Factory Wheel Outlet and Jim were fantastic to work with. They returned my 20-plus-year-old Buddy Club P1s from Japan to new condition! We even painted the color to match my 98 Civic Type R. They will remove your old tires and balance your new tires, which was a huge plus and time saver, new valves and all! I'm thrilled to have been referred here by a friend, and I will return and recommend them to my friends needing wheel repair! Thanks again!

I bought these wheels off of someone who was trying to restore them from looking like hot garbage and I ended up landing at Factory Wheel Outlet to have them restore these wheels and holy cow! They took these wheels which were bent! Curbed! Broken! And all around just looking like a steaming pile of dump to looking brand spanking new. I am more than satisfied with the repair they did for these wheels! On top of that, the turn around for these wheels was mind blowing, it only took a little less than a week from drop off to have these wheels restored and ready for pickup! If I ever need this kind of service again in the future I know exactly who to go with!

Driving in recent Ice storm hit frozen piece of steel on I-405 in Portland over MLK weekend. bent alloy rim on Volvo V60, sent pic to other wheel shop and they said they could not fix it. New wheel from dealer was $750.00. Called Jim at Factory Wheel Outlet and he said bring it in we'll fix it if we can, and no charge if it doesn't work. He fit me in on a super busy holiday when 3 of his staff could not make it in due to ice storm. Wheel fixed, fair price, honest dude. Side note: took car in to Les Schwab after fix to get alignment and all wheels checked, told them about FWO and they said, "oh yeah, if Jim fixed it then it is good, he is the expert, we send all of our wheel repairs to him." nuf said.

I had my wheels on my BMW refinished after some curb rash and found out they were also bent. The team at Factory Wheel Outlet were able to straighten my wheels and paint them the original factory color and they look as if the car came off the show room floor! I also had them do a color change on my Porsche wheels and the transformation was fantastic. Incredible work, awesome communication, and incredibly fair pricing!

Wheels look great and brand new! After 12 years they had some decent curb rash, and the paint was starting to flake off. I like the look of my OEM wheels and decided to get them repaired. They even mounted and balanced my new tires. Super happy with the results.

Les Schwab quoted me over 400 dollars to replace a slightly bent rim. I was told by a nice Les Schwab employee that I might not have to replace it, there were options to get the same bent rim repaired but Les Schwab doesn't offer that option. For fixing the rim, Factory Wheel Outlet quoted me less than half the price of a rim replacement. They were able to fit me in same day to fix it, and it only took about 1.5 hours (Starbucks a few blocks away you can walk to while you wait!). Really nice owner, extremely quick service, perfect job on my rim and my car is back to driving perfectly for so much less than I would have spent replacing the rim. Grateful and totally recommend! :)

I was extremely pleased with the service and work. I needed a wheel repaired. FWO got me in and done in 24 hrs. My car now drives better than ever. Service was great. The work done was amazing, and the price was far less than I expected. I highly recommend FWO!!

I was super stoked when Jim told me they would be able to fix my bent and scratched up wheel. They took my wheel and had it back to me in 4 days. I'm so impressed it looks brand new and was $200 cheaper than buying a new one. Thank you Factory Wheel Outlet!!!

Above and beyond customer service! Jim has been great to work with!The stock rims on my Audi Q7 were all scratched up & looked absolutely terrible! A friend referred me to Factory Wheel Outlet to have them refinished, which I didn't even know was a thing... and now they look not only brand new, but custom, as I had them coated in matte black!

Incredible job by factory wheel outlet. Not only did they fix the very damaged part of the wheel from a pothole blowout but they also went back and redid the sloppy curb rash repair previously done by a dealer. The 10 yo wheel legitimately looks brand new now.

I don't typically do reviews but I think these guys deserve a shout-out!! I've had two sets of wheels redone and they look amazing and brand new. Work was completed in about a week. If you need your wheels worked on this is the place!

Great work for a great price. They fixed some pretty bad curb rash and blacked out my rims. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done on their rims.

We had the wheels painted matte black on our Cayenne. Jim understood what we were wanting. He had good communication and flexible prompt timing with getting the car in and the completion. We are happy with the results!

If i could give them 10 stars i would.. They recently finished rebuilding my 2001 SAAB or "SAAB STORY" as it came to be known.. A 01 Saab 9-5 turbo v6, A nightmare of a job that no other shop in town wanted anything to do with, They took on my 5 year headache and had it back to me in no at all!! Highly recommend everyone that needs a high quality mechanic shop in their corner to check these guys out

Took my VW wheels here to get refinished! My paint was faded and I had curb rash on pretty much every one. It did take them awhile and unfortunately I missed a car show, but Jim gave me a good deal for the wait and delivered them! The wheels look like new again and very happy with the way they came out! Great people Great Service! Would Highly Recommend!

Skip's never fails to deliver top-quality service. I've been having them mount tires on my various sets of 20" wheels since 2012 which most places in town either can't do, or can't do without damaging the wheels. I know I'll always get a flawless job done by them. Just picked up another 2 sets today that they did for me! I will always keep going back.He also does absolutely beautiful restoration jobs on wheels, I had a set of BBS 3-piece wheels back in 2000 that he had refinished right when a friend sold them to me and they looked brand new.

Great place and do a fantastic job. I bought some used wheels and tires for my SL about 6 months ago. Since then I have been thru 3 sets of new tires and still the vibration continues. They found that the LF wheel was bent from a pot hole and the LR was less bent and fixed them both. The RR was ok and probably the RF but Les Schwab cross threaded a lug nut and now I am waiting for a new hub from Germany. I suspect that the remaining vibration is from the out of round tire that I got from Schwab, I will address that issue after the wheel is checked in 7-10 days.

Like Ford use to say, "Quality is job 1#". Jim and his crew were very helpful and hands on. Needed a replacement rim for my Jeep, they ordered one, saved me lots of cash, and even installed it for less. Great job...

They fixed my 26 in wheels now it doesn't leak looks good. No one wanted to even try they all said "Can't be fixed" FWO said we can fix it and they did. Thank you. Now we know who knows what there doing and who doesn't.

Jim's helped me out on a few occasions, straightened bent wheels and machining and clear coating some faces for 3-piece wheels. He's always been good and transparent to work with, plus fair prices. Would recommend!
