Driving through Florence and the alternator went out, managed to pulled into Stan's shop just in time. He had warranteed parts delivered in no time and got us back on the road quickly. Charged a fair price and did great work. Couldn't ask for better service or a nicer business owner. Really thankful that this shop was on our path and wouldn't hesitate to use again. I feel pretty darn lucky to have found Stan (the owner) and his crew at J&J. Our motor-home died on the 101 South just past Florence and refused to start. It was pure luck (or God) that I found J&J as I was actually on my way to another mechanic to schedule a diagnostic and I made a wrong turn onto J&J's street. Long story short, Stan carefully listened to my explanation of the stalling issue, asked some very smart questions and set about testing several different systems until he honed-in on an electrical issue. Not only did he quickly find the problem, but he also found the root cause of it, and repaired everything along the chain to ensure that it was 100% solid. Oh, and he was slammed with business and still managed to get us taken care of. Brilliant service, smart and professional work, honest operator and highly skilled technicians. Don't go anywhere else. If I could give Stan and his crew 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond for us. He extended his kindness to complete strangers while we were camping in Florence. Although we are not local he and his crew treated us as if we were. Honesty and integrity is a rare thing these days. You will find no shortage of either at J&J Automotive. Once our truck was fixed and we were ready to head out he even went so far as to fix our equalizer bars and hitch so that we would have a safer ride. We noticed our ac wasn't working and he took time out of his very busy schedule to repair that as well. The truck now performs much better and rides much safer towing the RV. Can't thank you enough. Stan is truly the man. Thank you so much J&J Automotive crew and Grace. Forever in our hearts Geri and Justin.

Traveling thru town and our vehicle had some issues so decided to bring it in to the closest shop! They said they hold Fridays open for emergencies like this. Very friendly receptionist and she even drove us to our hotel so we wouldn t have to sit in the shop all day. Was told they replaced some parts and gave us a quote in it, but the problem didn t go away so they were brining in someone more experienced on Monday. So we sat all weekend with no car, a bit bummed about that. Monday came and we were informed they didn t have the tools to fix the vehicle . So with little choice we ended up having to tow our vehicle over 1,000 miles back home! The closest dealership even said they didn t have the tools to fix it which is funny because In order to be a dealer of a Chrysler u have to have all the tools to fix them. But ok fine! Got home and took our vehicle in and come to find out the parts we were told were replaced on our vehicle never were replaced! And what they diagnosed our vehicle with was not even the problem! Once I got the car home I went to back it off the car dolly and the camera for backing up didn t even work! Come to look at the fuses to see if something was wrong and there is no fuse where it should be! The camera worked before bringing it to this shop! So if they blew a fuse why didn t they replace it? If you don t have the proper tools then why was I not told Friday . Instead I had to sit all weekend in hopes I could get it fixed! Had I known all this I would have found a different shop that was willing to do the work! I have never had such a horrible experience! The only nice thing about this place is the gal at the front desk! Thanks for being kind! But other than that this place is horrible! They don t know what they are doing, they are not honest, and they removed a fuse and never told me!

We were pulling our trailer into Florence when our vehicle started not working right. We were so impressed with how quickly this shop got us in, looked over, our vehicle, and so generously charged us such a small amount for the time they spent on our vehicle. When my diesel pickup turned over but refused to start, leaving me stranded at the market in a pouring rain, I had it towed to J and J Automotive. Unloaded in the still pouring rain Stan and his team pushed it half way into the only empty space in the shop and started in right away with diagnostics and completely ignoring the rain blowing in on them. Realizing they were already working late I left them to it. The next morning I got the call it was fixed and arrived to get a very detailed description of the problem and a ridiculous bill... ridiculously low for the amount of time I know they spent on it. Horrible place. Destroyed my exhaust system changing transmission. I asked owner 1st if he could handle the job, he lied & said yes. 1st he ordered wrong tyranny then he has no welding equipment to put exhaust back on properly. Tried to tell me, "oh, wasn't it that loud when you brought it in?"Girlfriend & many others have similar horror stories. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

When I stopped in as a potential customer, a guy came out, ignored me, and went on his computer. Several minutes later, he acknowledged me as though he was doing me a favor. I left. I rate this place 5 stars on the JERKDOM scale.

Went to have brake work done.pulled in and they went to up sale me before they even put it on the lift.said I had a bad brake fluid leak on my calipers.tried to show me how wet they were......everything was wet it was raining.so I just left.went to a different place they put it on the lift and didn't find any leaks.simple change of pads.
