Called requesting a battery be brought to my home to replace my one that was the original battery in my 2013 Chrysler 300. I had been in hospital for surgery and they responded quickly and replaced the battery. Friendly young man who was a joy to speak with. Thank you for always coming to my rescue. I love guys!!

This WAS a good place to go for work on your car. However it has recently changed ownership, and these guys are absolutely lazy and don't do any quality work. I recently changed out all my suspension components and even told them about a concern with my drivers side back shock absorber. They didn't even look and my alignment as I had asked they only insisted that is was because my tires were old. They ignored the shoulder wear on my tires completely. Do not go here they are lazy incompetent and only want to make things more expensive for you. Please go somewhere else if you don't want ripped off

The guys there are awesome. My husband took in his pickup then when we took in my newly acquired pickup to to basic maintenance the had a buy one get one fluid exchange the called about the thermostat and no extra labor charge as they were already there. Only charged for the part and it was the same cost as I would have bought it somewhere else.The manager and staff are friendly informative and treat you very well.We will definitely be doing business with the for a long time.

Such a awesome shop!!! i was on the phone all morning trying to find a shop to replace my starter 04 Nissan Xterra and call up these guys. communication is on point! No bs and fixed the issue and replaced the starter. Trevor here is a awesome guy and honored military discount, thank you and look forward going back too you guys where i know the job gets done right!

-5 stars when you have to keep returning over and over again for them to fix issues that should've been resolved before the customers car left the lot, I didn't know replacing your tires was an all day thing. If I come in with tires to be mounted to my car (gently used tires from what came off of my vehicle from the lot, since I already had tires on my wheels), I would expect them to test drive the vehicle before I leave considering they weren't purchased at that location and I had already been there the day previous for an alignment with the old tires on, BEFORE the other tires were installed. If I'm paying 100+ for a simple service, I shouldn't have to keep returning.

Not mechanics doing tires... they are tire guys trying to do mechanic work... without any pride. Had to take vehicle elsewhere to just get it fixed from their work!

A group of us were traveling back home to WA from ID and we stopped at this tire shop in Ontario, OR. One of our friends needed his tire repaired and they repaired it for free.We also bought a new spare tire and they provided fast service and, got it mounted it on the trailer.

I m not ever going there again and I just want to warn everyone else to stay away from there. Don t waste your money and time. They charged me $900 and broke a piece on my car and on top of that they never fixed the issue.

Took my wife's town and country In for 2 new tires, they got me a great set for way cheaper than competitors in area and really quick service. The guys here are top notch mechanics.

They were super helpful when I was in a rush and at a very affordable price. They went out of their way to make sure other aspects of my car were up to par for a long drive I had to make. Great business!

It took me awhile to find this place once I moved here and needed a mechanic. They are very accommodating and I saved so much money going with them than the other two places I had been to. One place was a little cheaper but it took 3 days to get running boards on my rig. And the other place was just way over priced and they acted like I was not going to be able to talk shop and I am just another stupid girl. They actually got mad at me for taking my car out of there and that I was taking it somewhere else. The guy who was supposedly helping me told me that I wouldn't find anyone cheaper than him. But I did, so thank you for helping me out and getting me out of the other place.

Very helpful staff! My tire pressure was low when I arrived at work after commuting. They got right on checking my tires...and got me back on the road! Customer service was great! I will recommend!

we've taken our pickup there 4 times now; twice because the issue was NOT fixed. Every time we take it in, it's days beyond when they've said it would be done.One employee will tell you one thing and when you call to check on your vehicle another will tell you something totally different.It's BACK there and has been nearly a week because it's still not fixed, despite them saying "tomorrow" daily.Had to remind them 3 times to do something about our tire.Go somewhere else. They've gotten the last of our business.

I came in to have a slow leak fixed in my tire. The staff is super nice, the manager is the most wonderful person I ve experienced in any sort of tire shop establishment EVER. Made us feel super welcome even though the service they provided me was free. Only tip is to get a changing table for babies in the bathroom :)

I just want to say how grateful I am for this place!!! My tire was in bad shape and the guys that helped me were so nice and willing to find me a tire and got me set up within half an hour on my lunch break! They were so helpful and it was just the best experience. It was so much better than being told I needed to do an entire new set of tires. All I needed was one tire and thats exactly what the guy told me and just was so helpful. This that just made my whole day and I feel 100% better. Whoever was working on 2/6/2020 around noon. Great experience and gave me a lot of peace of mind :)

Took my car in for front tire check told them my car started shaking at 62 on freeway . They said balance tires. They drove around building twice and gave it back. Wow that was fast did u have enough time to check air?? Got on freeway No change!! Wouldn't go back to that Point S. I sat there only long enough for one person to come in complaining on their service. I wondered why they had NO business. I know now why!!!

The person who took the call on new years to help out one of my clients at Enterprise down the street did a fantastic job (not going to go in the details of it) and was willing to help take care of the situation right then and there. Turns out my client figured it out on his own and didn't need the assistance anymore. Want to thank and give a shout out whoever took the call. 12/31/2021 around 3:30p

I've been a customer of ALL the competition . None of them come close to what you receive from this shop! These people treat your rig like it is their own.I have never experienced a balance of my wheels like what they provide.One other major consideration of mine is the fact that they sell American Made tires! I have found a true value for my money. Thanks!

I went to Bruneel Point S tire for the first time the other day and I wasn t sure what to expect. I was used to other tire places being slow and trying almost anything to get more money. I ll tell you what, Bruneel was the complete opposite! When I first went in, the amazing customer service really made me feel like family. I went in to get snow tires put on my car. The tires they recommended are amazing quality for a great price. They also took a look at my brakes just to make sure that it is a safe ride for my family and I. Honestly, I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

The manager Mike, was so great, he helped find the warranty for the tires I bought a few years back. He warrantied that tire and fixed another tire, AND the money I spent was WAY less then I thought I was going to pay. Thanks Ontario Tire Factory and Mike. I am a new loyal customer!!!

I had a low tire and Robert who waited on me was nit only was he quick in filling my tire but also checked the other 3 . He was efficient and knowledgable. He didn t try and hard sell me but told ne to keep an eye on that tire and then took the time to see if he had a used one that I could replace it with. He cane back with the one he found for $40 and it looked brand new. I will be going back to have it put on when i get paid. He also informed me that they do oil changes and their price was $40 less than Einstein s oil change service . I give them thumbs up on service and product. Thanks again Robert! See ya when I get my check .

We blew a tire on our tent trailer on the way out of town. Got the spare on and limped in to Ontario to get a new one. The price was much less than I expected and the owner and his guys had us mounted and balanced and ready to get back on the road in less than half an hour. They were even locking the door behind us because they stayed a little late to get us squared away. Can't say enough about the service and don't miss the "Big O" name at all!!!

I got new tires put on my truck and got it aligned. I Paid a lot. 200 miles later my passenger side tire is eating the whole outside. I take it to them and they tell me to make an appointments and that it's not their fault so they won't replace my my tire and want me to pay for them to fix it. Never going back.

I have terrible luck with cars, and these guys are THE BEST. I get more flat tires than the rest of the valley combined, and OTF takes care of them quickly and professionally, while being extremely personable. A few months ago, I had a problem with my brakes, and they took everything apart, checked everything, couldn't recreate the problem, and they wouldn't charge me, even though I'm sure they had plenty of time into it. It's embarrassing to be a regular at any tire shop or mechanic, but for wheels, tires, brakes, and batteries, I won't go anywhere else!
