I had such an amazing experience at this dealership. From the sales experience with Corbin Hargis, to Leann, and Juan, the finance manager it was seamless.Corbin was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely down to earth. There was no pressure to make a deal, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. All in all, this is how car buying should be. I was put the door, keys in hand in less than 3 hours in a brand new vehicle.Great job team Lillard Toyota! Everyone was awesome!!!

I Bought an Accord for my daughter who is graduation from High School this year. Staff were amazing, respectful, friendly, patient, customer friendly and always willing to help. I asked them if they could place a bow on top to surprise my daughter and they were thrilled and honored to be part of something special. I had approximately 4 staff members all communicating well to make this time/day special. I can t say enough and would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking into buying a car to go to the staff friendly, always committed Damian Lillard Toyota . You won t regret it!!! As someone considering purchasing a Toyota, visiting Damian Lillard Toyota and meeting Patrick is an absolute must. Patrick's warmth and patience made the entire experience unforgettable. He took the time to meticulously explain every upgrade and feature of the 2024 Grand Highlander, especially considering our previous vehicle was a 2017 Highlander. Patrick's depth of knowledge about the cars was truly impressive.Engaging in conversation with him felt more like chatting with a friend rather than being sold something. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to seek out Patrick at Damian Lillard Toyota. Despite the hour-long drive from Portland, the superior discounts and service make it entirely worthwhile.I was shocked to discover that even my friend, who purchased a Toyota just over a month before me, wasn't aware of the Toyota APP for the car. His salesperson failed to mention such a basic feature, going so far as to mistakenly inform him that the car didn't come with a spare tire. Such blatant errors highlight the importance of dealing with someone as knowledgeable and attentive as Patrick at Damian Lillard Toyota.

Had to drive 3.5 hours to get to the dealership, having faith that the vehicle I was looking at was going to turn out "good." However, after talking with Austin, the other folks, and the test drive, it turned out to be a GREAT experience overall and WELL worth the 3.5 hour drive. Literally unbeatable deal for the exact vehicle I was looking for, and the best part was the down to earth people willing to help you get a solid rig. Highly recommend

David Johnson is an incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable sales representative that helped me find the exact vehicle I was wanting. Initially, couldn t get the numbers to work out on a 2023 MY, but Brian, one of the sales managers, was instrumental in helping to find the same truck in a 2024 MY and make the deal work within my budget. I especially appreciated their respectfulness, transparency and lack of pushiness throughout the whole transaction. You can tell they are just as (if not more) interested in establishing a relationship as they are in selling you a vehicle that meets your needs. So many dealerships just want to move a product completely ignoring the details that David & Brian have nailed down; keeping my business as a local resident was very important to them. For all of these reasons, I will definitely be back when it s time for our next vehicle.

There is a reason why this place gets so many good reviews. We purchased our Toyota 4runner here last year and it was quick, easy, and everybody was so friendly and honest the entire time. We had the chance to take our brand new car down to Arizona for a road trip and it drove like a dream. This is hands down the best dealership we have ever worked with.

Went this weekend to purchase a new car after ours was totaled in a wreck a month or so ago. We called Corbin the morning of, and when we showed up the cars were ready for us to look at and test drive! He was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the cars, and talked through all of our options with us thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and answered every question in stride. We didn t feel pressured (I dreaded going to buy a car initially) but we actually really enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to coming back here in the future for our car shopping needs!

I recently purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max from Damian Lillard Toyota, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sean, the internet sales person, was incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process. He ensured that the allocation of the car was seamless, was anble to make some changes to the build and that all my questions were promptly answered.When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Tino, the sales person assigned to assist me. Tino and Sean kept me updated about the progress of the build on my car, freight, and finally delivery which was even quicker than we thought it would be.Additionally, I want to extend my gratitude to Austin, who stepped in to assist with the sale and took the time to familiarize me with the car's technology and functionalities. His sense of humor was great and he made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.Leeanne, the customer service representative, was wonderful and helped assist with one minor hiccup in the buying process. She was responsive, attentive, and was able to set up a follow up appointment to add a couple options and provide a loaner vehicle while those are being installed on our new car.Overall, my buying experience at Damian Lillard Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. This is a car that is in high demand and other dealers have added markups that were not on this car. What a great experience! Found the truck I wanted and at a great price! On top of that these guys came and picked me up which was an hour and 30min drive so I can pick up my 2024 Tundra Platinum! Special thanks to Mike who drove out in this horrible weather to pick me up and to Austin and Jordan for making the transaction quick and smooth! Keep it up guys!

I'm very happy with the experience I had purchasing my 2017 Toyota Tacoma here. The dealership is family-friendly and they even treated my dog like a Queen when I was taking the truck for a test drive.A big shout out to our salesman, Marty, for his customer service and to their finance manager, Jordan.Jordan s knowledge of the industry and efficiency was excellent.They have a great team and I look forward to buying from this dealership again.

About as seamless of a purchase as possible. We had to wait for our Grand Highlander hybrid to arrive before we could drive it but it gave us plenty of opportunities to explore other options before making the final decision. Marty did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process and answering my many questions.

My wife and I had the best car buying experience of our lives at Damian Lillard Toyota! David was our salesman and he tended to our every need quickly and professionally. The staff at Damian Lillard s is very polite, friendly, personable, and professional. They have many activities and refreshments to keep kids and adults entertained. The atmosphere is very nice and the pricing of their inventory is some of the best I ve ever seen. We were very satisfied with the purchase of our Toyota RAV4 TRD Off-Road and would do the process all over again without hesitation. We were treated like family at the dealership and every question was answered with full transparency. The car we bought was in outstanding condition and was washed and ready to go for us upon purchase. Very smooth and efficient purchase process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Marty and the staff at Damian Lillard Toyota gave us outstanding service. They worked as a team to keep us informed about our 2023 Tacoma s journey and were excited as we were when it finally arrived. Marty guided us through the buying process that included a test drive, a thorough tutorial in all features of the truck and setting up the Toyota app. Juan in finance was knowledgeable, helpful and patient guiding us through the options and paperwork. I just bought a RAV4 from Damian Lillard, and the staff was outstanding. I worked with Daniel in Sales, Ian in Finance, and Brian the sales manager. All were professional and knowledgeable and I never felt pressure or that I had to "battle" to get a fair deal. I have had experiences at other dealers that felt very different. I drove 150 miles to get my car from Damian Lillard, and would do so again. Highly recommend.

You already know you re gonna get the best and deal with the best when you re at Damian Lillard Toyota. They have the friendliest staff, my car guy Big Tex was super helpful, he listened to my wants and needs for a vehicle and helped me find what I was needing from their awesome selection, at the best price point for my situation, not to mention the process was even easier and smoother than any other car purchase I ve made before!Also, a big shoutout to the finance manager for staying late to squeeze our papers through right before closing!!) 10/10, would buy every car from there! I recently purchased an SUV from them. I drove 50 mins to Mcminnville to buy it because they have the best price in Oregon. They have a friendly service and never pushed me to buy the vehicle. I wanted to financed it and the finance manager found me a good deal as well. Marty was an awesome sales rep!!!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Damian Lillard Toyota in Mcminville. We aren t from around the area but heard about this dealership. My wife did some research and found a car she has been wanting to test drive. So we headed out to Mcminville and I have to say, we are both so glad we did! Sean, Chris and Ian were ALL ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They were extremely customer friendly and professional! We did not at all feel any pressure. They talked to us and joked with us like we were old friends. It was a very different dynamic than what we have experienced in the past. We can t recommend this place enough! Thank you guys for a great experience! We will definitely be returning when the pre-teen starts driving.

Great experience with Becky and Cheryl at Damian Lillard Toyota. While the other dealers sat on their hands, they found and delivered on a very hard to find model and color. Never felt pressured and did the entire deal over the phone and internet without issues. Price was right and when my daughter picked it up they treated her respectfully and walked her through the entire process. Even put a red bow on the windshield! If you re looking for a Toyota, take it to the hoop and score big at Dame Lillard!!

Quoted an hour or less for an oil change in the middle of the day, yet here I am an hour and a half later. I'm not retired, so I can't spend all day here. I bought my vehicle from them Thanks Colin, but I did purchase from you in January of 21. Tanner Doran was the salesperson and I still have the Lillard plate frames. Also, the price I received was because of a coupon Toyota sent out. Am I supposed to jump up and down because I got a coupon in the mail and you had to honor it? The service department takes way, way too long. I can't recommend this dealership at all at this point. I have phenomenal credit, so of course they sold me my truck ( I have the proof I purchased it in 2021 from you guys, not the old dealership). I won't be taking my vehicle back here. Also, I'm having a good day, so outside factors have absolutely zero to do with this review.

Me and my brother purchased a 2023 Toyota Sienna woodand edition and had an awesome experience with Damian Lillard Toyota . LeeAnne sold us the vehicle. She was professional and kind and answered all our questions. She goes above and beyond to make sure was getting the best deal possible. She also makes sure you know how all the electronics in your new vehicle work.We are so happy. We would recommend this dealership to anyone !!

We came in to look at a particular used vehicle - our experience with Matt was great - showed us multiple cars we were interested in and did not try to push us with any hard sell. Juan was great in helping us do paperwork in a way that was helpful and did not take too much time. We ended up buying the car we came in to look at, and Matt and Juan made the experience very easy and painless.

We visited 2 other dealerships while looking to purchase our 2023 Toyota Tundra. Damian Lillard was by far the best! Family friendly, we have 3 young kiddos and a lot to keep them entertained. Our truck buying process with Cheryl and Anthony was so smooth and easy with no pressure which was a really good feeling. Anthony was even able to help us match the numbers we were looking for! First off I would want to thank Patrick Belle-Isle for helping me trade in my Camry for this RAV4 XSE. Pat was really patient and was on point with all the details given of the RAV4. Went down to McMinnville because the Portland Toyota dealers leave a lot to be desired. Damian Lillard Toyota was a pleasant surprise, Patrick was an informative and solid salesperson. No pushiness, no deception, no surprises. I arrived at 3pm with a transparent price quote already delivered to me, and left at about 5:30pm with a new truck. This is the way it should be. They're my spot now, and well worth the 1 hour drive out of Portland to not have to deal with the shmarmy dealerships in town.

Shop around like I did got out the door prices from several dealership this one was one of the highest would not budge on price. researched for a few months on a Toyota Camry. Do yourself a favor before you buy in metro area look at Kendall Toyota in Bend. We saved $4300 for the same color SE all-wheel drive Camry working with them great people. And it was definitely Damian Lillard in McMinnville!!
