Darryl has worked on my vehicle twice now, and I am impressed with the high level of quality and communication in the work he does. The team got me in on a Saturday and fixed my car within a couple of hours, totally going above and beyond my expectations. Really good people to work with, would recommend.

I was having a problem with my Equinox and had taken it in to another shop where they told me that it was going to cost over 5k to fix, took it in to Darryl s for a second opinion on what was wrong and was treated great and was told that half that worked didn t need to get done. They saved me over 3k and it was a great experience working with their team. Highly recommend !! Thank you Darryl and your Team!

I have full trust in getting quality work and honest evaluation. It's so hard to find a good service shop that won't take you or do shotty work. I've taken several of my cars to Darryl's and had such a great experience. Brought my Jeep where another place couldn't figure out the problem. He did and explained what and why. So many other places just ramble off parts and I don't really know if I'm just being up sold. I live far away but it is worth it to me to get good work and support an honest establishment.

My water pump went out recently while on a work roadtrip to Bend and I got a referral from a customer to go see Darryl. He diagnosed the problem, got the parts in and they had it repaired by the end of the day! This was above and beyond good service for a stranded salesman.

To start I am a mechanics daughter and could do the repairs mentioned if I had the tools. I always admired that my father was a honest mechanic and did not try to feed things not needed to his customers. So when I needed a mechanic I found Darryl s. I have taken both of my vehicles to this shot, our first car needed a regular 60k service and he did a perfect job. He even noticed issues with the brakes and was able to save us tons of money down the road from the brakes. He also recently replaced 2 belts and a sensor that went bad on the same car. Our second car was towed in because it was leaking coolant everywhere. Come to find out the reservoir and the hoses burst from the cold. He repaired them in a timely manner considering it was a specialty ordered part needed. Over all I will continue to take my cars to him and anyone else that are looking for a HONEST mechanic will be very happy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Darryl Henry and his staff are incredible. They have always taken well care of our cars. He also goes above and beyond and cares about us as clients. Recently my husband was in the hospital and my father-in-law took his car to Darryl to just do whatever it needed and Darryl took such good care of the car and made sure to check in on my husband as well. 10/10 recommend him and we'll never go anywhere else.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I m a senior low-income woman with no man to help me with auto repairs.A mysterious noise coming from under the hood of my car had scared me for months. Finally I took my car to Darryl Henry s and prayed they were good and honest mechanics.They were amazing! In less than an hour they had located the problem and repaired my vehicle. Their fee was low and their work was awesome.It feels SO GOOD to finally have a mechanics shop I can trust to take care of my vehicle!!!

Was driving through on a trip and ran into some trouble with my car.Called right when they opened, friendly and helpful service. Was able to see me within minutes and diagnose the issue with my vehicle.Customer service was phenomenal! Thanks again for yalls amazing service and informative info!

Daryl's was the first location i went to when i came to town. On my travels, my subaru had been worked on my a demon mechanic who completely mistreated her, and i was lucky to make it home. Daryl and his folks replaced her engine, worked with the engine company involved to get me a reduced price, and had her purring. They have kept her in top shape through the years. Darryl has done great work on both of our vehicles when needed! Most recently he took on a huge, extensive repair, including engine replacement, through our insurance after another auto shop said they were not able to do it. He and his team did an amazing job and got our car up and running perfectly! He also was great at calling and giving updates on the process, and I will absolutely continue to come to Darryl Henry s whenever we have car issues. Great to have someone honest we can trust for car repair and maintenance.

After taking my van to several different mechanics, who could not find the problem, Darryl was able to find it right away. He did not do or recommend any extra, expensive repairs. He answered all of my many questions and went over all the costs and options for repairs. His prices are very fair, but most importantly, he is honest. After using one mechanic in town for years, I will only go to Darryl from now on. I know I will get the repairs done right the first time and for the best price. I feel safe driving my 12 year old van after he has worked on it, and it runs better than it has in years.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

This place is awesome! Had an exhaust leak which Darryl purchased parts for and I made a down payment. After I dropped it off later that week Darryl called me after he was done to inform me it was actually just a gasket causing the problem and I ended up getting a refund from my deposit and only paying 1/3 of what I thought I was paying! Very honest and upfront company. Will definitely be returning and can t thank him enough for his work and honesty!

Only good thing about this place was the receptionist. My car has been falling apart ever since the visit. They were very shotty when I complained and charged me 84$ to review their work. Also the mechanic was so busy sucking up to a wealthy client that was taking up the whole parking lot, all the while my car is over heating waiting to park. He said...sorry can't help you and now my car is beyond repair. What a rip offService: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service and honest rates. Gave me a very competitive and very different opinion than The dealership I had gone to. Took the time to explain why I didn t need certain things done. I HIGHLY recommend and will now be going to Daryl Henry for all my car related needs. Bonus points for the cute dogs in the shop. I really cannot say enough great things.

Darryl is beyond AMAZING!!! Him & his team are very knowledgeable, quick, honest, communicative, respectful, dependable & efficient. I found him during the hardest time in my life when my vehicle needed a ton of work he gave me the most reasonable rates that were fair and repairs that were quality! He s definitely a man of integrity! To say he s amazing is an understatement because he s truly more of a guardian angel! Not only did I pick up my car with the repairs beautifully done but with the confidence of knowing I was hitting the road safely which was important to me since I have a little one! I will ALWAYS take my vehicle there for any needs it may have as well as recommend him to everyone I know!!

Darryl Henry s Auto Repair is definitely the best in Bend Oregon! He took my car off of a flatbed truck not knowing me or the car when it was barely running, if running at all. From the time he received the car, to the time it left the shop just today, Darryl made sure to update me as much as possible and to ensure me as to why he was touching certain things, when he was touching them and what he was doing to better the situation. He also got to the heart of the problem without making a grocery list of parts and me having to spend thousands of dollars on things that didn t really need to get replaced. My 1996 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am runs awesome now since I brought it to Darryl. His peace of mind and his communication is unlike any other and I will be taking my vehicles, from now on, to him and his crew in Bend, Oregon. whether it s my 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT or my fun car (as mentioned earlier), he will have my business from now on because he is the bomb! Needed to get my vehicle in for a last-minute repair and afer calling literally a dozen other repair shops, these guys were the only ones able to squeeze me in the next day. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough. They are transparent with what needs to be done and explain any questions you may have. The repair seemed to be on the pricier side according to estimates on google, but I did not call any other shops so I cant compare to what the local shops are charging.

Have been going to Darryl s now for a few years and they always do a great job, super honest, knowledgeable, and affordable! I recently had to get a transmission rebuilt on my truck and had to go for a river trip on a set date. Originally the truck wasn t going to be done in time but he went out of his way to get the work done in time to get the truck back for our trip! What a great business!

I needed to have the fuel pump replaced in my 1999 Explorer. The pump cost $200 at Napa. It is an in tank pump and there is no inspection port so the gas tank has to be dropped in order to replace the pump.I called Robber Some Ford they wanted $900 (that works out to &175/hr!) and 2 weeks to do the job.I called Darryl Henry's and spoke with Darryl himself. He quoted $385, which is a more then fair price, and 3 days.He finished the work in only one day, ahead of schedule, and with a lifetime warranty. I was so impressed I gave them a tip!Thank you Darryl Henry,s.

Was so nice and patient with me when I was stressed out. Recommended a towing company when I was stranded with my car. Went the extra mile looking into what was wrong with my power steering after the diagnosis came up empty. Turns out it wasn't even the power steering but my alternator failing combined with cold weather because I have electric power steering! They could have just replaced the steering column and charged me a ton of money but they took the time to contact me 3 or 4 times throughout the process to update me on what they were finding and what the game plan was. My car has never run so beautifully and Darryl Henry's was so transparent with their process I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their hands.

I sent my sister there to have her jeep wrangler looked at. They basically put a whole new front end on, my sister can not stop talking about how well her jeep drives, she is extremely happy with the work they did. I thank them for talking such good care of her! Highly recommended!

Honest and fair is the best way to describe this shop. Darryl is a very nice guy and knows his stuff when it comes to fixing your car and doing it right. I refer my clients here on an almost daily basis.

I took my 2005 Ford Escape to get a coolant temp sensor replaced. I didn t know that was the issue, but Darrel diagnosed it and I trusted his professional opinion. He quoted me at $307, but, he forgot about having to possibly replace the engine coolant that may be lost during installation. That new total was $355. $48 for topping off my radiator? Further, I was quoted, with diagnosis, $190 to do the same job at another job. I told Darrel to not do any work, in which he agreed. When I showed up, I had to pay $105 for the diagnosis. He ripped me off. Don t trust this mechanic.

Was able to fix my wifes car quickly at a very reasonable rate. What sold me was when he called a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly! wow - customer service at its finest. Will be my mechanic for as long as i'm in central oregon

Passing through town and had a concern with our vehicle. Thought I was was stuck (out-of-town, no time, no options). They were obviously busy, yet immediately took the time to check our vehicle.
