My car was hit in a hit and run and after finding the driver I had gotten several quotes and super long waiting times and then I stumbled upon Fix Auto. They got me in next day for an estimate, contacted the insurance for me and had me in their shop within 10 days- which everyone else was 2 months out! They text me every step of the way and got me a rental car. Super great experience and wonderful people. Kelsey the estimator was AMAZING!

Did a wonderful job repairing my car's bumper AND made my car look absolutely spotless by the time I picked it up. Super friendly staff with outstanding communications throughout the process. Hands down, it was the best auto shop experience I've ever had.

The repair job looks excellent and handler did a great job of communicating. Just beware it was 2-3 months between, accident, estimate and repair, including over 2 weeks they had my car in their possession for actual repairs.

An absolute 10/10 experience. Our insurance sent us to here after my wife was hit by another vehicle. Their work was excellent, can t even tell there are repaired parts. Then lastly a special shout out to Nick for being so great through the process and ensuring that we understood next steps. Will definitely be coming back if we ever need more body work done.

Excellent work and customer service! Had 2 rear end collision on pick up within 2 weeks of each other. Nick, the estimator, kept me up to date weekly on the progress on my truck. They measured the frame to ensure the structure was sound before preforming the repairs. They used factory parts and matched the paint perfectly. You can t tell where the repair ends and the original body begins. These guys have won me as a return customer for the quality of work, and excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at fix auto clackamas!

My estimator, Joy, was great. Walked and talked me through her initial estimate. She kept me updated on the progress of my vehicles repair. She handled the return of my rental. The car looked great. I appreciate the shop s attention to detail and their promise to FIX it right. They also back their work with a lifetime guarantee. I will definitely use them again in the future if necessary, without hesitation.

I was happy I chose Fix Autobody repair to do the repair on my BMW x6. It came out great like the body damage never happened. I would choose Fix for any future autobody repair if needed. Nick the advisor was great in keeping me updated on the repairs.

Kelsey at Clackamas Fix Auto was greatshe was very informative and has great communication skills. The work, staff, communication, and all around great service was A+. They kept me updated by text on the progress of the repair for a couple dents. You can't even tell it happen. Paint was perfect. They are very thorough. I'm picky and I give them 5 stars which I don't normally do. Highly recommended Service: Body & Trim

To be fair, I tried to give this body shop the benefit of the doubt over many months and two repairs. The first, was a repair to the rear of my truck. When they were done, my tonneau cover had been damaged by them to the point it would no longer close. It took them months, and me basically forcing them to finally replace the entire cover.I am all about second chances, and though this body shop ruined a part on my truck, they eventually did the right thing. So I brought it back about a year later. It took over a month just to get in to have it looked at. Then another six weeks to get it into their shop. Unfortunately the ice storm kept me (and everyone else) from getting our autos there for repair. Once I was able to, they pushed me out over a month. I spoke to a manager and he incredibly rude, calling me ridiculous when I said I would submit a truthful review of my experiences at this shop. I would steer clear of this terrible place. Rude receptionist, even more rude manager, shoddy work that takes forever.

We used Fix Auto Clackamas to repair some body damage on my grandfather s car. We worked with Joy primarily and she was very accommodating and very polite. The initial estimate came in $1000 less than Scotty s Auto Body. When Fix Auto completed the work, the final bill came in $200 under their initial estimate. They finished the work in under a week from when we dropped off the car. Their work looked excellent and my grandfather was very pleased. Our experience was outstanding- I wish all businesses operated like we experienced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair went just fine but I had an issue with some clear coat bubbling. I took it in and the took the part off on the spot and called after a few days ready for it to be put back on. Things happen and do t always go perfectly but how you handle it is what is important and they took care of it.

A lady by the name of Kelsey was assigned to my vehicle and got mad at me for deciding to go with one insurance company (the opposing party who rear ended my vehicle) over the other because one had decided my car was a total loss and I wanted to see if the other could possible decide something different so I would not be out of a vehicle completely(and in debt), as I have a 45 minute commute to work. The insurance companies had not done things in a timely manner and every time she would communicate to me about my car it was clear she just wanted it to be a total loss and be done with it and be a total loss and not have to deal with it anymore. Apparently she also thought it was appropriate to take out her frustration with having to deal with my vehicle by SCREAMING at me on the phone. Super rude and not professional and felt like this whole situation would have been dealt with appropriately if I would have taken it somewhere else. It s not acceptable to take up a nasty attitude with a customer who was just in an accident and chose your company when they re in need of help. Horrible experience if I could go back I would have 10000% chose somewhere else. Will not be recommending this place to my friends and family. Still not okay with how I was screamed at/verbally abused and feel cheated.Service: Body & Trim

An easy and professional experience. They were on time with the drop off and pick up dates. They kept me thoroughly informed with text every couple days. Took my car in for a repair after an accident, I was able to drop it off the day of my appointment and then took a week to fix the damages. They called the rental car company pick me up.
