The only place on the south coast I would trust with any of my vehicles. They have the best/most knowledgeable staff that made getting tires quick, easy and one less thing I had to worry about. Best service, best staff and all around best shop on the south coast!

I am very far from Toyota dealer, so in Winter, I take car to Precision Performance Point-1S Tire Automotive Repair. It's too dangerous to drive on Hwy 199 in Winter. I am thankful I can avoid a dangerous drive through mountains in Winter. Recently Precision Performance Point-S Tire Auto Repair helped me greatly by replacing my tires, possibly literally saving my life. The tires had degraded to the point of being dangerous. They installed good new tires. I am thankful to get their help.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They took excellent care of me When I needed them Most. In march 2022 while i was on vacation a 1,000 miles from home, I had A broken break line and they got me in and out within 2 hours. Very friendly and professional,Plus the Hot coffee was nice too being in the cold month of march.I know I'm leaving this review a whole year later, but they left such a good impression on me back then that I really felt the need to write this review a year later. Thank you to the crew at precision performance.

This place saved me from being stuck in Gold Beach, not that it would be a terrible spot to get stuck.I got a flat 25 miles into the forest and had to ride back into town on a donut. The first place I checked had a 3 hour wait just to look at my tire, Precision got me in immediately. Unfortunately my tire couldn't be saved, but they had the one I needed in stock. I was in and out within an hour with a new tire, filled donut because mine was low, and rear brake pads. They saved the day, super grateful.Thank you!

We were broke down, moving from Portland to Wisconsin. Our fuel pump gave out and they were able to squeeze us in. They had us back on the road after a day. Very accommodating, fair pricing, exceptional service! Highly recommend

Traveling the Oregon Coast is somewhat remote, and when I noticed a screw head sticking out of one of my tires, I had gotten nervous to say the least. Fortunately I found Precision Performance open, and although very busy, had time to squeeze us in and look at the tire. Fortunately the screw was not that long and the tire damage was insignificant. On Wednesday Dec. 9th I walked in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by the owner Tim.I asked him that if he could help me to fix my Jeep. He didn t hesitate and helped me right away.I left the Jeep at the shop because parts need it to be ordered and intense work need it to be done involving the differential and bearings. They drove me to the place I was staying and after the Jeep was completed they picked me up. They also adjusted my emergency break. The price was very reasonable and he quote me the exact price I payed. The Jeep runs even better than when I first bought it.This was an amazing experience and an exceptional customer service. I talked to 3 of his employees and everyone was very friendly.The shop is very clean and the waiting room is beautiful. I also enjoyed all the pics of Tim piloting his race boat.I wish I could give him a 10 stars but 5 is the highest.I definitely recommend this business to anyone.Thank you Tim and Staff, keep up the outstanding work.

Tim and his team are the most expert auto mechanics I have found anywhere in the US. They have technology, tools, and troubleshooting techniques that allow them to solve problems other mechanics are stumped by. And they are helpful, courteous, and reasonable with their billing. Highly recommend!

If you are an out of town customer, find a different shop. From the very first encounter of having our daughters car towed here they were rude, unhelpful and unorganized. We were quoted $100 diagnostic fee. When they finally got around to the diagnostic, they charged us over $200 without ever calling to confirm additional work. Every time we reached out to them, they had no idea what car we were asking about. When asked questions about the diagnostic they provided, they were unable to answer. They told us we need a new engine, while another shop said it was fuel injectors. Tow your elsewhere.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Driving around Gold Beach the underside protector on the car came loose and we were able to have Tim and his guys remove it. It was very fast and no waiting. Will definitely return if we need anything else done to our vehicles.

These guys are as Professional and Honest as any repair shop I have ever dealt with I needed a new exhaust system installed Tim researched the proper parts and gave me an idea of the cost! Parts came in quickly at the price discussed and they scheduled the installation! The installation was quick and clean and I couldn t be happier with the final product! Thank You for restoring my faith that there are still Honest Professional repair shops out there

Very nice facility. My first visit was for a oil change. Cost was very reasonable. On there own, they checked lubricants in front and rear axles - a good thing since my Jeep gets some hard use. They said the rear axle lubricant was dark and should be changed by next oil change. I had them change it now (going to sand dunes next) and they did so in maybe 15 minutes. Again reasonable cost. I got the distinct impression this whole group of people want to do things right for the right price. I am so happy to find this level of expertise, efficiency, and honesty in the little town of Gold Beach.

This place is wonderful! Go early as they don't make appt. for oil changes. We needed an oil change for our RV as we are planning an extensive trip to So Cal. We arrived a few minutes after 8:00am and got right in. The guy at the counter was so helpful and patient with all our questions. The price was just $59 for the oil change and tire check. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. The young man doing the oil change and tire check was very courteous and friendly. The building is clean, modern and offers coffee and restrooms while you wait. We were there for just about 1/2 hour. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I had a great experience here. Every person I interacted with was kind and thoughtful. The owner went above and beyond in order to ensure that my car was running smoothly and ready for a 4,000 mile cross-country trek. It's invaluable to find a mechanic that you can trust-I would definitely recommend this place!

I'm a disabled Veteran who has lived in a lot of different places. 14 States and 10 countries. Never have I experienced such good customer service with an auto repair shop. Have been coming to Performance for three years. They are very nice people who have gone out of their way to keep our cars and RV in great repair. Nice clean waiting room and friendly staff make it a great place to go for oil change, batteries and tires, plus any auto related repairs or questions.

I have to say this place is and was amazing. Reasonable pricing , quick turn around and all the staff besides the girl I paid was great. My father was asking if they offered a military discount and she just ignored him. It's fine you dont have that but a simple no would have better then the eye roll and silence he got. But I still give it 5 stars because I dont think 1 person should ruin it for how amazing and kind everyone else was and the work speaks for its self.

I have had Precision work on both of my vehicles. They always do superior work even though one of my vehicles is an 87 Suburban and needs extra care. I drive by other automotive shops just to get my vehicles to Gold Beach where I will be treated fairly because that's their Nature. It's built into the business by Tim and his family. I brought my F350 in for a noise I was hearing in the rear that another shop told me was nothing . The folks here actually filmed my rear axle while it was making the noise. They replaced rear differential bearings which would have left me stranded soon... They also did some other work I needed.They were fast, honest and actually gave me a ride to and from their office when I dropped off/received my truck.They are very hi-tech here; actually emailing me pictures of non-serviceable items on my truck!Incredibly super people here and they have a nice waiting room!!!Thank you so much!!!
