My brand new Sprinter van has $3400+ of body damage because of The Van Guys LLC. While they were installing my roof vent & solar panels, the roof was creased and caved in towards the front of my van, as well as the back. There are also three areas that the drill bit almost penetrated my van (one spot on roof, and two one side panel). Ultimately, my insurance is having to cover this damage and I was also sent an additional bill for $2,378 nearly two weeks after I had paid in full ($4625). If I could go back in time and warn myself of this business, I would. My van has been compromised, my insurance is paying to fix the body damage, and I have an incorrect bill that has been threatened to go to collections if I don't pay. Consumers be warned!

Don't hesitate to have these fellows customize your van. They are very through and courteous as well informed on the latest and greatest. They were always punctual with the appointments and great listeners. I personally had a great amount of work done on mine going from a passenger van to a full off grid recreational vehicle. Not only will the sprinter accomadate inside bikes but a inverter, happy jac bed, aux. battery and esbar heater and exhaust fan . They worked hand in hand with my cabinet maker to make this "our own" home away from home. If i could give 10 stars, i would. mike

These Van Guys are awesome! Had L-track, battery/inverter and D2 heater installed - they pay lots of attention to detail, turn things around quickly and are very easy/pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!!

Ian & the crew converted our 'micro' van into our weekender. Ian went the extra mile & a half ensuring a quality finish and always giving us his recommendations for quality, value and timeframe. Definitely recommend The Van Guys for any conversion project. We'll be back for phase II in a couple months.

We had The Van Guys install our galley and overhead cabinets, fridge and water system/sink. They did an amazing job with a lot of attention to detail! Highly recommended.
