Wade Bryant's Auto Repair was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were road tripping in our van when we needed some auto repair. They were very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with service and were willing to make time for us on short notice.

I cant say enough good things about Wade Bryant's auto repair! They totally saved our vacation when our radiator gave out and we only had a few days to get it fixed. They were fantastic and if we lived in Bend we would definitely take our Jeep there for regular service!

The mechanics and techs seem highly competent and the front office is knowledgeable and friendly. I take both personal and work vehicles to this shop with no complaints in our experiences. They've been on time and also send both diagnostic/estimate, request for approval and summary texts. It's pretty nice to see pictures, notes from the techs, and work done all in a compact text link. We'll done.

My CT Axel snapped on a very snowy day, but even with awful weather delays and other customers these guys had diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and had it ready for me in 48 hours!! They gave me results of their complimentary inspection, but didn t push for me to get any of the extra work done unless I wanted to. Great service. I appreciate y all s work!!

Pretty big job for my ol truck ( timing chain, oil pump) They stayed on budget and communicated well with me on what was happening and finish date. I've had them work on different rigs thru out my life, not sure why I stopped going to them for all automotive needs, but I will be back. Nice work Wades

This is the first place that I have taken my vehicle that they take pictures of what is wrong with the vehicle, and sent in a message so you can see what needs to be fixed. I went in for an alignment, which turned out pretty well for a 20 year old vehicle that had not had that done before.So in the complimentary inspection, it was shown what steps I need to take to fix next.Thanks you all, will be calling soon for the 1st repair!

One star because they are a business.One year later and still repairing the damage caused by this shop. Cheap, generic parts, old, broken, reused nuts and bolts, stripped out threads...my truck will never be the same. Avoid this shop at all costs.

2016 f150 Eco boost needed the exhaust manifold replaced. Way too much of a job for me to tackle on my own devices .... The whole process from start to finish was way better than I could have hoped for. Christian at the front desk took care of me and kept me in the know as the truck went through the process. He was VERY knowledgeable and answered all questions without doubt.While the cost of the repair was pricey I am happy to know it was fixed in about two days. I didn't ever feel like i was being taken advantage of regarding price nor did I feel like the shop was incapable of repairing.Highly recommend the team over at Wade Bryant's. Wade Bryant s was great. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome and reassured. Very clean place. The prices were better than other quotes I got in town. They had the work done quickly and they guarantee their work for two years. The team here is amazing. We were in Bend for the holidays and our truck battery/alternator died as soon as we arrived. When other local shops were too booked out to even look at it or didn t care about our situation, Wade Bryant s team was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to squeeze us in and got our truck fixed in time before our long drive home. Harley was very knowledgeable and professional all the way through the large job they performed on my truck. She gave me daily updates and went above and beyond to build my trust in their shop. After having a horrible experience at Performance Authority that was not an easy task for her but she was AWESOME!!! They got me in quickly to inspect and assess damage to my Jeep after an unfortunate incident on icy roads. They listened to and addressed my concerns promptly and texted me a thorough inspection report. Repairs were done well and in a timely manner. Will definitely return for regular maintenance. I was fortunate to be directed there by a transmission shop. Great service and easy to communicate with. Great service. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were traveling on our way to Arizona when our A/C failed. They got us in on short notice, fixed our problem and got us back on our way. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and polite. Our alternator went out when we came up for our holiday vacation. We ended up having our truck towed to the local dealership at first. It sat at the lot for 3 working days without them looking at the truck to diagnose the problem and order parts. We called Wade Bryant Auto Repair services and told them about our issue. They said they would help get us back on the road even though their schedule was completely booked out. Within 3 days they got our repair done and back on the road!

This shop doesn t seem to know what they re doing, and they admitted they don t know what the problem is even after we paid well over $1000+ for repairs. We had to bring our car back in for a repeating issue from the first appointment and they were no help at all. It took a week for them to perform a simple parasitic draw test and to then call us saying they don t know. Go somewhere else where they re actually willing to help solve and fix the problem and not just charge you and send you on your way.

They have night drop off available, which is nice, they empty my freon and let me know how low it was
