Marcus was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and transparent. He was also flexible in meeting with us during a storm to meet our needs. I would buy another car from him.

I worked with Marcus on a sale that occurred without ever meeting him and going off his word and promise that I would receive the car as described. I am in Pennsylvania so the distance was a concern as well as getting what was promised.I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. I got a smoking deal for the SC2 I purchased and how the whole situation worked out. Marcus's word was as good as promised and I got better than I expected. Thankfully I had a friend that was able to transport the SC2 back to Pennsylvania for me. I know this isn't Marcus's typical high end car but the transaction had to be reviewed. I would put 100% of my trust into any dealings with Marcus.

We bought a car from Oregon Auto Empire a little over a week ago and I wanted to share our experience. Marcus was quick to responded to all of our questions and flexible with meeting at a time that worked for us. He seemed very honest and upfront, and gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend Oregon Auto Empire if you are looking to buy an affordable and reliable used car!

My used car came with a 30 day CEL and transmission guarantee. The car was vey clean with low miles and for a very fair price. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Bought a high miles preowned Rav4 and couldn t be happier!Look, it seemed kinda sketchy at first. I almost backed out. But a little background research showed that Marcus is legitimate. And the vehicle is holding up great.Mind you, Marcus puts in a lot of work not only as a salesman but also mechanic. He was great to work with via text and phone to arrange things.He has earned his 5 stars from me. Next time I go looking for a preowned automobile, he s my first call.

Great people and business! I flew into PDX Airport and had arranged to view a vehicle, Ford Explorer, early, (7am). Carson made sure and went well out of his way to met us early so we could get on our way after showing the Explorer to us. He answered all questions, took us out on a test drive and made sure we understood the paperwork. We loved it and we were on our way to our home, in Washington State, by 830am or so with our Explorer. These guys go well above and beyond to help their customers. Carson and Marcus made sure we were taken care of and answered any and all questions asked of them. It's not often you find this kind of service anymore and their reputation was exactly as stated. Thank you for making sure this was a easy and quality experience Carson and Marcus. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Just got an rx8 that needed an engine, I bought it knowing this because it was a deal I could not pass up. However I was out of a car while it was in the shop. Marcus was gracious enough to trust me with his MX-5 while its in the shop. He does business the right way and really goes the extra mile for his customers. So thankful there's an honest car dealer out there!!!

Marcus was easy to work with, good honest guy. Got me in a solid vehicle at a fair price. Picky with his inventory. Cars here are much better condition than what you find at a lot of used car dealers.

So I went to a few car lots before finding these guys. I had bad experiences with the other lots. When I came here it was way different. Great car section super nice and clean cars. Victor and the others are really nice they also makes the hole process easy and fast I was out ot there with my new truck in a few hours. Thanks again for the Truck!!!

Brandon and Marcus were great in getting me into a 2006 Impreza. I really like how they weren't trying to push you into a car, they had kind of a "do you" attitude, really refreshing. Most other dealers try to cram you into a car and sign as fast as possible. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend this business. Being a single dad with not the best credit, bank was not making car search easy. Marcus helped clear hurdles from start to finish in a great car that came with records of repairs and upgrades. When a small problem arose after the sale, he made it very easy to get repair with warranty. Even got a loaner so I wouldn t miss work.

Marcus is a good and fair salesman. Purchased a very clean 2010 BMW X5 diesel. He gave us a 30 day warranty and when the check engine light came on, Marcus stood behind his warranty.Could not be happier! Would recommend to others.

I drove a couple of cars here a few weeks ago, and while I didn't end up buying it was a great experience. Marcus was super knowledgeable, low-key, honest, easy and pleasant to deal with and I appreciated the time he took with us. You can tell he cares about getting people into good cars that will work for them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I was a little hesitant to buy a used car from a dealer, just not how i'd done it before and thought all used car dealers are sorta shady, but not Custom Luxury Motors team. I worked with Marcus and he was professional, friendly, great communicator, super awesome car-buying experience. I highly recommend talking with them about what they have or (probably) what you want and they can get it. Even had a (very small) post-purchase issue with the car but Marcus took care of it and got right back to me via text. Can recommend them enough! I actually found myself looking through the website again yesterday because the experience was so great I was like, well, may as well check out another car. ha. Even though I don't really need it or even want one. Again, talk with Marcus - they'll change your thinking about Used Car buying from a dealer. Thanks Marcus!

These guys are amazing! Marcus the owner is a very honest guy. Out of all the car lots i have been to this is the best by far! Brother in law bought a car and he walked him through every step of the way and gave him a good deal on a car that worked best for him! Three month warranty on almost every vehicle they have!?! That s unheard of for a used car lot. Definitely check them out you won t be disappointed!

Had a great experience going in and out. Marcus was such a great guy honest to god and made the whole thing so easy that it took less than an hour for the whole process of purchasing the car. So... I needed a specific vehicle. Hard to find. Everyone else sold it from under me. This guy let me put very little $ down to hold it. The vehicle was everything he promised, at a very fair price. Trust this place.

Everything except one thing was great about Custom Luxury Motors. The car is great and runs well, however only after 1,000+ in repairs did it reach that level.The owner is amazing. He showed us where to get the parts for cheap and where to get cheap labor. He even gave us a small refund for some of the troubles we encountered. For that I give 4 stars. The person who sold us a car though was and still is the reason I would be wary to return. He said a lot of lies that caused us months of stress and a lot of money to fix. Luckily the owner was there to fix the issues even though he had no legal obligation to. Make sure if you deal with this dealership that you are dealing with the owner. He is honest and great to work with.

These guys know what their doing. Best dealership experience I've encountered to date.Was lucky enough to do business with brand on and he was super easy going, very knowledgeable, and extremely fair. 10/10 would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a fair priced well maintained rig. Plenty of options for all price ranges. Super clean shop, really friendly, and low low low pressure on buying wich was a nice change.They listen to you and what your wants and needs are and they do their best to meet your expectations.I bought a older 4runner and the belt pull was making a little noise, without hesitation brand on jumped on it, setting up times and date to have it fixed before we made the deal.Thanks custom luxury motors for the new set of wheels! Will be a return customer in the future for sure!

I purchased my "new to me" SUV yesterday. It was a really great experience. Everyone there was helpful and supportive. They worked with me and talked to me about options in a why that I could understand. I felt I received a good price for my trade in and for the SUV I choose. I really liked all the people there. Fun, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Custom Luxury Motors is a wonderful place to find a great car! Some people complain that the prices are too high, but the prices are extremely fair for the quality of the cars! Marcus and the other guys on his team are awesome and honest people. They are willing to work with you, answer questions, and give you the best deal possible!
