Update 2.5 weeks later: deleting original post because I cover it in this.Tint looked great to start off with (no ripples, wrinkles, big bubbles, cut pretty well) but there is dust trapped under the tint EVERYWHERE. A little bit here and there is fine and unavoidable, but I m talking large patches like the one in the picture, and scattered across ALL windows (windshield, front, sides, rear). Not acceptable at all for a $500 job (after discount, too).They had my car for a whole week. They didn t have the % tint I wanted initially so re-applied the front windows halfway through the week (Ironically, the best looking windows). Still, a week is plenty of time for ensuring that the windows are clean before applying the tint. And no, it s not headliner dust or a dirty car. It s a new car that had under 400 miles on it when dropped off.I ve tried reaching out to Jose, the gentlemen who installed my tint, several times to see if we can find a resolution (whether that includes new tint or even just a refund at this point), to no avail. I m really bummed out because I liked the guys at the shop and they were very nice and helpful from the start, but it seems that after producing shoddy work, I m left on my own.I hope that Jose and his team see my experience as an opportunity to improve the quality of their work and post-service customer experience.Will be taking my car elsewhere for tint removal and application.

I seriously can not say enough how amazing Jose and Kai are. This is my second car I have brought to them for tint, and both times it has been equally PHENOMENAL. Their pricing is great, I was able to pick the car up in a few hours, and they lifetime warranty their work. Amazing!!! I googled window tinting and reached out to a couple of businesses and they were the only ones to respond. They called me on Friday and I scheduled for today (Thursday). Despite any of the unhappy reviews left, I contacted them and found out that they are under new ownership. As a business owner myself, I know that you ll NEVER be able to please everyone. Most of what I ve read seems to be with the past management. Upon my first visit, I asked for pricing and warranty services. Upon picking my vehicle up it looked AMAZING! All I can say is, give these guys a chance for yourself and develop your own opinions before listening to anyone else s, and remember they are under new management!!!

my experience here was poor. i called monday 9/4. they answered first time, talked to kye, super nice, laid out a pretty good price. i called at least 3-5 times over the next few days. multiple times throughout the day, not back to back. never got an answer. on top of that, you can t leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is full. needless to say i contacted another shop in town, got the same price and am getting tint there. i can t recommend these guys.

They did a full ceramic coat of my vehicle and it came out beautiful. When you touch the paint it is buttery smooth and looks like a complete new paint job. Would highly recommend if you want that new paint look and feel without dropping thousands. i told them when I needed it back and they only took one day to completely transform the paint. These guys are great and always so nice. Did a great job tinting my windows and even picked my car up from work to work on it so I wouldn t have to leave. Reliable, quality product, friendly, and fairly priced. Okay, first of all... the people ( Alex & Ty ) at Darkside Tinting are consummate professionals. So, anyone who claims that they are anything less, does not know them and / or works for ( or is related to ) their competition. Pretty suspicious that they name a specific competitor in their 1 star review. Moving on... We have used Darkside for years & just had our fifth vehicle tinted by them last month ( May 2017 ). It looks great as usual. Very reasonable prices, high quality product, perfect install! What else could you ask for? They have our business for life. Oh, and no, they have never even asked or hinted at wanting any review posted here or elsewhere.

Kai and Jose did a great job! They were professional and patient with us while we asked alot of questions. They answered everything and made suggestions that helped us decide what we wanted. They got us in quickly for our appointment and got the job done in a timely manner. They did a great job and the windows look great! These guys were great. I had them tint one window that had been broken and detail my car inside. They dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. There ended up being a little bit of a goof-up but Ty and Alex completely resolved the issue right away. I'm really satisfied as a customer, largely because of how this was handled. Not to mention, my car looks great! They did a fantastic job and overall I'm really happy with the quality of service I received.
