Excellent service! Made an appointment online for my 2006 Silverado on a Sunday due to a ruptured brake line (yikes!) and a tech was ready to get to it on Monday as the truck was towed in. They did a morning huddle and researched how to replace the brake lines without lifting the body off the frame, saving me a bundle. They took the time to explain in detail what was needed and gave advice about maintaining the truck like it was their own. Everything was completed in time for me to ski the following weekend. Perfect!

Not one shop around could take in my 56 wagon. Not only did they deal with the issue at hand but many more I wasn t aware of. The service was top notch and I could say enough good things about the team. The communication from Joe (manager) was consistent and accurate. Couldn t asked for a better team to take care of my vehicle. Everything that has to do with vehicles will be ran through Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego from now on.

Accurate Auto was amazing! They were able to get my car in for repairs the next business day after we started having problems. The communicated regularly with updates and they didn t do more than was necessary or try to sell us more repairs. We had a feeling of complete trust because they were honest and transparent with us. We will definitely be back with any of our cars for needed repairs in the future.

Compelled to write a review after a great first experience with Accurate Auto LO. I came in based on positive google reviews, and I m so glad I did! Started off with probably the most user friendly online scheduling system where I could put in exactly what I was experiencing and pick a day/time that worked for me not a long wait at all! Comprehensive report of recommendations and labor performed. They even looked into my transmission issue and found that it was under warranty through Ford yay for saving on that expense!. Very kind interactions and thorough explanations of everything done. As others have said, they did not push to sell me on other services, or gatekeep information. The cherry on top was the little goodie bag of candy left in my car afterwards. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance/repairs. Thank you!!

Went in a while back with concerns for my Subaru BRZ. I normally do all maintenance myself but I decided to take a chance. The person I worked with was very honest and helpful. He even took a moment to inspect my vehicle with me to help reassure me. Thank you for not trying to sell me things I don't need. Highly recommend

There were a few things my car needed and the bill was quite large for my budget. Joe was extremely friendly and explained each item that my car needed. He then helped prioritize so I could get my car fixed and talk about the future issues and the prices which helped so much !

Accurate Auto is an ok place. I'll take my car back for some repairs. They are kind and respectful folks. I had a tough issue to diagnose and they didn't give up. They found it and resolved it, but of course, they charge by the hour...so it was spendy.I think they can do more, if they want 4 or 5 stars. For example, after picking up my car, I started driving away and noted that the tire pressure was low. I returned and they said, "yup, they're at 15psi". Tires were noticeably low, but somehow overlooked. For example, their 52-point inspection with an oil change is great, but they couldn't clean out the obvious bunch of leaves that were caught in a corner.Again, good folks, good location.

Truthfully, I would like to keep these car magicians to myself. When I find professionals this amazing at their jobs I want to keep them a secret so they don t get back logged with well-deserved business.If you are reading this: know that you have stumbled across a hidden gem and chances are you won t find another this good - You re welcome in advance (pictures attached for visual interest)

Accurate auto is my go to place to service my truck. I m meticulous about car maintenance and usually go to the dealer, but accurate auto service, availability and speed of service make it my number one place to go now.Digital diagnostic results are texted to you while the car is there allowing you complete control over what is done to your vehicle. They don t make recommendations that aren t necessary as well and is in line with the OEM maintenance schedule.

I will definitely return for future repairs if I need them! Joe was amazing. The Toyota dealer quoted me $2900 for repairs. Joe re-evaluated my car and disagreed with the dealer s evaluation, and then fixed it for $800! The same day too! Amazing.

They got my car in the day I called. It took a couple days to fix due to waiting for a part to be delivered and was $300 cheaper than quoted! Joe kept me informed throughout the whole process. Many thanks to all involved!

Joe is always very nice, respectful and is extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explains everything to me to make sure I understand what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Very reasonable prices & discount coupons are available. I always feel like my car is in good hands there. Accurate Auto has earned my respect, trust & loyalty. I highly recommend!!

I m sure most are skeptics when choosing an auto repair shop. I was until I began taking my car to Accurate Auto Lake Oswego. The service is impeccable and the shop has a friendly atmosphere. My driver side headlight and turn signal were inoperable for the past year. Accurate Auto was able to diagnose and fix the electrical issue quickly and it ended up costing half of the quoted price! I would definitely bring my car back here again.

This was my first experience here and it was awesome. Everyone very professional, Joe was awesome. I was able to schedule my service right away, which was great because I was off from work, and work was done very quickly. I felt like they worked with me on prioritizing what needed to be done to keep my old truck safe and running. Very happy with my service from Accurate Auto. I had to have my vehicle towed to their location after hours and they called first thing the next day. The repairs needed were assessed and performed quickly, the pricing was fair, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have great experiences with Accurate Auto.They may not be the most inexpensive shop around but they are always correct. Accurate Auto stands behind their work and makes it right.Many shops in the metro and I recommend any of them!

Brought a 2007 Volvo S60 R partially modified that had check engine lights and Accurate Auto did a great job fixing it and tuning it back so I could pass DEQ and register the car. Joe and the Team are a pleasure to do business with. They keep you in the loop, answer all questions and give you the right quote for the work. I highly recommend them.

The diagnostic was sent to me digitally. I was able to make decision about what repairs were most urgent. The info was given in a clear read out that helped me make a decision. When faced with expensive repairs, I found their diagnostic helpful to see what I m actually paying for . How much parts, labor, ect. Car was repaired in very reasonable time frame. Nikki walked me thru paperwork and explained warrantee. Joe stayed in contact to confirm what repairs I agree to be performed before starting the job. No unexpected charges on my bill. These reasons r why 5 stars

Joe was really great to work with. For a good price they offered to do an oil change and a full inspection of the vehicle. After their inspection they asked for 1200 for the oil change+inspection, and for a sway bar fix, various light fixtures - side marker, license plate, and fog lights, cabin filter, new battery, and brake fluid. I also appreciated their honesty on how relevant some of these repairs were, and I m quite certain other places here would have asked for more. I ended up only getting the brake fluid and side and lp lights done at this time.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

When my (new to me) car gave the indication that I needed an oil change I hadn t established a service provider yet. I called Accurate Auto and they were able to get me in very quickly. From the moment I dropped the car off to picking it up, they were extremely communicative. They did a great job and even followed up a few days later. When I got in my car, there was a little package of candy with a thank you note, which was a nice little touch. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
