. They then sent me on my way with my kids with what they assumed was zero coolant in my car without asking any questions in regards to the coolant going out, or how far I needed to drive to go home. Later that day, I told my husband everything, and not only did he say they shouldn t have sent me on my way with no coolant, but I had coolant in my car, and a lot of it.

A big thank you to the crew there . Professional, thorough , and friendly . Can t ask for more than that . Took me right in and got me on my way . I also like the fact they are employee owned . I was unaware they do so many other things too . Fluid , AC , etc.. will be doing business there in the future .

We had break issues on our Ford F350 passing through town and pulled into Commercial Tire on 5th St. The service dept and Techs were outstanding. They promptly replaced my breaks and I was back on the road within two hours. I highly recommend Commercial Tire on 5th St.

What a great experience in a time when customer service seems dead in most places. Shannon was so patient and knowledgeable with which tires would best suit my family car. Great selection, competitive pricing and excellent service all around. Customer for life here!

They are very friendly, but the pricing is not as advertised.In my case I had a new set of tires and rims put on my Expedition. They did not have tires I liked in stock, so ordered in new tires. I dropped off the vehicle, and my wife picked it up.While they were setting up the new tires they ran into an issue with Lug nuts and called me to ask if I wanted to add some that matched better. I did and was told it would add $55 to the bill. OK.When my wife gets home with the invoice there is a $65 charge for the lug nuts. $10 more than I was told. What was more concerning is Commercial Tire added a tire protection package to the order without asking either of us if we wanted it. That was $167.I have done business with them before and seen similar creeping charges for services.Friendly people, quality service, but beware of creeping charges.

Made a visit to Ontario center on Wednesday 8-16-23. Reason for visit was to get brakes checked, rotate tires, check brake petal and an oil change.Got oil change, they told me I have a possible valve cover gasket needing replaced (no quote for repair given and not noted on the invoice, no referral as to where I can get it fixed) I don't know if they checked all fluids or did any kind of inspection as I wasn't told and nothing on invoice and I did inform him this was a new vehicle to me, I just got it the day before.Was told can't rotate tires they are in the correct position, can't check the brake pedal (apparently that's not in their capability or wheelhouse)They bring my pickup to the front of the store, tell me I'm ready to go. I pay and ask about the brakes. The guy says oh geeze we didn't check them. NICE!!!! I sat there for an hour and they didn't do the main thing for my reason of coming in.I was not impressed with the service or the employee at the front desk. He made me feel like I was being a bother.I do need to give kudos to 1 employees, I wish I knew his name. There was a wasp hive in my passenger mirror and he spayed them then went to the trouble of getting a tool to get the nest out from behind the mirror. Thank you very much to that gentleman.

Great Service! Jake and the rest of the guys were awesome. Ordered new wheels and tires and they worked us into their busy schedule before we needed to leave town. Kind, professional, great communication.

Had a tire blow on my trailer. Keagan changed the tire quickly and got me on the road sooner than any other place nearby were able to. This along with their proximity to the freeway means I'll definitely come back if I have another problem near Ontario.

Got a flat on the trails. Found this place by chance. They fit us in with minimal wait. Patched the tire for no charge. Friendly staff. *Update, 500-ish miles of rough rocky roads and no issues. Thanks!

Honesty my best experience with a tire company! They not only did a job everyone else was charging over $200 to do for $35 bucks but were completely genuine. Big shout out to Jake beck and the whole staff. I'm more than happy and will be coming back frome here on out. Thanks again guys!!!

Listen, I have tried to find a oil/tire store to replace my Big O store in Meridian since we moved. Twice I tried a oil/tire shop in Middleton. The wait while someone was on the telephone was ridiculous.That being said, I Love this place! Great customer service! Excellent receptionist! Awesome mechanics. I want to give a shout out to Doug who went abovenormal customer service! A++++Definitely recommend

Previously we had an experience where were not very happy. We took our van in for an oil change then noticed the next day on the paper work it said we had a "major oil leak". As far as we could tell our van was no fine. It wasn't burning through oil and there were no signs in the garage of a leak. I was really concerned no one told about this either and when we called there weren't any notes.My husband and I both talked to Wayne and he was able to explain what was going on, check it out and put our minds at ease. While the situation wasn't ideal, we're glad we were able to resolve the issue.

On January 25, 2023, I was on my way to Portland OR, when I blew an alternator belt at 1am. I got off the very first exit and was looking for any auto service business. Just a turn or two and right in front of me was Commercial Tire and Auto Center. I parked there and rested until they opened. Once they opened up they took my info and got all the necessary parts on their way. After several hours they had me rolling on my way. I'd just like to say thank you for the entire staff and techs for making a bad situation better. I highly recommend Commercial Tire for your vehicle service needs!

All the Staff, welcomed us soon as we walked in. The wait time was short, and within 25 minutes the had our car inside the shop testing the system.. Then they called our warranty company and advised us the problem. We had to wait for the Parts store off-site to bring parts and the Mechanic repaired our car outside the shop.. Total wait time was about 2 hours which was fast given the repairs needing removed and replaced.. All around great Customer service and mechanical repairs.. Great place to have vehicle repairs done..Thank You Commercial Tire staff.. we'll be back..

We were in town it s from seven hours away and my check engine light was on, I called and talked to Josh who was very kind and going to try and squeeze me in same day but I couldn t till that afternoon, he was able to get me in and did everything he could to fix my car but it was unfortunately broken. He was so kind to me on the phone and in person and I am forever grateful for his kindness and patience in this rough situation! We wound up having to rent a U-Haul and trailer to tow it back home, if they were near me I would definitely go back anytime I needed to. Thanks again Josh and crew! I went to commercial tire in Ontario for tire rotation, service and an oil change last week. My vehicle was given a clean bill of health. One week later, while vacationing on the Oregon Coast, my brakes started making a horrific rubbing sound. Since I didn t want to chance a 462 mile drive back with sketchy brakes, I stopped at the Les Schwab in Lincoln City. They diagnosed my car with metal on metal brakes on my passenger side and said I needed new brake pads and rotors on the full front half of my car. Not the news I wanted to hear while on vacation!! The added expense was a burden but the worst part about it is Commercial Tire telling me everything looked good one week ago. I am absolutely livid!! I would never trust my car in your hands again. You ve lost my service for life! I will also be telling everyone I know not to come here!!!

The staff at Commercial tire are a great group of people. On my road trip for business , I realized that I had a pop rivet sticking out of my tire. So stopped in at Commercial Tire 15 minutes before closing time, and David the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. He said that he could get it in, and repair for me. Shelly was very help at the counter as well! I would definitely do business here again.Thank you again!Paul K. from Green Bay.

This is the best tire place around they beat Les Schwabs by far. They put a backhoe tire on my backhoe and gave me time to pay it without complaining. They have the best service I have found. they are like $300 cheaper on sets of tires that at better then others and cheaper with better quality and better service. They are a good company. And they are not rude like the other place. They make you feel like a customer that is wanted and needed.

Did an excellent job, checked over my entire vehicle trying to find a problem I was experiencing. After all the inspections they told me what the problem was and didn't even charge me. Great service. (Update)To this day. Still impresses me, bought tires years ago. Had an issue within 30 minutes patched me up and didnt charge me. Awesome service

I had a tire pressure light problem for months, annoyingly airing it up when it wanted. I walked into the store telling Eric the issue and he immediately said they would take care of it. About 30 min later the leaky valve had indeed been fixed and free of charge. They were professional, fast and handled exactly what I needed. I will definitely be recommending them and going back for any future issues. In the past Les Schwab was the only place I would go to but not anymore....Thank you Commercial Tires!

Couldn't believe the excellent service, friendly and honest employees, and great dedication! I took my 1954 vintage camper to them for a trailer check. There were issues and delays because of the age of camper. When I left this place I was fully confident my trailer was road ready for my trip!So very hard to find that kind of service ANYWHERE! Thanks guys!
