Lance and the team over at House of Power did an great job doing some preventative maintenance on my truck. I had the turbo replaced as well as seal up some oil leaks and install a CP4 bypass. Along the way they identified a couple of other issues that were found and worked with me to take care of them and stay within my budget. I would for sure recommend these guys to anyone. If you want honesty, great service, options and good communication House of Power is the place.

Great work guys! My stage 2 system and New Hopped up Transmissionmake this old camper a real performer now. And better fuel economy onaverage too. Excellent Service and attention to detail.

Well I have bought here before always a good experience l, but today I asked about the name change and found out it was sold I and if everything was going to stay the same cause good shops are hard to find. I asked if they were talking about changes he said yes but would not expand on that which for me is a problem I like to know what's going on in the places iam doing business so I can decide whether or not that businessservices are going to work for me still, so iam just going to discontinue business with them cause I don't know what they are or are not going to be providing too bad too I liked that place.

Great shop, does solid work I can trust! Got a built 48re and tuning for my 5.9 cummins, along with some other goodies and regular maintenance over the last few years. Very happy with everything I've had done here and would highly recommend this shop if you want it done right the 1st time

Inherited a 95 Cummins that has needed a few odds and ends since assuming ownership. Lance and his team have taken amazing care of us and our truck, and have been entirely transparent and professional throughout the entire process. As someone who works in the auto repair industry I can assure you the customer service you ll receive here is well beyond the industry standard. We will be using them for any and all future repairs and maintenance on our Dodge!!

They should stick to light bars and lift kits and leave the transmissions to the pros. $7000 for a "bullet proof rebuild" and it didn't last a year. Will never do business there again! Get your transmission rebuilt somewhere that actually rebuilds transmissions and doesn't farm them out to a rebuilder.Response: The first time I called and reported the issue was 11 months after the rebuild, well within the warranty period. Then you put me off for over a month and then try and tell me it was out of warranty? Then your first offer of a repair was me paying an ADDITIONAL $1100! Only after I called you on it did the price come down to 280ish dollars and the transmission STILL isn't right.......2 years later. No matter which way you look at it......... that's SHADY!!!

I am genuinely disappointed with house of power, our truck had to go back numerous times and still has issues, disappointed how you guys have such good reviews on here. Hope no one else has to deal with the issues we have dealt with.Lance should work on his attitude towards others and they should double check maybe even triple check their mechanics work.

Had my truck for a week for a TUNE UP, came back running worse and with electrical problems paid almost $900 would not recommend. over priced less than mediocre service.

I ran into a jam where my turbo went out while I was on a road trip with the family. Lance and his crew were able to get the trubo ordered and replaced before we had to move on to our next spot.The tech that worked on the turbo stayed until 9pm and came in the next AM at 6am to ensure that we would make it out on time.Some of the best service I have ever had! Thank you guys!!!

House of Power is one of only a few places in Bend I can take my diesel Ram Truck for service. The quality of their work is poor and their customer service is (without exaggeration) nonexistent.Last fall I took the truck in for the 70-80K mile service. It cost $2K and included a power steering pump they said I needed. The job took an extra day more than they said plus over a weekend. I was without my truck for 4 days. And then the power steering went out as soon as I drove away.They scheduled the pump to be replaced a 2nd time the following week. After I got that done the engine had a loud high pitched whirring sound.I finally took the truck back and they said the sound was from the replacement power steering pump . So I scheduled it for a 2nd redo on the pump replacement. No apologies. No extra concern. Just scheduled me for 2 weeks out.Again they had the truck for an entire day after telling me it would only take a couple of hours. I complained about having to bring the truck there 3 times to get a power steering pump and for being without my truck for many days. They were unapologetic and more concerned that they were out for the cost of tech time.Not going back to House of Power under any circumstances.

We are NOT happy with House of power and would not recommendI read you comments after you saw my review and the truck did not run great for a year. We took it to another shop to get it fixed because after taking it back to yourr shop multiple times we still had the same problems. When I stopped in to chat about the very long list of issues the other shop noted on paper work you told me that other shops do that so they can make money. You wouldn t even look at the long list of items. I will say now the truck is running great.

alright anyone who is looking for a kick ass group of diesel mechanics, look no further cant praise these guys enough. they took in my fathers 2010 ram 2500 6.7L cummins for a full delete and man did they deliver. everything he needed in one package deal. at a great price. if i could i would give a 10/10 on everything, customer service, quality of parts, and install.

Great shop I put aftermarket reman injectors in a duramax not knowing that you should never do that ever no matter what don't do it.Lance took the time to talk to me and got me all new bosch injectors with everything to redo the job for a great price. Engine now runs perfect I only wish I knew about House of Power before I did the job. Go here first and get it right the first time.

I took my 04 common rail dodge here after sporatic dying while driving issues. They had the truck for 4 weeks charged me $1700.00 and could not find the issue. I had to have the truck towed to another shop. The guys were freindy and cool to deal with. They just weren't able to fix my truck. Smolich moters (the dealership) couldn't fix it either. They had it for a couple weeks, charged me $1,700.00 and just gave it back nonoperable. Unfortunately after dumping all this money into the truck I had to part out being that is apparently unfixable.

I have a Duramax I brought in to have a few things fixed. Glow plugs, A/C, clock spring, exhaust clamp and alternator. They have fixed everything at an affordable price and am very satisfied.

I've had nothing but great customer service here, guys are nice and helpful when trying to troubleshoot on your own. Ended up having to take it in to have them fix it but it was done fast and haven't had problems since!

after many years of trying to do a diesel swap in my van an not able to find anyone in town that could fit my budget these guys did they worked with what i could afford and my time frame i couldnt be more happy with the turn out they kept me up to date threw the hole thing they dont take short cuts and are honest and will definitely take the time to make sure you leave happy as long as i have a diesel ill be a customer 100%
