This was the second time we ve toured with Sasquatch Shuttle and had the pleasure of being guided by Keenan. He s a wealth of knowledge on the history of the falls, and gave us some amazing food recommendations. He s so friendly and personable, he even got my super shy kiddo talking and smiling by the end of our tour. It s just about 2 hours long and you re guaranteed to see several waterfalls, as well as the Vista House. Also, be sure to take advantage of the private (easier) path to visit the Bridal Veil falls from the parking lot. It s most definitely worth the short hike!

After much family debate about how best to see the Columbia River Gorge and its waterfalls, we decided to take the Sasquatch Shuttle Tour. This was 100% the best way to do it! We were on the 8:30 bus - the only group at that hour. Everyone was very friendly. Keenan, our driver, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and all of the falls/viewpoints we stopped at. The trip was a bit over two hours, and ended at Multnomah Falls. After eating at the restaurant there, seeing the falls, and hiking, we were able to catch Sasquatch's express shuttle back to the parking lot. It was our favorite day out of our week touring OR/WA!

This is such a wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Keenan, is very knowledgeable about all the falls and the gorge history. His Dog Kona, was helpful as well. If you don t take this tour you are missing out. No parking hazels, little or no walking. Lots of fun!!!!

It's a great way to see all six falls. You don't have to worry about day passes and parking which is a huge relief! Very dog friendly. Keenan is a hoot

Amazing service. Super PET FRIENDLY. They went above and beyond by picking us up even after their scheduled time (we did not know they ran until 5 pm) and they even waited for us to see the Bridle Veil waterfall which is right by the parking lot!

It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it, especially if you're new to the area. It is only $10 per person and $5 for parking. It is located right off the highway 84. They had signs out front so it was very easy to spot. You can pay when you get there. It runs between 8am to 6pm. The bus drives by approx. every 25 to 30 minutes. There was amazing views. It was definitely worth it :)

We have done the Historic Highway on our own, but this year we did it with Sasquatch Shuttle. It was so much more enjoyable, relaxing, and felt so much safer! We will use them every time. It was so nice not to worry about parking. The shuttle drops you off and waits while you enjoy each site! Amazing! Kevin was great! Thank you!

Just took the Waterfall Loop Tour with Sasquatch Shuttle and had a great time! It was exactly the experience I was hoping for - friendly, knowledgeable drivers and a chance to see all the best, most beautiful falls without having to worry about parking, navigating tight switchback, or running out of gas. We didn't see any Bigfoot, but it felt good knowing that my chances of becoming a Missing 411 case were almost nonexistent with the excellent folks of the Sasquatch Shuttle!

We enjoyed our drive around the falls with Sasquatch. Aiden was so helpful and so glad he suggested the wahkeena falls. Do not miss.

We had a amazing time! Keenan was very professional and knowledgeable about the waterfalls and the history. This was our highlight of the day! He was patient with our group. Loved Kona the German Shepherd! I would definitely go back! This is the way to go to see all the waterfalls without having to drive and find parking spot.

We loved the ease and convenience of the Sasquatch shuttle! Our driver, Kelly, was so helpful and gave us all the tips and tricks to help our hiking trips. He was very entertaining and a SRV fan so... he obviously had good taste! I'd definitely use Sasquatch Shuttle again and would definitely want Kelly as my driver.

Excellent! Easy to find, ample parking that is safe and secured, and we were greeted upon arrival. Our shuttle drive Keenan Hardy was very likeable and knowledgeable. Felt like a private tour. He dropped off for 15 minutes at the smaller falls, that's all the time we needed, but you can stay longer if you want. Multnomah took awhile and the Shuttle was waiting for us when we were ready to return to the parking lot. There's easy access to Bridalveil Falls from their parking lot. The area was super crowded and the shuttle made everything easier.

We had a great experience with Sasquatch Shuttle. Our driver and the fabulous man with the beard who greeted us upon entering were both so friendly and made the experience fun. After driving over 1000 miles seeing different sites from Washington through Oregon it was a much needed stress reliever for me. It was nice to be chauffeured to the falls and picked up when I was ready. Bonus was the quick access to Bridal Veil Falls at the back of the parking lot. We went on a Tuesday at the end of May and it was fairly crowded and parking looked tight. If you are going any later in the summer I would definitely use the shuttle and save yourself the time and energy of trying to park. Easy access back onto I 84 as well.

Disappointed with the customer service. We emailed them over the 4th of July week concerned whether our dog would get on bus, they reassured that they had no issues. The next day, the bus was leaving earlier than expected and our dog was terrified about getting on the bus. The attendant felt bad and said she was requesting that we get a refund. We waited a few weeks and no refund. We emailed to check status and no response. There were no other options provided, no return credit, etc. no offer to wait for the next bus until we wrote this review two weeks later. We gave plenty of opportunity for customer service at the time this happened and now we cannot use the credit offered today 7/19, since we are tourists from another state. On July 4th this bus had 4 other passengers so there was no need to prepay or take off early. We ended up finding parking at the falls before Multnomah at Wahkeena Falls, and did an easy hike following the street with our dog.

The ONLY way to explore the area. Amazing from start to finish. Was so nice to relax and enjoy the day rather than dealing with the stressful parking situation. Plus, they have the best view of Bridal Veil from their lot. Loved that they easily accommodated our RV.

My friends & I came to do a hike at Oneonta gorge and had no idea there were permits/highway restrictions in place. We did a quick U-turn and found Sasquatch Shuttle. Only expecting a quick ride to our trail head, we hopped on the bus and were met with the nicest, most knowledgeable, and happiest driver ever! We ended up seeing multiple waterfalls and locations along the way & he gave us some great info on the surrounding area/hikes/waterfalls for the future.Everyone in the operation - drivers & parking attendants - were some of the happiest people we've met & truly loved the area. I don't think it's possible to be unhappy around them and you definitely won't leave without learning something about the area or getting some great recommendations for food/hikes!

We were very disappointed with the shuttle service. The posted time for pick up is 5pm of which the driver reminded us of when we got off the shuttle. We arrived back at the pick up location at 4:55pm and the shuttle had just left. There is no way to communicate with the shuttle service, and we had no idea if they were planning to come back for us. The walk back to the parking lot is about 3 miles or 5km, and it was 98F or 36.6C out. When we expressed being upset, they claimed there was nothing they could do since we rode the shuttle there. I believe they could 1, leave at the posted time. 2, have a way to communicate between point a and b. 3, refund you for half if they leave you stranded so you only take the shuttle one way.Luckily the trolley driver (direct competitor) was nice enough to drive us back! If debating between the two, go for the trolley!

On August 7, a group of us senior citizens arrived at Multnomah Falls, intending to visit the falls and do a short hike at Wahkeena Falls. The trail between Multnomah and Wahkeena Falls was more rugged than we expected. One of our party, a 75-year-old-gentleman is a stroke survivor and also has a significant case of peripheral neuropathy, so his feet are numb and walking on an uneven surface is challenging. A fall would be treacherous, especially on that trail with a sharp drop off on one side.About 3:00 PM, he decided it would be safer for him to walk back along the road. The road is narrow, but it would be less dangerous for him than walking the trail. I decided to accompany him. We did not notice the signs warning that pedestrians were not allowed until we were about halfway back to Multnomah Falls.Shortly after that, a Sasquatch Shuttle, also heading towards Multnomah Falls, stopped and the male driver shouted at us that we were not supposed to be there and if a state policeman saw us, he would ticket us. We thought he was going to offer a ride, but apparently his only intention was to yell at us. My friend tried to explain his concerns about returning on the trail and that we had only just noticed the warning signs. The driver yelled that we had to have seen the signs, yelled a little more, and then took off.Since we were more than half way back, and there were no other options, we continued. We were nearing the parking lot when we saw the Sasquatch Shuttle driver driving back towards us. When he was a few yards away, he pulled closer to the concrete barricades and stopped. There was no place for us to exit the roadway at that point, so we continued walking through the narrow opening between the barriers and the shuttle. When we were about a third of the way, the driver started rolling. The opening was so narrow that my hiking poles were bumping the shuttle.Stopping to yell at us instead of offering help was bad enough, but the dangerous stunt of trapping us against the barricades was criminal. Harassing anyone is unacceptable, but harassing elderly tourists is especially so. Why this driver would act like this is beyond me, but he obviously needs some counseling and employment in some position that doesn t threaten public safety.

Great, friendly service and the kids loved the ride. So much nicer than everyone fighting over parking spaces. The shuttle drivers told us about waterfalls all over Oregon, including Bridal Veil Falls (which is now a favorite). The person in the lot was friendly and helpful as well.We explored Wahkeena Falls and Fairy Falls on this trip and thought they were both incredibly beautiful. After returning to the lot we explored Bridal Veil and loved the Fall, massive rocks and forest.

Awesome! We did the full tour and the driver was great. Stops at all the easily accessible waterfalls for a short photo opertuniity but you can stay for longer and catch a returning trip. The old school bus seats are a little tight, but it's fun to hear the driver talk about the area while negotiating the tight roadway. Great views all around. If you get a chance do this! Great fun.

Knox & crew were very helpful, friendly and had lots of great advice. They took good care of us on our hiking anniversary trip. Our car with our travel suitcases were also looked after in the parking lot while we hiked the amazing falls! Very happy and have photos and memories to last a lifetime! Cheers & thanks much, we ll be back!!!

I had a great time and would absolutely recommend! The price for the shuttle was a steal in exchange for a fun bus ride with Keenan, seeing the gorgeous falls and surrounding area, knowing my car was safe, and not having to worry about a time permit. I had no idea what I was doing, and I just showed up, and they took care of me.

We did this shuttle tour in mid-September and had a great experience! Our guide Keenan had an incedible amount of knowledge and was very charismatic. We had plenty of time to take photos, get snacks, and visit the gift shop at Multnomah Falls. The other waterfalls were a bonus, including the hidden waterfall near the parking lot on their land. Stress free, affordable, and I would recommend this company to anybody. Well worth not fighting for the limited parking near the falls.

Knox, Keenan, (sorry if I slaughtered the spelling) and the lovely lady that we interacted with were phenomenal! Perfectly timed service got us everywhere we wanted to be in the appropriate time frame. They were personable, friendly, helpful, informational and provided excellent customer service. And bridal veil falls is basically in their parking lot! You can't go wrong here. I highly recommend!
