I ve used schwabs for almost a decade now and have always gotten my tires rotated and balanced free of charge for being a customer here and always buying my tires here.Suddenly, they want to charge me per tire on both my vehicles that I just bought because I didn t buy a new set of tires for these specific vehicles. Now, I get you guys are running a business, and need money. However, after years of coming here and purchasing tires through you guys, if you want to charge me for every little service then I will simply take my business else where.This place used to be all about customer satisfaction, but it appears that era is gone.

Usually comes out to greet quickly and always helpful for air. My only issue is Les Schwabs is too expensive anymore. The only reason they get alot of business is it is the only place around that will let you have an open line of credit. So if you dont have all the money to cover your needs, charge your account. Point S Canaga beat their prices by half, but not able to charge.

These guys at Les Schwab are always awesome the person I worked with in particular I think his name was Cody was super friendly and he explained the whole situation and was done in a very short period of time

Great place to get minor work done. I went in to get an alignment done, and I got a reasonable quote to get some stuff fixed would definitely come back.

Everyone was wonderful! Eric helped me with all my quotes and questions without a hint of irritation! I know I asked so many questions! We had a lift, wheels, & new tires put on our 4 runner.Nathan helped me when I went back for a slight rubbing on the tires. He was also great and explained everything to me.The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and amazing!Thank you!

My family has used Les Schwab for years and maybe it's because I've been going to him for so long but I think they're the best I wouldn't go to another place and I most certainly recommend them to anyone thank you Les Schwab for many years of great service you are the best

Had a low tire pressure light come on, they did an all around tire inspection free of charge, Shout out to Ashley, Stephanie, Russell and Morgan. Very fun upbeat group and they seem to all work well together. Happy to have piece of mind I can drive my car without a flat tire

My truck had a bad shimmy at 50mph. I took in to maybe have a rebalance done. Unfortunately it was more than that. The tire had separated. They showed me on the balance machine. So ended up buying 2 tires. Gee, truck tired are expensive. I went with all terrain tires instead of plain street tires. They mounted and balanced.That was the problem, now nice and smooth again. No shimmy.Kudos to the girl taking care of the problem. She was on top of letting me know what the problem was and what options were available. All the staff was very friendly. Looks like they work hard too. It was noon time and all their shirts had tire marks all over them. They were quite busy as I had to wait an hour to get my truck in.

Les Swabs is a great place to get your tire needs taken care of. Good price and decently fast. They are often busy though.

Within an hour, they fixed my flat tire, they aired up all the tires, fixed the corrosion on our tire and replaced our valve stem for free with a smile on their face! We'll be back and would recommend them to anyone!

My car was making a noise that I associated with misalignment. So I took my car in for an alignment. A little later I got a call from Nathan (shout out) stating that I was missing a wheel bearing--at least I think that is what he told me. He cautioned me that I needed to take it to a dealership because they are better suited to perform the specialized work (German car). The closest dealership is about 50 miles away. When I called the dealership, I was advised to stop driving the vehicle and have it towed to the dealership. When I went to pick up my car from the Lebanon, Oregon LS, I met Hunter C. He checked me out and explained what Nathan found. He even drew a picture. That missing wheel bearing was a ticking time bomb as he explained that without a repair, the tire would fly off of the car without notice...a very dangerous possibility. Oh, an in addition to the cool artwork, Hunter C. did not charge me to repair a small hole in a tire. All in all, outstanding attention to detail and customer service. Kudos!!!

Unnecessarily expensive and employees aren't very professional. Very argumentative and not inviting to talk to. Not to mention the "mechanics" are complacent and make many mistakes.They also will blatantly lie about the condition of your vehicle. They tried telling my brother his brakes are metal to metal... 2 weeks after they were replaced... definitely keeps up the reputation of Les Schwab being untrustworthy. Better off going to South Pacific tire pros in Albany.

I have had Les Schwab tires, struts, breaks, alignments, batteries etc, for years from shops in Eastern Oregon and Idaho. This shop seems to be difficult to get simple things done. Wait times are crazy long and I did not feel the same level of customer service I have gotten from the other locations I have done business with.

Lebanon Les Schwab saved us! Hunter provided amazing service. He drove 5 miles to patch our tire so that we could drive to the store. Then quickly took care of fixing our tire and getting us on our way. Thanks for incredible service Hunter!

They were awesome! I had a rock stuck in my brakes and they were able to get it out in about 10 minutes. They didn t even charge me! Eric was great and I will definitely be back when it s time for new tires.

Lost a tire off my trailer these guys were the best! I'm probably the only one thinking they undercharged. I'm in Corvallis and I'm tempted to come out here to these guys for new tires even though we have two Les Schwab shops in town. I highly recommend. Staff very friendly, cost conscientious, and helpful.

One of the most horrible experiences. My husband got treated very well last time he got wheels and tires mounted approximately two weeks ago. He actually spent over $50 getting Sugar vibe donuts to all the staff members just to additional say thank you.Two weeks later He had additional wheels and tires that were brand new that he purchased online. They were 50% less than what Les Schwab would have charged to buy them in the store. Jeremy got very upset at this and felt as though we were stealing from him personally. He made rude and inappropriate comments to my husband. Our expensive new wheels got dinged and damaged and they acted like it wasn t their responsibility or their fault. Then inform my husband to talk to the people that we initially purchased them with. They absolutely did it intentionally and dinged the wheels. He then double charged my husband to mount the wheels and tires that were damaged.We will never be back to to this shady and dishonest business again. I hope other families will not be absurdly abused like we were. Strong work Jeremy.

Had a blowout in one of my tires; got 2 tires bought and rotated for my car AND my fiances car in less than 2 hours. Customer service was phenomenal! Everyone was extremely helpful, genuine and pleasant. Great experience! Will most definitely be taking our cars back to then when we need the other tires replaced! Thank you guys!

I like this place. The staff are friendly and curious. For a small place they have a wide selection of products. I have found items her that other bigger stores didn't stock. Even though there location is on a side street they seem to have a good stream of customers, and being a mom and pop business I support that whenever possible.

I have been a customer of this store for over 25 years. In that time, there have been very few issues arise, all of which were resolved to my satisfaction without delay or hassle. Many of their employees have been there 10 years or longer and so there is a good depth of knowledge when it comes to evaluating your car for service related items. I am glad I have this business in my community. Does it rate a perfect 5 score, probably not but it certainly could be a 4.5.....
