How do I even begin to have the words to describe an amazing place that literally saved my life. After a series of falls, I was lucky enough to receive a referral to this place of highly educated physical therapists and staff who worked closely with me and tailored my therapy exactly to my needs. Not only that, but they are a kind, ethical place and make you feel good about yourself.

Stopped by on Saturday to return battery for core. If you purchased battery from AutoZone core price is 22.00 and if you did not they will give you 10.00 in store credit. I was happy with transaction. Was able to recycle old battery get 10.00 credit which the next used credit to buy battery hold down kit for 7.00. Also very professional employees. They greet you when you enter the store and let you know they will help when finish with current customer. Great service and knowledgable staff at Forest Grove AutoZone.

I have used this store for awhile and all was great but now the store has gone to garbage. They now are denying to sale me oil that I needed for my car because I only had a 100 dollar bill. The lady said it was drop day but don t you keep enough money in the store to run the store? Can t make money when you tell customers no and send them to your competitors. Probably time to start going to o Reilly s or Napa

Never really had an issue going here, but I also have a decent knowledge of vehicles and am ready with part info. Busy times always expect alittle slowness since it's usually 2 people working. Seems standard these days. Staff is always nice to me

I had a great experience with an employee the other day. I think his name was Austin. He was very quick and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He even referred a couple other parts for my Toyota. Love to see people have great attitudes at their place of work, it only makes for a better time for both the customer and the employee. I felt like giving him a tip but I didn t have any cash on me! Hahaha keep it up!!

These guys were great. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Helped me replace my windshield wiper in 30 seconds. And took my trash too! Maybe I'll give him a bigger challenge next time.

This location has wonderful customer service! I stopped by one evening to replace my old car battery with a new one and Donald was so very helpful and was able to install the new one very quickly and easily! :)I came back a few days later to get a new license plate light bulb and Carlos was also very helpful and was able to switch out my old bulb for a new one. Thank you so very much to everyone at this location for all your help and great customer service! :)I highly recommend this location!

Long wait today. Despite that they had what I needed and the staff were helpful and polite. They confirmed a bulb number I needed which I had a devil of a time identifying online.Really wish 1 (dare i say 2!?!) more employee(s?!) had been helping customers this afternoon around 5.

I went to autozone becuase I was having battery issues on my Jeep. DON WAS AMAZING!! He was able to help me find the battery I needed, and went above and beyond for helping me take out the old battery and install this new battery. He also made sure all my wiring was good from all my connections and even fixed things to make sure I wouldn t have issues. He also offered great advice. Best customer service from don! Thank you for being great, so very appreciated! My Battery issues are resolved now!

Poor customer service. This place became my go-to auto parts store anytime I need something. Today I stopped in to buy a fuse holder, but nobody was at the register. I waited patiently for them to finish up at the parts counter and indicated I'd like to pay. The response was 'no'. I have get in line at the parts counter and wait for them to help the people looking for parts first. They were nice about it, but why would I wait 15-30 min (Guestimate) for them to help people look up and get auto parts when I just want to hand them my six $1 bills and walk out the door. Why not stop for 30 seconds to take my money and let me leave? That's how it's been handled in the past. So I just left and went across the street to O'rielly's and my transaction took <1min from walking in the door to walking back out.

I had 2 different experiences with Mr Jose S. today. My first was him checking the health of my car battery. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Every helped me find the size I needed.2nd time was later in the evening 8:58pm (2 mins before closing) I raced to the store to get my battery in my truck tested. Ran inside and asked for him to pleeeeease check my battery. He tested the battery and found it to be good. He checked my terminals and found out it was my negative terminal that wasn t right enough. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. He has a great sense of humor and great customer service skills. I was an AutoZone employee back in 2000 and I took pride in my job. And Jose seems to be that same exact way! Thanks again Jose S.!!!!

Our family wants to give a HUGE shout out to Jose, who works at the Forest Grove AutoZone. He went above and beyond with his customer service. We were at a loss as to why our daughter's car was not working. Within 5 minutes he helped fix the issue and now it runs great! We are so grateful to Jose! We are now customers of his for life, and will be referring people to him! Thank you again Jose! You are the best!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the customer service at this store. Tonight was another example. My son's car wouldn't start at Safeway. I called my roadside assistance and they insisted I get towed. I hung up, got the car jumpstarted, and drove straight to AutoZone. Ron came out, did a quick diagnosis, found out it was a loose connection, cleaned off some parts, tightened them up, and we were on our merry way. Not a penny out of pocket. They will ALWAYS have my business when I need parts for my car. Their customer service is above and beyond!!

Was in there recently, at the height of the Omicron outbreak, and none of the employees bothered to wear a mask. Didn't even have them around their necks. They are entitled to their own opinions, but they don't seem to care about the needs of their customers, or state regulations. Fortunately there are other parts stores in Forest Grove and nearby.

Friendly and helpful. Knew right what I needed and where to find it. Recommended something with a decent price. One of the items was for the wrong year of my model car, the exchange process was quick and simple. All in all a great place to go. At another location the employee was more than willing to come out to my car and help me diagnose the problem. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me!!

I give 10 out of 5 stars to the AutoZone in Forest Grove. Every time I go in for a purchase all representatives are helpful and knowledgeable and I love the fact that every time I go in I learn something new.Working on cars is not my major, I learn as I go.Today I have to thank AutoZone and their team, they went above and beyond to help out a customer. Jose S. the representative who had helped me once before, made a difference on my day today. I have had a bad day already, and then had to deal with car problems, made things more complicated than they should have been; but Jose made my day much easier by helping me figure out the problem and how to fix it.His customer service and his Knowledge save my day. Thank you so much Jose and all AutoZone representatives, keep the hard good work up and great attitude, because your attitude might be what makes the difference in someone's day.

Quick stop to pick up a part for my Hyundai. The service guy at the counter was quick to offer assistance but I turned him down initially. When I couldn't find my part he led me right to it in less than 30 seconds.
