I recently purchased a 2016 wrangler from Thomason Auto of Bend. Sarahi was a pleasure to work with and the new manager, Joe, went out of his way to submit dmv paperwork for my Veterans plates. I will definitely be looking at Thomason Auto first for any future automobile purchases and will recommend them to friends and family. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. At the time of purchase my transportation was limited and thus I could not make it into the dealership as soon as I would have liked to but they assured me the Jeep would be held for me as I had already passed all the financial approvals. They even transported the vehicle from the Redmond location to the Bend location so I wouldn t have to drive as far (coming from La Pine area). Sarahi filled up the gas tank for me after the deal was closed which I greatly appreciated as she was in no way obligated to do so. Big thanks to the entire team at Thomason Auto Group Bend.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. As a first time buyer I was sold a lemon. I am really disappointed with their customer service. Everyone was really nice when I bought my car and we re very helpful. Unfortunately, the day after I bought a car from here it didn t start. Only to come back to hear they can t do anything about them selling me a car that I m suggested to not drive. I tried 3 different time to get a different car only for them to sell every single one out from under me after already getting approved and told the car was mine.(they were supposed to be here the next morning from Salem) I wouldn t suggest anyone to buy a car from here speaking I am sadly not the only person this has happened to. I even talked to the owner he wasn t help either. Definitely goes to show my car has had problems since I ve gotten it if I ve put 10,000 miles on it in 2 years. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere :)

Awesome service and friendly staff. Derik was a big help with getting me into a vehicle I was comfortable being in. I approached a few other dealerships and wasn t able to get a Toyota Tacoma for another few months to a year. Thanks to Thomason Auto and most especially Derik , I was able to get my truck the very same day I walked into their door and to top it off they even offered to fill the gas tank up after sealing the deal. Keep up the awesome work guys and I appreciate all the help you guys provided.

I took my mom here on a recommendation from a friend. Very good customer service! Derik was super helpful. Even though they didn t have anything on the lot that fit her needs that day they called her the next week with more options. She found a great car and he made it a pleasant and stress free experience. Will definitely come here when I m ready to get my next car!

Horrible frauds!!! My wife just had a heart transplant and I traded in a running vehicle for a multithousand dollar lawn ornament!! After only three months of ownership their "guaranteed to be reliable" used brick, has already cost me 4k in further repairs. My wife living in another state, functional single dad raising three girls alone, and having to drive not just to work but between states. They sell me a car that only takes up driveway space!Thomason lies and steals your money and your running car!! Stay Away!! They have not one care of helping you. Only taking you for all they can.They knew it was a bad car because they kept trying to sell me insurance. Even whent so far as to lower the payments (stretching out the life of the loan), just to put the insurance I denied multiple times on the car. Just so he could sleep that night I'm sure. Please take this warning!! They are frauds and liars. With zero regard for your family or your peace of mind.

I have nothing but good to say about this place, they worked with me with just starting my credit and found me a car that I love.The girl that works there sarahi is super sweet and helpful and explained everything to me, I didn t know anything about buying a car.Also mark was super helpful as well, and he put some work into finding me a car that I would get approved for. He didn t give up which was really nice of him to do so.I would recommend this place to anyone.

They had excellent customer service and full transparency. They were the only car dealer that worked with my financing, through NeighborImpact's IDA program. They even gave me an extra discount because of it. The car I bought is still great for my family and we are very thankful. Thank you Thomason Auto!

Said car was inspected and I had 2nd inspection done at Toyota dealer few blocks away. Now they say both the person who was selling me the car and the person who inspected the car don't work there any more. I gave deposit on false documents and verbal that the car did not have a leak. 2013 Lexus RX 450h

I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Thomason Auto in Bend and it was such a painless experience! Sarahi was super sweet and helped me find the car my family needed. Thomason was my first stop on what I expected to be a long weekend of car shopping, and was pleasantly surprised that I found my new car so quickly. Not only was the selection good, I had a variety of options in my price range. We worked with Victor, and in a matter of hours I was driving my new car off the lot. He was informative without being pushy and helped me get in to the car I really wanted! I would definitely recommend checking out Thomason if you re in the market for a new car. Thanks guys!

What's not to say that is only but good things that comes from the Thomason of Bend. This location far exceeded my expectations of what customer service is actually all about. I had an unfortunate deal at the Redmond location and Victor and his team were there to help me pick up the pieces and traded my already bought car into my dream car. They were patient, kind, professional, courteous, but most importantly they were compassionate. They are the kind of people you want selling or financing a car to you and your loved ones. Even their mechanics they use for their vehicles over at Elite Fleet Auto, nothing but good things to say about them. Good, honest people! I will continue to go through this Bend location. They have helped me get a car that is safe and reliable for myself and my family, and I cannot stress enough to buyers out there, that from what I dealt with over in Redmond, you won't be disappointed with Victor and his team. Absolutely, 100% a satisfied customer. Thank you Victor!

Stay clear from these guys...bought a corvette online told me car was like everything worked got it him and has tons of electrical issues...not to mention after I paid for it they tried to sell it to someone else .. these guys are shady people ..stay awayFirst off was 30 days and u were full aware of why..and ifthe body was damaged that's one thing ..its electrical the transport company is not going to cause this ..I have several messages from Marc that car was perfect ..everything worked as it should...u just blame transport.. bullshut..I called u immediately when I got car of issues . I will take mu info I have and let course decide ..and this was a corvette that was supose to have 18k actual miles

We ve bought 3 vehicles from Thomason in Bend, and accompanied my sister when she bought hers. I couldn t be more impressed with the help and professionalism our sales rep Derik had with us. He made sure we got the best deal possible and let us know when he found it, as well as treating you like a person and not a paycheck. We will always buy our rigs there whenever it s time to shop thanks to his, and Thomason Auto s outstanding way of conducting business. Highly recommend.

PLEASE READ!!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!I visited Thompson Autos to purchase a Nissan 370Z listed for $17,000. After test-driving and loving the car, I was told that $500 would be my maximum down payment, only to be later informed that the bank required $1,000. Thompson Autos then offered to loan me $500 for the down payment, with Derek, the salesman, explicitly instructing me to keep this loan secret from the bank. After finalizing the deal at $23,000, including "dealership fees," Derek revealed a traction control issue with the car and suggested some cosmetic changes. Within a few days of driving, I became increasingly dissatisfied with the car's condition, noticing problems with tires and speaker covers and feeling ripped off by paying $5,000 over the listed price. I attempted to renegotiate with Derek, only to be reminded that I had already signed the papers. Derek then requested more personal information, related to my seasonal landscaping job. I refused, emphasizing that I already owned the car.The crucial point came when I remembered the $500 loan and asked Derek for a document proving it. This led to a call from Victor, the manager, who denied any such loan. After I sent him evidence, Victor admitted to the loan but refused to cancel the deal, fearing it would harm the dealership's relationship with MidOregon Credit Union. Instead, he offered to get me a different car. My review of the contract revealed that Thompson Autos still owned it and had not yet sold it to MidOregon Credit Union. This revelation added to the layers of unscrupulous behavior by Thompson Autos, who first offered and later denied a down payment loan, only to admit it after confronted with evidence, and then ultimately destroyed the contract itself. The entire car-buying experience, marred by hidden fees, undisclosed mechanical issues, and questionable practices surrounding the $500 down payment loan, culminated in the abrupt and astonishing destruction of the contract. I was left feeling not only ripped off but outright betrayed by a dealership that seemed to operate without integrity or accountability.

Derrick is awesome!! He went above and beyond to get us into a new car. The credit situation was not great, and it took some time to find something for us that was manageable, but he did not give up! Great guy, real personable and easy to talk to. Thank you guys so much! Recommend for anybody in Bend needing a car. :)

They were wonderful,Derik was great and easy to work with. Thank you so much!Update, After the key fob was replaced, we had the car one month and the check engine light went off, yep we bought the car with a blown head gasket which we were not able to check due to the broken key fob. It spent two months being repaired, thank goodness for extended warranty. Still had to 1500.00 at Christmas time. Be very careful when/if you buy from them.

I m 100% new to buying a car, but my salesman Derik broke it down and made everything easy to understand, he was professional, friendly, courteous, and he seems like the kind of guy to give you the clothes off his back, there was no stress and no pushy salesman act. The office was a comfortable and inviting space, and everyone was just so amazing! I m so happy that I chose Thomason auto for my first car buying experience and I will gladly do so again in the future! Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

I am a 4 time return customer and have referred 2 other people to purchase a vehicle at either the Bend or Redmond location. My first 2 experiences were amazing a few years ago. With that being said the vehicle I purchased 9 mo ago had issues and it was very hard to get clear communication with the office and get calls back. It took nearly 6 mo to make a repair to the vehicle. I recently was in an accident and that vehicle was totaled. I figured I would give it one more shot to make things right and give them the benefit of the doubt. I went to the lot and spoke with someone after having an entire conversation on the phone regarding the loss of my car and what I needed and where I was with finances and was told to "come on down" "will be able to work you into something". When I got to the lot the person didnt remember hardly any of our conversation and after going through everything again didnt have any answers for me. He said he would run everything and get back to me since I would be in the area running errands for the afternoon. Needless to say 3 days later I never received a call back, and have since purchased another vehicle somewhere else with not hassle and great customer service.

Worst car dealer (gypo) in Central OR. They will keep you there for hours, haggling, then they say "come back tomorrow and sleep on your potential decision", then after about 4 hrs of haggling, because of their very difficult ways of doing things they act like they don't want you to come back because of their over priced vehicles. Eric and Bryan is who I'm talking about. Warning, DO NOT SIGN ONE PIECE OF PAPER, until the deal is done IF you get that far.I went down the street to a REAL dealer and purchased a newer same car for a better price and was a seamless one hour transition.

My sister recently purchased a car from here. And I must say the experience was by far the best we ve ever had! Victor Tapia made sure to take real good care of her and made the purchase of the vehicle a breeze! No BS nor any hidden things A lot of these other dealers can learn a thing or two from Victor & Thomason and the way they do business! We will definitely keep buying from them in the future.

If your reading reviews and wondering if you should get a car from Thomason, let this review be your push to do it! This company and the workers there are amazing! It s really in there best interest to give and show good business. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a bigger vehicle for snow and room for a baby. We had been in once and worked with Yolanda who was in no way pushing us to buy something we didn t love. No luck the first try, but the way they treated us we knew we wanted to go back and find something. We kept an eye on the lot and on there website until something spiked our interest and price range. We went with a Jeep Cherokee 2015. We ran in to a tire and check engine light issue just a few weeks having the Jeep. We called Thomason and they were quick to help us out and take care of the issue. That alone was a great impression! I was also able to keep my current vehicle, got approved on the spot and drove off in our Jeep that day. Truly a great company to work with when looking for a new vehicle for your family. Thank you Victor, Yolanda, and the rest of the Thomason team for making this purchase a great experience! I can t thank y all enough! We will DEFINITELY be back! :)
