Had to change climate control knob, I bought the part myself and nobody in town wanted to do this job without buying from them the part. Plus, they wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars just for the job. Thankfully I met Jack in Chuck s auto shop, really incredible service for a quarter of the price the other auto shop wanted to charge me. I would go to fix my car only over there now. I spent $1700 to replace my broken AC before moving to the south. I had my car shipped across country right after my repair didn t discover my air conditioning still wasn t working when I got here. I m really bummed the repair never fixed my air conditioning after spending so much money. That s on me for assuming it would work and moving across the country immediately after. The employees were nice and I was able to get in quickly.

I brought in my Jaguar XJR to these guys recently and I m nothing but impressed by the work. Firstly, Chuck, the owner, is an incredibly knowledgeable man who will not bullsh** you, he is fair and straightforward on everything. Jake was also a pleasure to work with, he did amazing work on my car and along the way educated me about my car. They replaced my hybrid battery at 1/3 the cost of the dealer's estimate ($6800). Jake and Chuck are great people, Jake is super knowledgable about hybrids and is a great resource in the region. This is hands down the best mechanic shop I ve ever been to. The owner is completely up front about what he can and can t do and what to expect, so there are no surprises. He knows his stuff, and I ll definitely recommend him to anyone I know who needs a mechanic. I came here based on a friend s referral because I had been getting all kinds of competing opinions about what was wrong with my car. I paid to get a full diagnostic work-up first in order to figure out exactly what exactly my car needed, and it was totally worth the money. We were able to figure out exactly what my car needed, and found things that weren t a problem yet, but could become an issue as time went on. They helped me decide the most cost effective way to repair and maintain my car, and walked me through my options. It s totally worth spending the money for the full diagnostic if you plan on keeping your car a while. They won t upsell you and they ll let you know what is a priority to repair.Also, I highly recommend trusting them to order the parts, and spending the little bit extra to get the parts new. These guys totally stand behind their work, so it s worth the small extra expense to get everything ordered by them in their shop. Overall, fantastic guys and a great experience. Definitely take your car here.

Chuck was very friendly and honest. Even though he didn t work on my vehicle, I trust his knowledge and judgement. Very friendly and helpful.I own a Ford and I m happy to say I made it two months before needing to go back to a mechanic. Chuck did great work; he was honest and communicated very well. 10/10 recommended.

Highly recommend Chuck's Auto shop. He was able to fix my Ford Expeditions engine problem within a day and a half and get my son back to work. His experience identified the problem immediately and even had all parts on hand. Thank you Chuck for your excellent service.

Our Jag had the warning light come on as we drove to Bend from Sisters in the middle of a 3 week vacation. They took the car in, talked to Jag about the issue and carefully inspected the underside of the car to determine the cause and severity of the issue. Back on the road same day with commitment from jag to replace the problem part when we are back home. Great experience!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome experience. I had an issue with my car and, although he didn't have availability to fix it, he took the time to look at it, give me an idea of what was going on, and point me to another shop that could take care of the problem with the time frame I needed. Oh, and he didn't charge me anything for it!

I live 5hrs from them and still make the drive for quality work. Plus they always have great advice and not to mention the beautiful cars. Any foreign vehicles I recommend taking it to then!

Chuck was amazing, was able to take my car in with almost no notice on a super busy/booked day and replaced the power steering unit pulley incredibly fast. Amazing! They checked out my vehicle when I was having a Horrible day. No auto shops could get me in and they made time for me. I really lucked out and will recommend them to all of my friends! I definitely owe the guys a pack of energy drinks. Let me know what kind guys!

The guys in the shop are cool dudes. Seem fair and easy to talk to. On the other hand, the owner chuck is a nightmare to deal with. He s very rude and pushes you out of his shop without knowing what s going on with your vehicle. If I was you I d take my car somewhere else simply to avoid angry chuck.

My wife and I were referred to Chuck's Auto Shop Inc by our friends. Chuck and company were able to repair our truck in an efficient and effective manner and save us a lot of money (compared with the price another auto shop quoted us). Chuck's is reliable and has a good reputation in our community. My wife and I would definitely return if we have an issue with one of our automobiles!

Chuck has worked on my cars for years. He's great and FAIR and timely.Don't expect to be coddled :) but he'll give it to you straight and get it fixed.

Very poor communication! Also make sure he confirms the pick up time as he changed it for us and it took some back and forth to convince him to finish by the promised date. We picked it up at night so we didn't notice the crack in the bumper he left us with. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS JOKER!!!!

Probably the rudest shop owner I ve ever met. Asked no questions about vehicle dropped off, no time estimate just pushed us on out the door. We ve already spent a good amount of money at this hell hole. Never again.
