I received a bad part online. I called up this store and told them about the part. The fella had one in stock, which he held for me. I was in and out of the store in less than 1 minute! Part exchanged! That's what I'm talking about!

I m from out of town, on a girls weekend and my Subaru started throwing check engine lights. We stopped by and Nathan the assistant manager ran the diagnostics to help us try and find what the issue was. We decided it was the cam shaft sensor. We bought the sensor, borrowed a ratchet, and replaced it. The check engine lights were resolved. Nathan was kind, professional, helpful, and saved the day. I recommend this location to everyone, and Nathan deserves to be recognized for his professionalism.

The staff was SO helpful and friendly! I came to get a new battery and get the battery installed and the Asst Mgr (Aubrey I think) was just the best!! She was so patient and even explained what she was doing so I could learn (I asked!)! 10/10 best service ever, thank you O Reilly team!!

We are on vacation and had check engine light go on. We went to O Reilly because they can usually hook it up with code reader. There were five customers and two workers. The gal was losing her mind saying how slammed they are and her anxiety was through the roof. We had no problem waiting so we waited in line until they served the customers but she was still acting in panic mode. We couldn t figure out why. She just kept going on about how busy they are. She went to get the reader and we said we can hook up on our own so not to pull her away from her duties. Mind you there was another employee with her. She then realized it was missing and assumed last person took it. She was freaking out and saying we could buy one for 150$. I asked if they would just be replacing the missing one anyway as I didn t think we should spend 150$ due to theirs being stolen. She was rude and called her boss about the missing reader and it got to be too much stress on her which was infectious so we found the local auto parts a few miles down the road and had great customer service. Knechts helped us and was super knowledgeable and chill. Strangest experience in a O Reillys. We wish this gal well but terrible customer service. The customers felt rushed.

Short staffed, but they do everything they can to help. It is not just due to covid. They have always been this way. Oreillys plans their schedules this way, especially in the evenings.

Called in earlier and the gentleman who answered was polite and helpful. Let me know there was a cust at the desk. Then checked on my part. When I came in, I was able to grab my part quickly and efficiently. All were friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed help understanding how to install new wipers. Turns out I didn't buy them there, but the guy helped me figure it out and then installed them for me! Friendly service, above and beyond! I'd give them 7 or 8 stars if I could.

Their team really came through for me recently! I was visiting from out of town and had a major issue with my car on a Saturday night. Not only did they help me diagnose the problem but also connected me to a mechanic to fix the issue! Thanks for all of your help, you all really made it happen for me. They jumped in to help me problem solve. I did not expect this level of customer service but I am very grateful for their help :)

My daughter went with my husband to get a fuel injector cleaner. The employee at the counter asked my daughter for the phone number they could find her under. My daughter turned to my husband to ask which phone number it was under because he has two phones The employee then made fun of her and said, oh do you have to ask daddy for the number. When my daughter tried to explain why she asked him, the employee again made fun of her and said, I bet you know how many instagram followers you have. I am so saddened by this behavior. We encourage her to be a part of all aspects of her vehicle care, from working in it to keeping up with maintenance. The employee treated her badly and she is so embarrassed. She shouldn t be the one embarrassed at all. We are rethinking where we will buy our auto needs in the future.

On a trip cross country in a new truck my best friend and I saw the low oil light come on and immediately stopped here. The gentleman at the counter helped us find the right type of oil and even put it in for us because it's a tall truck and we aren't. He went above and beyond!

O'Reilly's Bend is the best. We were in a real predicament & they saved our butts! The supplies we needed were not only in stock they were able to loan us their kit to re-thread a hard to find stud saving us time & money. This is why we've shopped here for years for our personal & business needs.

Asked the guy that looks like Napoleon dynamite for Red Lens tape for my tail light and he looked at me like I was asking for a Flux Capacitor. I believe he didn't know what I was asking for. His response to my question was "we don't have that here". I proceeded to leave without looking for myself. As an Ex manger of O'Rileys this kind of attitude is how you lose customers and money. Good thing I don't live in the area and my home store knows better than to send off customers without actually taking the time to aid in the customers need. Very disappointing visit.

Beyond excellent service. Provided me all the tools I needed and if their cart didn't have them they grabbed them off the shelf to get me going with my repairs. Steve was great.

Staff are very polite and professional. Chris helped me finding the right car battery for my vehicle and carried it to my car. We chatted a bit and he's such a nice person. Will always go here for any of my car needs.

They tested my altinator for free and suggested it to be tensioner pulley plus the price matched car parts .com for way better price
