Needed an alignment and install of rear camber arms on my beloved Honda Element. Went to a couple of other shops in town and got blank stares. Three Peaks was very confident they could do the job, and they DID at a very reasonable price !!!

Can't recommend this shop enough! The team here is exceptional - always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. They have been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to handling several warranty repairs on my car. Every time I bring my car in, they take great care of it, making drop-off and pick-up an absolute breeze.This shop is the place to go! Their staff is not only skilled but also genuinely great people. So, I've been to three peeks auto service a few times. And I'll say I'm never disappointed with their service. Quick efficient, and local and family owned. I don't know about you, but I love local family business, especially if they are friendly, professional, and fair. I deffenetly recommend going to them for your auto repairs. They made Quick work, figuring out my Jeeps' electrical issue and it's and old jeep hard to find parts for it sometimes.

The best service ever! While traveling from out of state, our AC went out in our '02 Tahoe in 90�weather. They were able to take it in the next day, order parts, and have it ready to go the following day! Accommodating, friendly and went the extra mile to us up and cooled off.

Very honest folks. Found a less expensive option from what they initially quoted. Excellent work and got me in and out quickly. Recommendations for work needing done were right on target. Shop discriminates. They thought I was homeless and wouldn't work on my van citing non existing laws to justify their discriminatory decisions. Had to start it again to move it after dropping it with them which damaged the engine. I was willing to wait the 2 weeks they were booked out but they wouldn't work on it because they discriminate.

If you want it done right, go to Three Peaks. Their techs are experienced with newer cars, and more important, classics from the 80's and 90's. While passing though Bend, our two-week-old air conditioning fix broke down. The air conditioning was on warranty so we had a few shops that we could take it to to be fixed. We feel fortunate that Three Peaks could get us in immediately, as other places had a week-long wait. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Our air now feels colder than ever! Thank you, Three Peaks Auto! Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience with Three Peaks Auto. I like to do my own mechanics work, when possible and if not, I am particular about the shop. I recently had the timing belt on my v8 4runner done by them, and new struts plus lifting springs. They did an excellent job, and have a clean shop. Great prices, and a fast turn around too!

Every other shop quoted me at least a month out for a transmission fluid change but they got me in within a few days. Dropped my car off on my way to work and it was done before lunch. Will come back for any other needs in the future, great experience.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Newly returned to Bend -- My beloved 2005 Chevy Avalanche was acting up which is significant because it has a new engine and transmission replaced in ND this past year. 3 Peaks did my rear brakes on my request- they could have done the front and charged me double and I wouldn't have known the difference- they didn't do that. The hesitation I started to experience was initially thought to be a vacuum issue with the brake booster pump. 3 Peaks ordered the part and then called me to tell me it could not have been the booster (again, they could have replaced it and I wouldn't have known the difference) and that a lengthy test drive with the computer attached showed that the mechanics that had replaced my engine in ND were not the "honest professionals" i thought they were. There were mismatched spark plug wires, missing heat shields, cracked wires and the wrong spark plugs had been installed when the engine was replaced! It took a 1500 mile trip pulling a UHaul trailer to make the issues "symptomatic". Three Peaks kept me informed throughout the repair process, fixed and replaced the components causing the issues and my Avalanche runs better than it ever has because of their professionalism, expertise, persistence and client-centric approach. Above all, they were presented with a few opportunities to rip me off for alot of money and they did not. They now have a customer (customers!) for life, a strong advocate of their business and talents for life and my respect and gratitude for their mechanical skills, their honesty, integrity and service oriented approach. I strongly endorse and recommend them!

Paul and his staff at Three Peaks Auto have provided excellent service at a reasonable price many times.The staff is accommodating, communicative, friendly and I have never been disappointed in the work performed. When recently referring a friend in need of a mechanic for several issues, it was with confidence that I pointed them toward Three Peaks.

I moved here this last yr.. I was recommended Three Peaks Auto Service.. let me tell you about efficiency! We took it for a drive.. we were in the truck only a couple mins.. Paul knew exactly what it needed.. we have been back 3 different times for different issues.. Paul is fabulous! He is fair.. honest.. all in all.. a great mechanic. I trust him completely! Thank you..I know we will be back..

Three peaks is amazing. We use them for all of our personal vehicles as well as our company fleet. We are always able to get in quickly and get whatever issue has arisen figured out and be back up and rollin without breaking the bank. Paul, Jacy and Brody are the absolute best!

They came to our rescue when our truck alternator failed. Got us in right away because we were pulling a 5th wheel trailer that was our home away from home. They quickly analysed and effectively repaired our truck. Polite and efficient, too.

Were not upfront with me. Payed for labor on a diagnosis that was not explained would cost money. Nowhere on the website or in person or on the phone was I told that this simple diagnosis would be charged. I do not mind paying workers for their hard work. Thats bot the issue. But payment should not be expected of me if no paperwork or verbal contract was outlined.Thank you three peaks for the diagnosis. Just make it more clear next time.

They were kind and honest, everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. If I'm being honest I don't know alot about cars but they explained it well and got me back on the road. Very professional. I would recommend to anyone who needs their car worked on. I won't go anywhere else.

Wow, truly amazed at the way Three Peaks saved us from near disaster when we were leaving to return to Seattle. Our transmission was shot, misfiring terribly and we were worried we wouldn't make it home. They managed to work us in and solve the problem in less than two hours. Amazing, thank you so much!!
