This is the place to go if you find yourself needing anything for your vehicle while in LC. I needed new windshield wipers. Not only did I get the right wipers for my car for much less than any shop in Portland, they installed them for me. Taking great care with my vehicle not to damage the glass or scratch my car in any way.Absolutely wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.

I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism. My husband ordered wipers for my daughters car (as she needed to drive home to Beaverton), hers, you could barley see out of window, they told him they would put them on for her when she picks them up on way home. She went in, no one offered at all, (lazy and don t wanna go out in the rain), plus it s a little intimidating when your a young girl, asking the two grown men behind the counter if you could please put these on for me? when the MANAGER should of offered. He says: well she never asked. Really?? Has no one ever taught you any manners or people skills? Why should she HAVE TO ASK? Plus the two guys the day before promised my husband that they would do this for her when she comes in to pick them up. I called down there and confronted the manager and He was so argumentative and very rude. Will NEVER let my husband go back there again.

The man his name was Tony, very helpful when I walked in told him what I needed he knew exactly where the products were and also gave me a great deal on a socket I needed , they use to be higher then most auto parts store but no longer and besides Napas quilty is better and unlike the other parts store you usually have to bring the part back because it doesn't fit , I don't get that at Napa , I recommend trying Napa first

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were given grief for requesting curbside delivery, which is something this store offers. The employee who "helped" us even went so far as to say "we only do curbside for elderly people." He was so grumpy about having to deliver us something curbside that he didn't give us our battery core charge back. We had to call back later to find out what was going on with that (yes, we had to ask ourselves; they were not going to contact us about it). Told we had to come back INSIDE the store, where no one would be wearing a mask. There is apparently no way to get our money for this unless we go back to the store, despite it being their mistake. Will absolutely be going even as far as Salem for auto parts just to avoid this place. Like another reviewer mentioned, there is some grumpiness here.

NAPA has a good selection of mostly pretty good stuff (parts/tools) on site. For parts not in stock it's generally overnight or two day delivery. They are fairly good at standing behind their parts during the warranty period. Not to mention they are the only game in town for Lincoln City.

We took them our battery that we bought from them not one year old yet and had no power. First they didn't test it on the RV and want us to took it inside. Then they said the problem is on our RV then tested and saw the problem was on the battery and change it. But gave us a bad battery that didn't work . He said the problem is on our RV and we have to use it 2-3 hours so it will work or we can take it to another napa. 2 hours later it really did not work already and we changed it once more at some else napa and now no problem.

This is the only Auto shop in our town....These guys are nice and some are knowledgeable.... Recently I've gone in to get lights for my dash they try selling me ones with the casing on the bulb when he could of just sold me the bulb. I didn't know you could just buy the bulb thankfully I had someone that knew what was needed in my ear talking to me he could hear the sales person and couldn't believe he wasn't offering just the bulb....Now I know and so do you if you didn't know....But I am a girl so maybe......I leave it at that?

I love this place... Worked at valvoline next door for 2 1/2 yrs so dealt with them a lot... Love the customer service and the knowledge of staff... Any work on motorcycles you need Willie a staff member is great!!!

I've always enjoyed the Napa store in Lincoln County. You know the right number to your part, they'll get you the right part every time I give him a triple five. For HomeTown Community Support as well as finding what you need. And the guys that are working there are top-notch educated gentleman

I would have given a 1 star review today, due to the grump behind the counter who made me leave there feeling like an idiot (I'm a former Toyota, Honda, Mazda mechanic at the dealership for many years). I do know that there are some good guys working there, so 2 stars, but that guy made me feel like, "I don't care about buying local when I leave a place pissed off" so it deserves a recent negative review. Amazon, Ebay, etc have whatever you need and 1 day delivery with Prime for the former. Aargh!

Stopped in for a new set of wiper blades while on a road trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. They quickly got me what I needed and had me back on the road in no time.

These guys have been super helpful to me with a battery charging issues I had. They tested my battery in multiple days and also helped me assess my voltage output from the alternator. Good peeps.

Had to replace a serpentine belt on my Cadillac and my battery was dead after installation. I asked if they could get a jump they had no issue helping me out. As I drove away I still felt something was wrong with the Cadillac turns out the reason the serpentine belt slipped was because of a bad Idler pulley they took my card over the phone and even delivered the Idler pulley to our Hotel room. The staff was incredibly helpful.

I stopped here to get a replacement headlight. I opened my hood in the parking lot so I could take the headlight in with me for a replacement. On my way to the counter the person at the parts counter, seeing that I was taking a headlight out, already had the make and model of headlight pulled up in their inventory system and informed me that they were all out of the model I needed.The staff suggested that I try BI-Mart instead which was very helpful considering I didn't know BI-Mart carried headlights. As I'm reinstalling the broken headlight in the parking lot, the staff member came outside and provided the exact make, model, voltage and wattage of the part I needed along with directions to BI-Mart.At the end of the day even though NAPA didn't have the part in stock, they went out of their way to point me in the right direction. Armed with the information NAPA provided I was able to find the part I needed at BI-Mart.It's service like this that separates this NAPA store from the competition.

Four stars because Napa can be a bit spendy and they didnt' have one of the items I was looking for in stock (an air filter for a common Mazda). Staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean. Quality parts.

They went out of his way to help us when our car was over heating. Excellent customer service even though we weren't technically customers. Thank you for reassuring us as we got back on the road.

The only reason I'm giving a one star is because there are no negative stars available. I have shopped Napa auto parts stores on the entire west coast for over 45 years and have never run across such incompetence and rudeness as I did in Lincoln City. I have never written a bad review on any buisness until now but after the way I was treated I felt compelled. If it had only happened once i could have written it off but I gave it three attempts , I am done with the store. One day this Lincoln City Napa we'll have some competition and perhaps they'll change their tune or go out of business.

I walked around that store looking at every single aisle and not one person asked me if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store. I had to walk up to the counter and wait for someone to make eye contact so they couldn't ignore me any longer.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but they were beyond helpful and spot on with how much I needed of what I needed. Also gave me good directions to nearby sites I could work on my car!!

Places like this, auto parts stores, are going downhill. No carts or baskets for items being bought and the help is usually no more intelligent about things related to your car than yourself. Dirty, with stuff everywhere making it hard and hazardous to get around the shop floor... Just not a pleasing experience for me anymore unless I need a car part. I do like they open early.

i recently bought spark plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor for my 1971 pontiac ventura. i was extremely disappointed in the set of wires. i had to have them ordered because davison does not keep straight 6 gm parts in stock anymore like they did when it was owned by woodard. i paid for the more expensive wires that were the "better" wires. when they came in and i was changing my parts i noticed the boots on every wire needed to be pulled down to cover the connection. that wasn't a big issue but the issue that really bothered me was the 90 degree wires were really just straight wires with a 90 degree pulled over them and didn't fit good. when returning them i was told its because the "car is old and that you need to just hook them up and form the 90 yourself." i have never in my life bought wires like this. this was the only option at davison napa. i will have to get decent parts elsewhere and recommend the same to others to make sure my car is in good shape now. thank you davison!

I don't even check around for cheaper parts anymore, NAPA is one of the top for cost and better parts, go to corporate store on certain day of month and always get 20% off.

I have 4 cars and I like to do my own work, so I'm in there quite a bit. Everybody that works there is knowledgeable and friendly. What else can ya ask for.
