We Have Been With State Farm For Many Decades And In Many States.Sue Gilday and Her Staff Are Exceptional On Their Customer Service And Always There When We Have A Question.Kudos To You All!Shop Them And You Will Not Be Disappointed.

Whenever we have a question or need to work through an issue, everyone who picks the phone up is helpful. I have also been impressed with the ease of insuring a new work vehicle along with the prices of everything we insure. Overall I could not be more please with Sue Gilday & State Farm Insurance, this is an easy 5 star review to give.

State Farm is a great company and Sue and her team have always been very helpful. Everybody is very helpful and the rates are great. If there s ever an issue they re on top of it right away. I strongly recommend State Farm and Sue Gilday.

State Farm has been so great to us! I ve only been with Sate Farm for the last 8 years but the entire service has been outstanding compared to my previous insurance company. My husband has been My rates rarely raise and they all are so friendly, easy to talk to and speak an insurance language I can understand. The Florence, OR branch goes above and beyond. I work with Lori and she is very prompt in responding and so friendly. I feel like she s a family member. Sue is also great, she helped me pick the proper life insurance in addition to other insurance that met our needs and budget.

We have been clients of Sue's office for many years. Recently we purchased a new home and had the wonderful experience of working with Charise in the office. She was fabulous! It was such a pleasure to work with her in getting the new insurance and as well transferring some of our auto policies to State Farm - would highly recommend Charise as well as Sue and the rest of her staff! They are wonderful folks to work with - very professional, kind and thorough! Thank you Charise, Sue and staff!

The rates are very reasonable, the staff always operates in a professional and prompt manner, the options are diverse and when I need explanations for some of them the staff here communicates in a concise and understandable way. Plus I believe that State Farm is a stable and reliable company.

Sam has been such a great agent! We have used State Farm for the last 8 years, and Sam has always gone out of her way to help us fast and efficiently since she joined the team. From buying our house to quoting out 4 different quotes within what seemed like only 5 min for our recent travel trailer purchase Sam got it done. Highly recommend her for all your insurance needs.

Sue was wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to help us through the process of closing two loans simultaneously. My husband works in the medical field, and she even worked from home after hours to accommodate his schedule. She was always easy to get a hold of, and she responded to emails quickly. Everyone in that State Farm office is helpful, friendly and a joy to work with!

Samantha was very helpful and worked around my schedule. She answered all of my questions and helped me purchase a policy and took care of all the notices. I really appreciated that she reached out to follow up on an online rate quote, wasn't pushy, and took care of everything I asked for without me having to worry. Very delightful and easy experience, highly recommend.

My husband and I have been State Farm customers for over 10 years. Justin Young, in the Florence office, continues to go above and beyond whenever we reach out. The service has been so responsive and helpful over the years, we now have our home, cars, and life insurance through them. Highly recommend their company!

This State Farm office is the best!! I moved away from Florence about 5 years ago and still continue to work with them because I know they will always take care of me, and giving me a very personal experience! Having our insurance needs met at State Farm gives us peace of mind knowing our matters are being handled professionally and confidentially. Samantha, at Sue's office, is a very friendly, energetic, and wonderful team member that always has a smile on her face welcoming anyone into the office. She has worked very hard taking continous classes since becoming a team member to increase her knowledge and to do the best job she can for anyone whether current clients or future clients! First off got a quote and then got denied insurance because it s a Hyundai. And they only insure Hyundai and kias that are push to start. It s so crazy to me that companies can pick and choose what vehicles they want to insure.

Insurance shopping is rarely a pleasant experience. Yesterday I spoke with 5 individuals with insurance agencies. As you can expect, I got 5 different quotes with similar, in most cases, dollar amounts for home and auto with an umbrella policy. I m fed up with my current company constantly increasing my rate. Samantha from State Farm (and no, I didn t ask what she was wearing) had me borderline frothing at the mouth with excitement and anxious to seal the deal. She saved me money across the board. AND she s professional, courteous and pleasant. Oh yeah, she also knows her stuff. I recommend this agency, hands down. My only regret is waiting so long to do this
