Nice guy, awful service. Had our truck for several days to fix an error code. Couldn t a bolt off and eventually broke the bolt. Told me he couldn t fix it and still charged us for his labor.

This place is great. I went in for a second quote on some front end repairs/maintenance and ended up getting a better deal. Not only was the service more budget friendly, they are trustworthy as well. My first quote for the same service said I needed new ball joints, but this place actually took the time to research my specific vehicle and came back with new information. This new information said my specific vehicle was supposed to be the way it is, and I did in fact need new ball joints. My vehicle was in and out in a day. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch service for a reasonable price.

I have taken 2 vehicles into Road Runner for repairs in the past few months and I have had an excellent experience both times. Ted and Tim gave accurate, reasonable estimates as well as were communicative throughout the process and timely. Their estimates were lower than other repair shops in the neighborhood. When it was time to pick up my cars they explained to me exactly what they had done in an understandable way. I will continue to take my cars here and would definitely recommend them to a friend for any repair work they need done.

Kind of a lazy group. Did not want to do a coolant flush because it was too difficult . Pretty sure the reality was that because I wouldn t pay for new hoses and other work that wasn t needed they decided not to work at all.Edit: While I would not appreciate being called out on my lazy practices, it s awful low of the owner to misrepresent conversations. In talking on the phone, I explained that the factory caps for the oiler cooler were being shipped to me (because I would install them) and that I have new radiator hoses in my garage (because I will not pay for his marked up prices) as I know that oil contamination can impact the life of the hoses. Again because I did not want to pay him for parts and labor that I can do he didn t want the work. The sudden tick was only mentioned when I picked up the car and disappeared just as quickly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ted and Tim are both very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to do whatever needs to be done to make my truck run perfect! It's never run this well before they started working on it. I highly recommend them!

I have had three of my cars in over the years for things ranging from simple oil change to transmission replacement. They have always been honest with me and the pricing has always been more than fair. Reading through some of the complaints others have written, I find it laughable, as most of them seem like people just couldn't take the news that their cars were falling apart and/or expected the mechanics to do repairs for nothing. I have never owned new cars and so need mechanics more frequently. I have never had a much money, so have always have to shop around. I guarantee no one is overcharged at this shop. And, I'm bringing my older Nissan Titan there again today. They are thorough, provide fair pricing, explain technical details well, and don't try to sell me things I don't need. It's about as much as I can ask of mechanics and people.

Amazingly fast turnaround! Paid less than $40 total for a quick fix when other shops had quoted me $100 for a "diagnostic fee" when I knew exactly what had to be done. Very professional and polite!

The worst overpriced rip off in Bend! They totally screwed me over! $1700 to replace a radiator! Didnt tighten down any of the bolts after put it on and totally wrecked my whole engine! Shame on you!
