Have a big problem with my factory head unit, so it's time to replace. Had a great talk with these guys, a fair estimate for a pretty standard install, and they took the time to show me a number of options in a wide price range. So? So far, so good. They're a couple of weeks out on installs, so be prepared. Will let you know after the replacement is done.

Planning an overdue mechanical and audio maintenance job with Car Audio 101 was very pleasurable. Brian is very knowledgeable and resourceful and was able to take my unique needs into consideration and provide me with options along the way.Communication was timely and professional.I am overall very satisfied with both the mechanical, stereo system install and tuning they did on my van. I live in Newport and will definitely be returning for all future automotive work that is above my skill level.

My back septic clogged and Karob got me scheduled right away and did such an excellent job! So professional, courteous and I loved the fact he explained how it happened and gave me instructions on how to prevent it in the future!!! And the cost was considerably less than I had anticipated!! Highly recommend Karob for any RV repairs!!!

This place is exceptional. Brian helped get everything I needed in order to set up my system and even did the cross reference stuff for me to run it all together. Great attitude, even better customer service and perfect knowledge of what he was doing. Solid solid business experience.

We called around to a few mobile mechanics and "24/7 roadside assistance" businesses in the Lincoln City area and never heard anything back from anyone. We just needed someone to replace our serpentine belt. We are so thankful that someone recommended these guys. They not only answered our call but had someone on our car within the hour! Brian & Kevin were very nice, professional, and got our car running again. Thank you!! Truly lifesavers!

My car was shuddering and losing power. These guys quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad ignition coil, and had it fixed by the end of the day. Great service and good value, I'll certainly use them again.

The staff is professional and helpful, they do quality work and they price the work fairly and are overall very knowledgeable about all aspects of both car and RV repair. Great experience every time I have had an issue with my vehicles.

Awesome bunch of guys, really know their stuff! We were in and out of there within an hour with a complete replacement of 8 speakers and a new stereo (our original stock ones had been long overdue for a replacement). MANY choices to choose from and the service reps made our selections known and easy! They even do auto repair and oil changes! Just awesome!

This place is quality. The guys there are super friendly, knowledgeable and the do good honest work for a descent price. I haven't had audio needs but for electrical and maintenance I'm pleased. They have spent many hours on my rigs and have done absolutely everything they could think of to diagnose an issues, they are very thorough and I know they will do what ever it takes, Karob even offered to ride his bike from Portland to bring my rig to the dealer for something only the dealer can do, how's that for customer service! This is my new shop and I'm stoked they're in my town.Oh and they have U-Haul and a ton of accessories for many things auto related in the showroom.

They put up with my boomer questions and took the time out to print estimates for different things. I told them what I was looking for and that I had no idea what I was talking about, and they translated everything into old lady language perfectly. When I went full Karen and changed my mind in the middle of a stereo install and wanted a different set, they happily obliged. Maybe not happily, but they pulled it off. This place was quite a bit more expensive than driving to Best Buy, but worth it since you don t have to deal with the lines, them not having parts, the hidden costs that they don t tell you on the phone (if you can even get through.) So, I will probably be back.

Karob was amazing, scheduled us in a an emergency when we arrived at the RV park and no hot water. Came out and diagnosed the problem, but we were leaving to go home the next day, returning on the following Wednesday. He called when he had the parts for the following week when we arrived again. Changed the check valve whish was shot still no hot water. After trying everything there was just one more issue changing the Kitchen faucet which he tested as leaking between the cold and hot water. Replaced it and now we have hot water. A very unusual problem for a 2021 Winnebago motorhome that we had just purchased. I give credit to him not giving up and fixing the problem even though it took much longer than he or I thought. I wish every city we travel to has a technician who is so reliable, caring and efficient in his diagnosis. No extra parts which were not needed. Would highly recommend him for any issues with a trailer or a motorhome. Permanent residents in the park swear by him. He really earned on a scale from 1-5 a 10! Thank you Karob..

I was looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, professional, diesel mechanic when I met the owner Karob. He has gone out of his way to help help me get my 1999 K3500 Silverado running. He has made numerous phone calls, emails, and texts to find the parts I need. He even found out that the defective part I needed was under warranty.Great job 101 Auto Physicians

I was not going to make a negative reveiw on this shop because of all the negative news we are dealing with daily.After chewing on it for 2 weeks I decided I owed it to other potential customers to make a review.I called to get an estimate and an appointment. They were 1 week out which was fine and they had plenty of speakers in stock and gave me an estimate of $450.I was told to expect a 3 hour job for 6 speakers. This was a simple speaker replacement.My appointment was for 8:30 am and I arrived early from 50 miles away.I had a friend of mine pick me up, played a round of golf had lunch. This is roughly 5 hous later. Before we ate i called for an update and learned they were just starting the job.Since my friend had a long drive i told him I would wait at the shop.I waited at the shop another 3 hours, was told they had needed to put in a more expensive set of speakers, by $100.Not only did they not offer any kind of discount they never offered an apology.I told the shop that recommended them about it and suggested he not put his reputation at risk by doing so.It also cost them the $3000 job i have since had done on my wifes car.Bad way to do business guys.

Electrical problem with truck; no brake lights or cruise control. Rodents had eaten wiring. They diagnosed all problems and had it repaired the same day. Called and even showed me problem before starting work. Great service.

Brian here at car audio 101 is absolutely amazing! I came in here thinking I knew what I needed and he ended up teaching me quite a bit about my sound setup that I didn t know and told me the product I was after wasn t even the product I needed he s a very respectful person to talk to and he showed me all sorts of cool car stereo components and it was all around a greatexperience

What can I say...these guys are great. Took care of me in a very professional manner and explained to me why I was smart not to try it on my own. LOL. I can't contort my body that way to fix the problem anymore! Leave it up to the professionals. I had to replace a turn signal thingy ma jig that was nowhere to be found by me! Thanks guys, you're awesome!

The work was adequate and timely. My big objection is the 500% mark up on parts. I would suggest if you are forded to use there shop that you purchase your own parts.

These guys helped me in a pinch with my alarm system, Kevin was the name of the tech and I didn't get the other guy's name but definitely honest guys that do good work, definitely recommend.

Bad place to do business in my opinion. Have had to retain an attorney to get money returned that they owe me. Court date undetermined @ this time. Will pursue this "till the cows come home". Will let the court decide.

Overall I had a good experience, I'm not to up to date on prices I think the price was fair, but when I first got the truck the previous sterio system looked as though a child had done it, so I know alot of work had to be done to get it taken out and the new one put in correctly.. I got a 6" kenwood touch screen dvd/cd deck and 6 Rockford seekers it looks and sounds great Brian was really helpful and had no problem answering all my girly dumb questions.. looking forward to going back to add subs and amp.

It was my buddies truck they fixed saved him a lot of money by finding an easy fix he already had put a lot of money into the truck and something simple he cannot find very nice people

Brought in my 92 caprice to have a system put in took them hours so they take there time to do it right. The deck i had was apparently a dud and he sold me one for 100$ flat helped me out alot and my system bangs thanks guys

We took our car here and had to wait a month and a half before we can have it back you tell me would that make you happy I'm never coming back here again they charge me $1200 and the problem still existed and again it took a month and a half to get my car back poor service and overpriced as well good luck everyone else
