I scheduled an appointment to have 3 recalls completed. I was assured the parts were there and available and it would take 4-5 hours to complete. 4.5 days later it was still not completed. Service advisor told me, the technician is working on it sporadically in between scheduled appointments. I respond, I had a scheduled appointment. blank stare response. Not the great service I ve had at other Ram dealers. Stay clear of this service department.

Purchased a 2019 Rubicon from a separate dealership. Within 10k Miles the engine had to be replaced. I took it to McMinnville CDJR for the repair and was blown away by the quality of service and willingness to help me through the process. Special thanks to Luis Canchola who made himself available after hours to provide updates and answer questions. The Techs - James/Jason/Garret/Eric/Kyle/Kai/Brandon did absolutely phenomenal work and it is now running like brand new. Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future.

I recently had work done on my Ram pickup at McMinnville Chrysler / Ram. I have had rather poor experiences at other dealership service departments in the past. I was very pleased with my experience in McMinnville. Louis was great to work with, they were in contact with me often updating me and keeping me informed of the progress for my vehicle repairs. I will be returning to McMinnville Ram for any further work needed on my Ram.

My son and I went to get his 1st vehicle. I've been to dealerships all my life and my sons father was even a salesman. We went in, and from there had the most best experience ever. Russell was very friendly, gave me the truth about everything and made our time worth it. We ended up buying this vehicle and I know we will go back and buy from Russell again for sure. He did not try to hide anything and has gone above and beyond to make us happy. Great dealership and salesman!!! 100% suggest! Thank you!!!

Thank you to Jason and Zach for making our dream come true!! I've never dealt with a car lot that actually listened to our needs and then worked diligently to make it happen. They were respectful of my time so I wasn't sitting for hours. More importantly, they were courteous and took the time to show me all the bells and whistles (didn't make this old lady feel stupid, LOL). I highly recommend this amazing duo.

Jason Walters did an amazing job helping us find a car for my daughter, and we ended up with a much better car and she s so happy with it. I m glad we worked with Jason because he went out of his way to make sure my daughter got a car that met her needs and was safe and reliable.They even stayed open an hour past closing, so we could finish the purchase that evening!

The new ownership is fantastic, and the staff is both friendly and professional. As a single dad I brought my kids along to navigate a challenging situation with a leased vehicle that I wanted out of, and they treated us exceptionally well throughout the process. From providing endless snacks for my kiddos and coloring books to letting them explore the showroom cars to keep them entertained, it was a breath of fresh air amid a stressful situation.Manny Parra was my sales representative, he was so helpful in guiding me through the process. He stands out as one of the best individuals I've worked with in a dealership setting. Great place to buy a vehicle. My wife and I have bought a total of 5-6 vehicles from there. Great service. Service department is good. Had a small issue with service department but it was resolved quickly. Misinformation and misunderstanding from their end. Resolved.

The staff were friendly. And know how to service a vehicle. A year ago I bought the Jeep from them and the salesman and the customer service could not have been better. 5 starts for the experience.But, too bad there has to be a but.this was my 1st time to have the Jeep serviced. I took the Jeep in on Friday and it was to be ready by COB. They called to say the mechanic was had changed the oil and rotated the tires but did not get the stop/start issue resolved and could they keep it over the weekend.On Monday I called and left two messages to see if I could pick up the Jeep. No return calls. So at 4pm I drive to the dealer and ask in person.They tell me the mechanic working on my Jeep went home sick and they did not know if the car was done or not. Can they keep the jeep another day. And that they would call 1st thing on Tuesday to let me know status.On Tuesday I get the call and the mechanic was still not at work and they would have a supervisor call to ask him where he left off.I called later and had to leave another message. No return call. Two hours later I called and talked to the service manager. He said he would put another mechanic on it. And let me know when it was done. They never called so at 4pm I drive down again. The Jeep is done and I take it home. No apologies for the delays, didn't even give me a curtesy car wash.I believe in second chances and will take my vehicle back again. I hope they learn that returning phone calls is an important part of good customer service. That they fixed their process so can tell if a customer's vehicle is done or not. In my case I think my car was done on Friday. They just did not know until Tuesday.

1 star is too much. My vehicle was under warranty. I took it in September of 2023 and was not able to get it back until January 2024. Had to make arrangements for a loaner for one day. The loaner only had 36 miles left for gas, oil light on and it smelled of cigarettes.No worries, I just went next door and bought a new Toyota, better place, better service

Service was timely, staff were courteous and informative. I would recommend this service department to others if asked. I have no experience with the Sales department, but all persons I interacted with were friendly and professional. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

I brought in my dodge challenger, I had a minor accident. In the beginning, there was pretty poor communication, but by the end, we got it all sorted out. And these guys ended up being absolutely amazing. Every person in the service department is awesome, and they did an amazing job on my dodge challenger.

Usually at Jim Doran Auto center after mechanical work changing of headlamps and so forth are done, they vacuum out your vehicle has a courtesy. Not only did they not do that My whole center console was full of dirt and grease from the mechanic putting in the bulbs in my dash, which I paid plenty of money for. Everything's Price wise has gone up quite a bit. I talked with the manager and he said he couldn't do anything about it, that he was only one person he didn't have enough people to vacuum my car much less clean my console. I let him know at least they could have cleaned my console after making it dirty and greasy. He said, well we'll clean your car next time you come in.Not a good response.They're lucky I gave them four stars.

My review is dealing with Jim Doran. Worst experience ever. Bought 2013 Rubicon. Had been the GM s personal vehicle he decided to sell thru dealership (unknown to me at the time). 1st week, starter quit stranding me on beach at the coast. 2 1/2 weeks in, engine threw a rod on my way to work. This should have been covered under Oregon s Implied Warranty, however, the GM, Sam Pyne, replaced engine after 2.5 months of not returning calls and without my consent. I found his personal Facebook page which showed him off-roading the Jeep since 2017. I tried to get codes from engine to check RPM data and they conveniently cleared all codes. They are now charging me $7000. Also, loved how the service manager, Jason, zip tied a roof rack to the top of my vehicle and had me drive him to the hardware store to sit in the hot sun for 45 minutes while he made numerous trips in and out to find the correct bolts. Super professional! Now that I ve been stuck with making payments under duress, dealership is no longer taking my payments due to new ownership. I highly advise staying far away from this dealership. I should have took their past reviews more seriously. Hopes this helps the next person decision on passing this dealership up.

Absolutely terrible service department!! They lied to sell you the warranties, but don t want to honor them!!! this is literally the third time I ve had to use my Warranty in the six months that I ve had the vehicle mind you, I dropped it off and then 8 1/2 hours later ( when I should of be picking it up) I get a message saying that they couldn t find any warranty information. Well considering I bought it from them and have USED IT 3 times WITH IN 6 MONTHS !! But they didn t think twice to call me to maybe verify information , NOPE no they didn t!! This is ridiculous it is every time we deal with them there s always always an issue.!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying this off your lot. Getting the seat replaced was a horrible ordeal. The price quoted was not honored with the explanation that the person who quoted that was fired. It took five weeks start to finish. One of the staff was even rude, which is shocking considering our experience. There s a warning light on now and I m worried to even call. We were so disappointed. I don t think we will ever buy another car from you again. So unfortunate.

Sir Isaac atJim Doran Auto Center has got to be one of best sales reps around. I experienced horrible service at three other dealerships and he mad thing so much better. He took the time to make sure that all our needs were met. He spent extra time checking our order and going over it two or three times to make sure the order was perfect. He Gave us consistent updates on our vehicles status and made sure to inform us of any changes in the vehicle status. The dealership was very welcoming and didn t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. By far one of the best places to look for a vehicle I m so glad we came to Jim Doran Auto Center and Sir Isaac. Thank you.

Making an appointment always means I play telephone tag. I can't rely on how long I'll have to wait to get an appointment, since the service staff fluctuates so much. I think they're doing what they can to provide quality service given the challenges of hiring, training, and retaining employees. It's just disappointing as a customer to deal with the the fall-out of those issues.

Called service department 2 times and left a message for a quote to repair my truck, they never returned my call, horrible customer service , after waiting several days i emailed a different auto repair shop and they responded within hours, needles to say they have my business. I have done business with Jim Doran MANY years ago through the sales department i was hoping they would have changed ...guess not.

We had a great experience. We bought a new Dodge Ram truck. Visited the dealer a couple times, treated very well-professionally. The salesman did pleasant follow up texts to answer all our questions. I checked around, they beat the Portland dealers advertised price by a little, fair on our trade. I will shop there again when needed!
