First time I've used Aaron's to repair work pick up, did so at the recommendation of one of my employees. Aaron's got the truck in and repaired the same day... a fix another shop couldn't figure out after two visits. Aaron and his staff were very professional and kept me apprised of repairs throughout the process. Highly recommend Aaron's for your vehicle repair needs.

I started taking my 2008 Subaru Outback to Aaron s in mid-2023. Since then, they ve done some routine maintenance. But more importantly, they tracked down and fixed a pesky oil drip that other places had not been able to successfully fix. It turned out to have two different and unrelated causes. One was a leaky head gasket, which is major work to fix. They successfully addressed both problems and now the oil drip is clearly gone for good. I was also pleased with Aaron s frequent communication during the process. He always took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and what the issues and options were. I will definitely continue to take my car here for routine maintenance and for any problems that arise. I highly recommend them!

Got problems with the whip? Breh, go here. Took my bus here and my guy took hella good care of me. Even went beyond expectation and essentially fixed me up on the side of the road before even getting it into his shop. Mad props to this place!

I heard about Aaron's Automotive 3 years ago, from a good friend who used his mechanical skills and didn't charge her an outrageous price. I have had the car for 3 years, and the check engine light went on after I got gas fill up. Thought it was the gas cap. It was not. Aaron found the problem and fixed, and he answered all my questions on life of my tires, brakes, winterizing, and treated me with respect and truthfullness. I am so pleased I went to his shop and I now have the confidence of traveling a little bit more and it all thanks to Aaron.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Aaron says great he is very thorough and thoughtful when assessing the needs of your vehicle. His shop is very clean and organized which is a huge plus a huge plus. It seems like he has a great relationship with his employees and these guys get lots of work done. He was able to get me in and start working on my car way ahead of my actual appointment and when everyone else around was a month out he was only a week and a 1/2 out but like I said got me an earlier and working on the vehicle sooner than the appointment date can't thank you enough Aaron.

Amazing service! And really nice and polite. I don't remember the last time I felt like a repair guy actually listened when I told them what was going on -- Aaron's was such a pleasant change from that! And they were able to fix my car same day. I will absolutely use them again and refer friends who are seeking a good repair shop in Bend!

(I thought I had posted a review, but not seeing it.)I recently moved to Bend. My 4 wheel drive was not working and with the sudden snowfall I needed help. I did not have a relationship with a shop in Bend. My co workers recommended Aaron. My 4 wheel drive was fixed in one day and Aaron communicated to me throughout the process. He was fast, fair, and honest. I have found my Bend mechanic.

I found Aaron to be very knowledgeable about my electrical problems with my truck. He explained what that problem was and how to repair it. Awesome service! Went in for an obvious clutch replacement. Got a competitive and straight forward quote quickly. The repairs only took a couple of days, even though they were pretty booked up at the time.Got a call that the job was done and was informed of fuel and air filters that had probably never been replaced, they even threw in an oil change. All said and done I ended up paying LESS than the original quote!Highly recommended.

Arron and his team completed a repair on my fuel pump on my Chevy Silverado within 1 day of dropping it off. They were fair and honest and didnt try to upsell me like most mechanics do. They made some recommendations but they didnt pressure me to spend the money on the changes. Very happy with this experience and will go back. Update: I heard a small chirp on a belt, I asked them if they could take a look since that was something they said they fixed. Arron said sure bring it by. 10 minutes later I was at the shop and 2 people came out to my truck, popped the hood and fixed it. Will be coming back!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Worst shop I have ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing was done on time, I received no updates unless I showed up at the shop unannounced, and all my calls were ignored. I got my truck back and things that worked when I got there didn't work anymore. I asked them to fix it and they said they would bill me to fix even though I had paid them $3200 that morning. Two days after I got it back a bunch of stuff blew up under the hood because it hadn't been reassembled correctly. Horrible service and I had to put another $500 into it after the shop. I had an electrical issue on my Toyota and Aaron looked at it immediately, he was able to find the part for a reasonable price from wrecking yard and fixed within a day. Aaron and his employees are honest and professional and I highly recommend this business.Fran B

Amazing mechanic and very ethical businessman. He took great care of our beloved '01 Civic for years. There were a couple of times I expected the worst but Aaron found the problem was no where near as bad as expected.

Had an old Chevy Silverado that hadn't been used in to nearly a year. Thinking I might be able to use it as a farm truck I contacted Aaron for an expert opinion. He had that truck running like a charm inside of a day, fixed the tailgate which was impossible to close completely, repaired rodent damage and gave me advice on what I should do to keep it rolling. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Brought in our blazer to solve fluid leak problem that another placed failed and charged a fortune. Aaron fixed the problem and also replaced c.f. axles on another visit. I find Aaron to be an honest and excellent mechanic at a fair price.

Almost hate to give a good review for fear he will become so busy that he can't get to me in a timely fashion like he does now. He has quickly become the family mechanic. Honest , fair and extremely knowledgeable. But, shhh...don't tell anybody.

I needed an inspection on a used truck and he got me in and done in a couple days, when he was already short handed and busy. Walked me through what he saw, what he checked, and what he thought. Great inspection and great service.
