I recently upgraded the front and rear suspension on my Yamaha MT-10. Kent was amazing! He helped me figure out the right setup for me for my bike, and was able to get the parts and do the work really quickly. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend Swick's Suspension Solutions to anyone for any bike.

I was trying to find an Xtrig shock spring preload adjuster. I called Swick s. He had several but needed to check about what fit my odd bike. A few minutes later I received a text from him telling me he didn t have it, but where I could get one close by at another shop that he competes with for business. What fantastic service! He went out of his way to help someone he never met, and gave the sale (read profit) to a competitor. If he treats someone he never met this well, imagine how fantastic he would treat a paying customer!

Had a shock on our Honda Talon that was leaking and the Honda shop just wanted to replace it. A friend said to talk to Kent, he was able to get it fixed before our next trip for way less than a new one would have cost. Answered all my questions, great communication and customer service.

I've had Kent do the suspension for all my bikes, and ask him to continue to service my suspension when the time comes. He's a real pro, and is extremely detail oriented, but he's also one of the best when it comes to customer service and standing by his work. (Yes, he'll actually ride w/ you and help you tweak your suspension to suit you after the revalve!!) Candidly, the world needs more folks to approach their business like this, as the customer focus creates real loyalty (why I'm writing this!!!)Service: Steering & suspension repair

I needed to get my suspension lowered and was wanting k-tech ORVS valves installed. I talked to several riders at one of the local racers and got glowing reviews for Swick's. So I gave Kent a call. Kent was also at the race and knew who I was. It was great having someone who rides the same courses I ride and knows my speed. After about 15-20 minute discussion with him I was satisfied with what I heard and packed up my suspension the same day. His turn around was quick, about a week. I received a lot of instruction about setup that is more than any other suspension service I have worked with. This is especially great when trying to dial in lowered suspension since it takes a little more attention to detail. Out of the box the suspension felt balanced, stable, and resisted bottoming much better than other suspension work I have had while still being nice and plush on top. I also noticed that it had less stiction than any of our other bikes. Kent is great to work with for getting the fine tuning and I really appreciate someone that takes that kind of time to help a rider get their setup dialedService: Steering & suspension repair

I chose Swick's based on the reviews here on Google and wanted to add my experience. I have a Honda AT and would recommend giving Swick's a call if you're interested in upgrading the suspension on your ADV bike. Kent is great to deal with; knowledgeable while not being high-pressure. My bike is now setup for my riding style and weight and handles much better in all riding conditions. I decided to get my springs done by Kent because I friend of mine had his bike done and mentioned how he loved his suspension. Kent is very informative and his knowledge about suspension astonishing. He worked late just to get me my parts due to a ride I had planned. Highly recommend using Swicks.

Kent Swick is a class act. I was very impressed by his customer focus and attention to detail. He made sure he understood my needs, clearly explained the options, and then delivered the best possible setup all at a fair price.I've had both of my bike's suspension setup and serviced by him and his service has made me a loyal customer.Suspension is the number one upgrade to improve your ride and I trust Kent to get it right.

I'm very happy to have chosen Kent to overhaul the suspension on my 2019 TX 300. He gave me a list options to choose from, and was very communicative throughout the whole process, which I really value.The bike with the new silver ware...rocks! Just completed competing in the Starvation Ridge 24 hr race last weekend (won the club class). Suspension was on point over a very rough course.

Swick is one of the best suspension guys around. I have had all of my bikes suspension service and upgraded by Swick. He s has made a big difference in my riding by helping me make my bike ride smooth in the woods and on the track. He s very knowledgeable about suspension and is very helpful when I have questions. He cares about his customers a lot and will do anything to make sure your happy with your suspension. I will recommend anyone who needs there suspension done to go to Swick because you won t be disappointed with the work he does.

Kent has done a great job on all of my varied suspension set ups. From adding emulators to the front forks and revalving the Ohlin piggyback shocks on my vintage 1978 Suzuki RM 250, to setting up my modern YZ 125 and 250 for MX. Also tuned 2008 KTM 200xc beautifully for woods and desert. He is conscientious about workmanship and helping to get just the right settings for your skill and riding style. Won't go to anyone else and recommend to all my riding pals.Matt Papulski

Swicks suspension solutions did an awesome job revalving and adjusting the spring rates on my 2016 YZ 450f. The service was amazing, valving was spot on the first time, and it has given me alot more confidence on the bike. I reccomend everyone give Swicks Suspension Solutions a try. You will not be disappointed.
