The manager told my daughter what she Needed to buy for her tires. Not what she asked for. So she bought them and they don't fit on her car so now he won't return them. Never was opened and has a receipt. He completely took advantage of my daughter, just trying to make a better sale and now won't return them. Super NOT COOL!! No one is bullying anyone except you!!! How dare you turn it around!! YOU WERE THE BULLY! As you can see with some of your other reviews! No one wanted to rent anything! She was purchasing but they didn't fit like YOU told her they would! YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE AND YOU ARE A BULLY! And I'm not going to tolerate you or your lies either!

Got a flat up in the mountains stopped in to get a used tire to match as close as possible on our all wheel drive suv they refused to even look making excuses wanting an up-sale on new tires, all I needed was to get home safely not on a spare I had other tires at the house, these people have the worst customer service I have ever experienced I suggest another tire shop!Edit 3 months later as you can see by the response bad customer service I want to thank Big B tire for taking care of our needs and not treating me like an idiot I knew it was more dangerous to run on a new spare than to put another used tire that closely matched my other used tires for the long haul home. another update my parents actually had to stop in here on there vacation I warned against it, they said they had no choice well they found out the hard way my dad is still complaining about his experience and he doesn't usually complain.

As far as having a flat tire fixed. They were awesome. Fair price, great customer service, and the place was clean.

Super nice people. I would recommend that if you have any tire problems and are anywhere near Oakridge that you see these people for immediate help. The people here are super friendly and helpful

YOU GUYS ROCK! Thank you so much for fixing my tire today. I thought it was a valve stem leak, but turned out to be a small nail in my tire. The nice fella fixed it and said, No worries, you had to wait a bit so it s on us I couldn t believe it!You folks just earned a customer for life!! Any time I need new tires I m coming to you folks. Luckily I live in Westfir so you re also very close.Thanks again Anyone in need of tires and whatnot should definitely patronize this amazing small business

Came in to get a tired flat patched. While it took a few hours I completely understood I came in an hour after opening and it was already busy. Staff was super friendly no complaints about that. My complaint comes from the actual work that was done to fix my punctured tire. As I drove off with the shop telling me my vehicle was ready , no more than 6 - 7 hours later my psi warning message came up. The same tire was losing pressure again. I've had to fill my tire twice now and I'm driving home to southern California, this is not going to be fun for me. I expected more from this place after reading all the positive reviews.

I got a flat while traveling from LaPine to Portland. I was pretty scared. I was getting gas across the street when I noticed it. It was completely flat and undrivable. I don t know how I even made it that far. The attendant at the gas station called them and told them the situation. The service person drove over to the gas station and pumped up my tire and I drove over to the station. Unfortunately they didn t have a replacement tire for my car. They put on my spare tire and I drove home safely. They wouldn t accept payment and did it as a courtesy. I didn t even know businesses still did that. I am so appreciative of their service and kindness. Thank you so much. Awesome business and people. Margie

Had a tire pressure warning today, pulled into Oakridge Tire and Robbie got us right up, topped off all four tires, and was fast, amazing at his job, and hilarious. Will definitely be going back to him for work in the future. Thank you thank you thank you!

My driver had a blowout on his semi a few miles away. The owner gave us a great deal on a used tire to get us home and had it change out in about 15 minutes. There's the only tire place around that area so they could've charged whatever they wanted but it was less than any major truck stop would've charged us. Thank you!

They didn't have our size tires and if they did she said it would be a two hour wait. And to top it off the lady at counter was trying hard to mask her rudeness. I definitely would not recommend this place.

My son hit a downed tree on highway 58. Had car towed to the shop. On Monday they got his car fixed for him and did a great job. Good people and good service. Would recommend them to everyone.

Only had 5 gallon propane tank filled here. Technician dropped what he was doing to help me out...just to fill small tank! I was impressed with his kindness and great attitude!

We were heading up to Odell Lake. Our motorhome blew a rear tire. They assisted us in getting to the lake to enjoy our fishing trip. Then after our fishing trip they assisted us in getting new tires on the motorhome so that we would have a safe trip back home. This is by far the best service we have seen! We do not live in the area and they went out of their way to assist us both going to and coming from our fishing trip. Should you need any service from them you will get top notch service and a great price. THANK YOU for helping us in our time of need. Harry

So apparently a good way to stop a vehicle is by throwing it into park before coming to full stop. A mechanic should know that doing that will damage the transmission and instead will use the emergency brake/parking brake after putting the vehicle in neutral. My family or I, will not be bringing my vehicles here and suggest no one else does either.

On Tuesday Septmeber 29th we discovered we had a flat tire and no spare near Willamette Pass and limped into Oakridge and the Tire Center just before closing time at 5pm. While not very talkative, the staff was very helpful and able to find a used tire that fit and charged us a VERY reasonable price. I don't live in the area, but I would encourage anyone in Oakridge to get their tires here!

Needed help removing my oil filter as it was tightened from another shop and I couldn t get it off after changing my own oil. Stopped in, they changed it quickly and no charge. Great service!

I needed a bearing done, called Les Schwab in Springfield and got a rough quote of $406 and half a day maybe . Oakridge Tire $247.90 parts AND labor!! If you don t live in Oakridge it is still likely worth the trip!

Excellent service; friendly staff; honest. I highly recommend Oakridge Tire Center. I had to leave my vehicle overnight and didn't have a ride home - they gave me a ride home and offered a ride back to the shop.

Reason why I give them a 3-star is there tired if you have a flat tire it's going to cost you $20 a tire that's the only reason I give him three stars other than that I did give him five stars because customer service is good but you're nice gentleman that work there or kindly talk to customers just a $20 price on fixing a flat only thing I don't like

The man i delt with was a nice guy.I did not purchase tires here as the price sounded quite high to me.I infact purchased tires elsewhere the following day for much cheaper.

Very helpful when our wheel broke off our truck. We were down on weekend get away and they made us comfortable and kept truck till we could come back and get it, once they got the parts.
