My husband and I were traveling in WA and OR, with our travel trailer. While on hwy 18 in OR, one if our leaf springs broke on the travel trailer. We tried to get someone, through our insurance company, to get us off the road and to a safe place. It just was a complicated situation, Jeff Warnicke was our star and angel that got us back on the road. He kept in touch with us and was able to get a new leaf spring (with the help of his wife, Susan) and put us back on the road. Jeff knew what to do and went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We met a great guy along the way and will be forever grateful. Thank you Jeff

My husband and I were on a trip with family when our car wouldn t start. On a Sunday so nowhere was open and we took a chance, had it towed to Warnicke. Called on Monday to find out that he didn t work on Volvos typically, but after I told him the situation we were in he went above and beyond. Told me his son would take a look and see if it was something they could fix. (Because of Covid all the other places were at least two weeks out, if they could even take it.) It turned out to be the starter, which they ended up fixing and could not have been nicer throughout the process. I was blown away by his kindness. He could have just said no and asked us to tow it somewhere else, but he didn t and I will be forever grateful. You really helped our little family probably more than you realize! Thank you, Jeff.

Dont know, never returned call. Person in shop couldn't give estimates, and person who could was out and no ETA on teturnong.
