Just went in to get gas and the gas attendant was horrible! Stared down my young daughter and said my card declined...I said I would go in and he said no! What?! I grabbed my card went in and the girl inside had no issues with my card and we both watched him starring down my daughter in the car! I asked who the manager was and she said unfortunately we dont have one...I just wanted to get out of there as I could tell my daughter was extremely uncomfortable! I went out to get in my car and the guy said now get the hell out of here! Making another customer say hey man not cool! I want the owner to know I also know and that I called police as well... totally not acceptable!

This used to be a decent little place, but their current choice in employees seem to be dragging it to a new low. Don t think about washing your window there unless you re buying fuel. Never mind that you stop there to fuel up at least twice a week, you ll still be asked to leave. When your employee says, So don t come back, my pay won t change. , you ve got a problem.

This station has double and triple charged my credit card and their phone number does not work to talk to them about it. The people in the store were also no help. The first time they doubled the transaction. They changed the same amount 4 times this time

Twice in a row pulled in late at night (after work) for fuel. My car needs premium fuel. I've asked for premium, attendant acknowledged the request then has proceeded to pump regular into my tank. The first time the very kind younger guy was horrified and pulled out his wallet offering (I refused it) to reimburse me.Last night I pulled in for fuel the woman attendant wasn't wearing a mask and stated that since she was 6' (although she was only 3' away and standing over me) from me she didn't need one. I requested premium, she acknowledged premium and then she pumped (AGAIN!?) regular into my tank. This time however, there was no kind offer of reimbursement. She stopped it as soon as I noticed but by then I had a half tank on board. NO offers were made at recompense or octain booster, just maskless spitting and sputtering about the owner being the only one that deals with customer service. REALLY!? If you try calling the owner for this mystic customer service you'll find their phone either doesn't work or they NEVER answer it. I won't ever be back, I'll fuel somewhere else before work, every time from now on!

I love going here it's not chaotic, there's great a variety of snacks and for the fishers out there, they carry worms.That always check the worms to make sure they're alive.

Love Love Love Knothole! Friendly staff, cheap prices in the store, cheap prices on gas, and the gas pumps can reach either side of your car! Plus they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. I will always choose Knothole!

I used to come in all the time to get big gulp, but last couple of times I have felt very uncomfortable.So today Saturday 1/21/22 was last day coming into the store .

They have friendly people working there, they dont offer hot food, they are a pretty small store but it does have a gas station, which is nice if you need gas and a snack.

Nice gas station and conveniently open 24 hours. Does anyone else find it shady when asked for their debit pin for a discount on gas?
