I brought my Honda ATV 300 for track to have the carburetor adjusted and over hauled. I took it in on Tuesday and it was expecting to get it back later that week or the next week. When I get a phone call the next day from Kurt saying that my Honda is done. I only have one word to say about valley sports amazing, ! The work was spot on my ATV runs so smooth. I m very impressed with the quality of work. I m glad that I listen to my friends about taking my ATV to Valley Sports . They were very professional and do extremely quality work. I will definitely be coming back if I need any more work done , thank you so much Kurt and Chase and the rest of the team at Valley Sports you made my experience very delightful. If you need any work done go to valley sports there s a saying, Git-R-Done!!, Believe me Valley Sports does just that and with quality work. Thanks again Valley Sports team.Sidney Smith

HIGHLY recommend for buying new SXS! The negotiation was easy and straight forward, paperwork was super easy, no games or lies like other powersport dealers play! They also went out of there way to have the SXS ready for transport on there day off! Thanks again for guys!

I loved the service and how friendly everyone was. My only problem is I would have bought an F3 to handle with both my wife and I, unfortunately that did not get brought up to us. Sadly, she drives only with our dog, and I ride alone, which makes communication non-existent. best advice is to do all your homework beforehand ride safe.

I have been treated very well here. I purchased 2 different vehicles from Valley powersports,the first a can am motorcycle. Next i traded the can am bike back in and purchased a 2022 can am side by side.i had to wait some time for it but during that time they were quite helpful. I will definitely buy there again. They are great people. They will treat you right.

The service we received was absolutely wonderful. They were super helpful and kind. Travis went above and beyond and even delivered my daughters new quad to us. I give them a 10 /10 and would highly recommend!

I drove from out of state 12 hours to buy a Sea-Doo spark. And I was not one bit disappointed. Their service and pricing were phenomenal and they were able to get everything set up by phone/email. They also had inventory months before other dealers (sea-doo had production issues so orders were longer than usual). I'd consider making the 24 hour round trip again if I were in need of another machine. That's how good they are.

We bought two new Can-Am quads and were treated quite well. Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable and Travis handled all the paperwork with ease. We enjoyed the low pressure sales too.

Sadly leaving Valley Powersports a poor review my parents shopped around at a few different places for their first sxs. They didn t like the feel of many places and really thought the experience there was going to be good and that they weren t going to run into any problems with them. My dad wasn t super knowledgeable on sxs s as he s only ever been a quad and racecar guy. He was really relying and trusting in the guys who work there, his intuition was wrong. They (my parents) ended up buying a can-am that was on consignment Valley Powersports happened to be selling it for one of THEIR employees. They sold them a $20,000 sxs with a bad transmission. When my parents came in to let them know about the transmission they let them know that they couldn t do anything because it was an employees sxs. Maybe mechanically check out the things you put on consignment for your employees as it s a pretty bad look on you as a business when someone is sold a lemon. They will now be spending an additional $3500 on the sxs they ve put less than an hour on (leisure riding to get comfortable.) Valley did offer to look at it and fix it at a cost, of course. Just overall a bad business practice and overall experience. Hopefully no one else runs into this problem with them, as they seemed like pretty stand up guys but they were wrong.

Placed a reservation on a brand new seadoo trixx they advertised just for them to claim the next day that the price was a mistake and that they would not honor their advertised price that I reserved at. Ended up going down to Waterworld in Medford and bought a new Trixx from them at the advertised price.They broke law,ORS�618.236Price misrepresentation prohibited(1)Whenever any commodity or service is sold, offered or exposed for sale, by weight, measure or count, the price shall not be misrepresented, nor shall the price be represented in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or deceive an actual or prospective purchaser.

I purchased a Can Am Defender with a lot of add-ons through Travis and was very happy with my purchase experience. There were a few minor issues that he took care of quickly and satisfactorily.I reached out this past fall to him again to order a set of tracks for my Defender as I wanted to give him my business, even though it is a 5 hour round trip for me to go there. He gave me a great repeat customer discount, which made it worth the trip down.Here lies the problem- they ordered the wrong adapter kit for my machine. It was an oversight on their part and there was no way to know on my part. I was running out of time to install them, so I went to a local independent shop to install. He tears the machine down to start to install and runs into problems. He realizes the parts are incorrect, so I reach out the Valley Powersports to tell them the problem. They agree it was an error and would send me out the right kit but it will take a few weeks. So now I've missed my planned trip to use the machine and have to pay the local shop 2 hours he has into it to put it back together as it was not his fault nor could he have that big of a machine taking up his shop's space for a few weeks.When I reached out to Travis to see how he could rectify the problem his shop made, I suggested I could bring down my machine for the 5 hour round trip and split the costs for his shop to install as I needed the tracks on. He denied any assistance and said since he discounted the price on the tracks, I shouldn't expect anything further from his shop. He said I'd gave to pay his shop full price to install the tracks and they were very busy, so that wouldn't happen for several weeks.This was quite disappointing as I had not expected this type of treatment based on my previous experiences. I am a good customer and don't believe their mistake should have cost me additional money and delays, especially when I even offered a reasonable solution.Unfortunately, this treatment has made it clear that I will no longer do business with them, and I will no longer recommend them like I had been the past few years.He had an opportunity to make their wrong a right and chose against doing what is right.

Our family had bought the Seadoo 230 Wake Pro from them and ordered Spark Brothers and they have been very friendly and informative. They have a solid line up of salesman and technicians who know a lot about what they sell and work on. We are very pleased with their service and will always return to them for anything related to our jet skis.

Wow. What a nice group of people. It was clear from the beginning that John's main focus was that we have the machine that best fit our family.Not sure there is a "salesman's" bone in his body. No pressure, just tons of information and what looks to be a lot of fun for our family. I don't think I could have asked it to go better. Nice to know there are still places out there like this!

Purchased two brand new 2018 850 Renegades Backcountrys from Valley Powersports - bottom line - they gave the best deal out of any dealership in the entire country - We drove from Spokane Wa to pick them up and they (Travis) even came in on a Sunday to help us out. We could not be more pleased with these guys!! They will be first on our list for all future purchases without a doubt!!!

The true indication of the quality of an ATV dealer comes when there are issues to be taken care of. This dealer rates low on my scale. If your machine is in the shop for any length of time it will be up to you to call to get updates, they don't initiate calls. VERY simple and easy to keep their customers informed. Attention to detail was something out of a high school shop class. My machine was returned with a cracked plastic panel, non factory fasteners as well as missing fasteners. I also found a bolt that mounts the transmission to the engine VERY loose. When it came time to make it right they failed again. I was told that they had to check schedule on Monday (I called them on Saturday) and would then come get the machine. I had to contact them later that week. I was VERY unhappy to have to "baby sit" the issues. I bought fasteners and torqued the bolts myself. I would look elsewhere for a dealer. They, like every other dealer, will be great on the machine sales end. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS WEHRE ITS AT!!

What a great experience purchasing my ryker 900 ace, this is a no nonsense dealership, Casey was very helpful and made the whole process very stress free, I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future, if any of you are looking to purchase a can-am product or any other brand they carry I highly recommend this dealership and tell Casey Gary sent you.

Great customer service. Very patient, answered all our questions, and would not help me talk my husband out of anything (dang). Even has test rides at the dunes twice a month. Guess who is going?? Great place

Travis is the man I was in a tight spot and he I was in and out in 20 minutes with a fully functional rebuilt clutch even took parts off his own car thanks bud will definitely be sending people your way!!!
